Is there a possibility to automatically log you out of the queue when going on DND (Do Not Disturb)?

I've been using Zoom for a long time, but recently, I've been having trouble with my recordings. Previously, when I spotlighted more than one person on Zoom, the recording would display them as they appeared during the meeting. However, now, whenever I spotlight two or more people, the recording only shows one person at a time, as if it's in speaker mode. Any tips to solve this problem?

when I share the screen and activate the audio sharing function for the computer, the audio automatically stops playing. The youtube videos for example are still playing but without sound. i need urgent help

hi all this is rick west not a newbie but i am stumped.   my users cannot enter my waiting room.i can communicate if they sent me a link but my room says i have yet to join 

Why does zoom not close out when i hit exit. It just sits in the background after i have used the the one common resource used to close applications. So why does zoom think its special. Why am i forced to right click on the taskbar. It's not that that is difficult, but this is my computer. Who does zoom think it is that it can just continue to go on. And the fact that there isn't a setting to change this just shows how terrible of a company zoom is. Then on top of that i can't even talk to an actual human to try to fix the problem. 

I set a Zoom Webinar registration form and added a few custom questions, all of which are set as "required". I see the questions when I test the form, but the responses (or fields) are not all present when I run the registration report. How do I fix this? 

Since I upgraded to MacOS Monterey (12.0.1), my Blue Yeti microphone is not working when I start Zoom (latest - 5.8.6). However, if I switch to another microphone, such as the system (built-in) microphone, and then back to the Blue Yeti, it works fine. This didn't happen prior to upgrading MacOS. Anybody else have the same issue?

i am buying trying to buy the zoom phone but not able to. when i am trying to buy it is saying error:5613. How to solve the matter. I am in Pakistan and i need to buy Zoom Phone USA & CA unlimited.  

I received two zoom invitations from two different people, and when I click on "View Invitation" in each email, I get the following error message.  I tried this on my iphone and my laptop (HP laptop) and got the same error message.   Not FoundThe requested URL was not found on this server.Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Several times now, a recurring meeting after several successful meetings becomes invalid. The recurring meeting is not listed to be reinstated. Why?Information on the web states that a link becomes invalid because it had been deleted. The host tells me that she did not delete the recurring meeting.Any ideas why?Do alternative hosts have the ability to delete a recurring meeting? 

I recorded a meeting, but was not aware of the AI feature to provide a written summery (did not enable the summery feature). Can I get a written summary now, after the fact? 

I have not had this problem until recently, but every single time I try to log into my laptop while my desktop is connected to Zoom, it will log me out of Zoom on my desktop, even if I’m in a meeting. There used to be the option for me to login to both my desktop and laptop at the same time so that I could switch the meeting from one device to the other. I can no longer do that. What are the remedies? Is this an issue with a recent update? This happens with every single account that I have for Zoom. My Zoom accounts are free, but according to search Zoom states that you can be logged into two computers simultaneously. What is going wrong? This is driving me crazy.

I am receiving daily emails that I cannot unsubscribe from with zoom meetings that are automatically being added to my calendar.  It is from spam emails and it is clutter my inbox and calendar.  Is there anyway to get these emails to stop without blocking zoom as a whole?  By blocking zoom that would also block any valid zoom invites from meetings that I would want to attend.

Hi! When I go to share my screen on my iPad, it makes me agree to have the screen share broadcasted/recorded (which I don't have to do when using my computer). Is there a way to just share my entire screen on iPad without having it recorded? Thank you.  

Hi there,   Since linking my Gmail and Google Calendar with Zoom desktop app, I continuously get distracting pop-up notifications on my desktop - how do I turn these off?   For any employees at Zoom that may be seeing this: This is such an incredibly simple request, and it's kind of shocking it isn't obvious how to turn these off after a good search through in the settings.  Also, it is also ridiculous that this is the only support that is offered for a paying customer of Zoom - why not simply a LiveChat?  Very ridiculous, and very frustrated.   Thanks to anyone who can help solve this simplest of requests.

Hi all, when I am with a call with others, and they are sharing audio. Everytime i speak their audio cuts off and resumes once i stop speaking. How do i turn this setting off?

I want to use the QR-Code option for polls (the participants are in the same room and need to use their smartphones to answer). However I want to present one question, collect the answers, talk about the question, then move on to the next questions.Right know, however the participants can answer all questions in one go and be done with it. I don't want that.I could, of course, create separate polls and select the next poll, whenever I want to move on to the next question. However, the participants would have to scan a new QR-Code for every new question and that is too annoying.Is there an option to present the polling questions one at a time?

Hi there, I am having a problem with Zoom that I had never had before, Nowadays, It suddenly starts freezing on launch way more often than it did before, Sometimes, it literally fails to launch, which is pretty annoying, if you're wondering, I just force quitted Zoom app a few days, ago, nothing much. Hey everyone,I'm Darshan Hiranandani, I’ve run into an issue when using my AirPods Pro to mute and unmute myself during Zoom meetings on my MacBook. When I press the call control button (one press by default), I receive the error message, "Can't control mic with AirPods Pro." It works just fine when I use my AirPods Pro with Zoom on my iPhone or iPad, but not on my Mac.Has anyone encountered this problem and found a way to get it working on a Mac? My company is transitioning from On24 to Zoom Events. One of the features we utilized was the ability to forward all questions submitted in a webinar to an email account. That email account was integrated with Salesforce, which would automatically create a new opportunity in our CRM. Is there a similar type of workflow that we can implement with Zoom Events, specifically SimuLive Sessions Q&As, that can achieve the same or similar results?

If I set up a recurring meeting via Outlook with a Zoom link and then cancel a single recurring event, all Zoom meetings in the series are deleted. As a workaround, I have to restore the meetings via the Zoom meeting recycle bin.This seems to be a bug. Is there a plan to fix it?

I believe it is related to Windows Audio Device Graph isolation taking up alot of memory when Zoom - at least this is what I was able to determine a week or so ago when this last happened. I am running a brand new high performance HP laptop with 64GB memory. I had to shut the computer down and restart. But then switched to accessing the Zoom meeting on my iPhone instead of my laptop.Zoom version 6.5.7Zoom ran fine on my old Dell laptop w Windows 10. But Zoom entirely freezes (black screen) my new HP laptop w 64GB memory and NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX discrete graphics card. Zoom version 6.5.7. So everyone told me buy the Echo Show 21 it supports Zoom.  My Echo Show 21 is finally being delivered today from Amazon.  Does the Echo Show 21 support Zoom or is that something that is still down the road?  I find plenty of info saying that the 15 does not support zoom but I have found no information one way or the other about the 21.

Prior to December, 2021, I recorded meetings at 1080p. The results could be posted to YouTube and it reflected HD quality. This was important to me since some of the participants were doing screen sharing of PowerPoint slides. Resolution counted. Since that time, without my making any changes to my computer or Zoom settings that I am aware of, other than doing the Zoom updates, my recordings come out at 720p. A few of my friends post recordings and theirs still reflect 1080p. Is there some change on Zoom's part to the PRO accounts that are only now limiting my recording quality?
