I've had a number of issues which may be connected: they've all happened in the past four days after a period of not scheduling meetings with clients.First client> I scheduled meetings in the zoom app and they did not appear in my calendar – I tried several times.> I eventually created a meeting in my calendar and pasted the zoom link into it. I invited my client who wrote back to say "i received the invite but unfortunately it's been jumbled by our firewall"Second client> I scheduled a meeting in zoom and this time it went to my calendar in the usual way. Don't know why.> I then invited my client as I usually do. She responded "it appears I need to sign on to access the invitation"> I tried again with a new zoom meeting and a new invitation. She sent me a screen grab of an error message: This XML file does not seem to have any style information associated with it. I'm on a Mac using Calendar and Mail. This all used to work before but now it doesn't. Hope
While I wanted to inform Zoom of 2 URLs that are redirect to a Zoom-looking site to download. I have the program Saraph Secure, which told me the domains where phishing and remote apps are detected. I've been taking my time trying to report these domains, but the person has hidden all information other than how they got the domains.
Hi everyone -I am experiencing some trouble with spotlighting: All participants are in gallery view and I want to use the Spotlight for Everyone function to spotlight different speakers. This works fine for most people - however for some, this Spotlighting is not visible - instead people see gallery view with the green highlight square moving from speaking to speaker when they are spotlit, but they never see their face large on the screen ... It seems that this happens after I have just ended a screenshare or returned from a breakout group. Has anyone experience the same issue? Any idea how to fix it?Thanks!
I am using Mac OS 13.2 and recently my Zoom background is always blurred unless I have a photo for my virtual background. I have tested with multiple cameras (built-in, iPhone, NexiGo) and all show this behavior in Zoom. It does not occur in other apps such as FaceTime or Photo Booth. It is not quite as blurred as the "Blur" option in the "Background & Effects" but clearly out of focus. I notice this only on my MacBook Pro and not my iPhone.This is fairly recent behavior and I cannot find any setting in either the desktop or web client that corrects it.Has anyone seen this behavior or know how to correct it?
Hello, What ZOOM settings do you use to record videos so that the screen can be seen but you do not see the faces of the participants? I am fine with my face being seen but prefer that my participants faces be kept confidential.
Our Firewall guys use the Zoom published dynamic lists for Zoom meetings. List 1: https://assets.zoom.us/docs/ipranges/ZoomMeetings.txtList 2: https://assets.zoom.us/docs/ipranges/ZoomCDN.txt Our Teams MTR's can connect just fine to normal Zoom meetings but are unable to connect to Zoom WebinAr meeting types. The meeting screen shows briefly then the call disconnects. I am hoping to track down what potential additional ports and addresses may be required for WebinAr meetings. We first made changes to the "real time data center location" country selection. Since when we first started attempting to monitor what was being blocked we had connections attempting to hit hong kong ip space. I had our business partner test and remove all data centers except for US and Canada and that did not help our test connections. Has anyone else seen or had these issues with connecting to webinars? I often do 2 day conferences on the weekend.Many times, like this past weekend, on Saturday the recorded video size was 1280x1036, then on Day 2 the recorded video was 1954x1036. I did not change any settings, so why does the recording size change.On both days my presentation was exactly the same, using participant video and a screen share of a pdf,.. etc.Nothing different at all between the 2 days and I am not changing or "setting" the video zie anything in the system. So, my question really is, *What determines the size of the recorded video?*

Hi there,I'm a Zoom user encountering an issue while using the Zoom app on my Android phone. I hope to either find a solution or learn if there are corresponding settings available.Issue Description: Despite disabling auto-rotate on my Android device, Zoom automatically adjusts the orientation of the meeting interface when my phone rotates. This causes inconvenience during meetings. I prefer the Zoom meeting interface to remain fixed in orientation without automatically adjusting based on my phone's rotation.Is there a setting within the Zoom Android app to address this issue? If not, are there alternative solutions or plans to include similar functionality in future updates?
I have been in a job search for 8 months and often get interview invites through zoom. It never includes the date and time in the invite and even when I download the attachment, I cannot decifer the code to find a date/time. PLEASE ADVISE - this is really important and I cannot seem to figure this out! I refuse to contact the scheduler - just bad!

Not sure if this is the right place to post/request this, but here it goes!We are starting to utilize the new fax cover sheet templates, which are great!! But there's one small issue we'd like to see improved. On the "From" line of the cover page, it is adding in the sending user's display name which is great. However, lots of our users in our org have various letters, designations, certifications, etc. in their display names that all have various special characters such as ®, ™, and ©On the actual fax cover page that is sent, instead of the actual symbol, the cover page has " : registered : " in place for "®" I would love to see if Zoom could update this to support the special characters themselves so that they display properly
I WANT TO ADD 2 ADDITIONAL "ALTERNATIVE HOST" TO MY REOCCURRING MEETING BUT DON'T SEE WHERE TO DO THAT. HOWEVER, I DO SEE THE OPTION FOR "ALTERNATIVE HOST" IF I WERE TO CREATE A NEW MEETING. DOES ANYONE HAVE A SOLUTION?
The salesforce-zoom integration has been in our org for some time now but users noticed that the meeting details were not populating automatically. After the user has ended the meeting, these fields:-Zoom Status: Remains as open-Meeting Type: Stays as scheduled-Participants doesn’t update-Participant count doesn't update-Zoom meeting Start time doesn’t update-Zoom meeting end time doesn’t update-Duration (mins) doesn't update ps. The 'Sync Zoom Meeting Details' button were working to populate the mentioned fields however it should be auto-syncing.
The help/instructions to use dual monitors do not match what I see on my end. There is no "General" under my profile it is located on the left side and the "Use Dual Monitors" is not listed as a function. How can I change the settings to be able to use dual monitors?
Hello,Yall help my poor brain. Will this work? I need to create several Zoom links for candidate interviews. I am trying to avoid the need for meeting hosts for loads of reasons. Will the setup and settings work? I feel like I'm missing a big "this is why this will fail." The big reason I want to do this is I will have 5 morning interview candidates, 5 afternoon interview candidates (total of 5 candidates/5 zoom links). I will have 12 interview days (not consecutive days, they are scattered), so this is an effort to: 1. reuse the 5 links across all 12 interview days2. set it up so there is no need for a host as i can't be host in that many meetings (and i want to avoid any of the 5 interviews from being host as they aren't very tech savvy). Note: I cannot set this up as a single meeting and do breakout rooms. New Dell laptop with Windows 11. Have downloaded latest version of Zoom Workplace and get "successful installation" popup. When try to login first time, can enter userid but when move to password field, screen displays "Please try again later. Error code: -1". Zoom version is 6.6.1 (15968). Tried uninstall and reinstall--same error code. Able to log on to old Dell (Win 10) Zoom Workplace without issue.
I have a basic (free) zoom account plan. I use zoom for confidential purposes and it is of the utmost importance that my AI is disabled and my meetings are not being recorded in any way. I have been through all my AI settings numerous times to check that they are all disabled but I keep getting a notification at the end of meetings stating "You have left this meeting. Keep chatting with the meeting participants or see your meeting recording, attachments, summary, or next steps if available". I am concerned that this automated message means that AI is still active in my account. Is anyone else receiving this message and does it mean that Zoom is somehow recording my meetings without my knowledge?
Hi, Somehow I have managed to get an image of Animal from the Muppets on my background and I can not remove it. I have done all the obvious like selecting a different background or even selecting 'none' as a background image. But the animal image overlays every image I select even a 'none' background and I have no idea how to remove it. I have been through all the possible settings but no joy?I have even uninstalled on my Mac, and re installed it and nothing had changed. This has caused me issues today as I was not allowed to join a government backed meeting because I could not remove it? (link to image attached) I hope there is someone out there that can help me? Hi, I am having an issue with my Zoom recording (windows), After I ended the meeting, the conversion pop-up did not appear, so the recording was not converted. I also cannot find the converted video either on my local computer or in the cloud. Could you please help me with this?

I use Zoom on two devices. As I use two devices, I quite often get a trigger email thinking I am not bona fide, and will send a verification email to an email account I cannot get on my second device. Is there a way of using an authenticator app to verify who I am, rather than using email?Thanks.
I use Outlook calendar. I also use the Zoom Plugin in the ribbon to send an invite out for my Executive. When I try to reschedule the meeting, it moves off the calendar for a few seconds and then pops right back to the original time slot. Has anyone else experienced this? If so, how have you fixed the issue? If I use a different Zoom plugin, mtgs will move normally, but I have a ton of mtgs I have booked on the calendar using the original plugin and need to be able to move them when necessary.
Hi,I have an event coming up and I want to have two video options recorded - 1. Speaker view 2. Speakers side by sideThere will also be a gallery of participants who will have the option to interact with the speakers but we do not wish them to be seen in the video, only hear their voices.i checked the boxes record speaker, gallery and shared screen. I next unchecked the gallery option, however, we got one video which was great and switched from speaker to speaker, but the other was full gallery. Both speakers were made host and co-host and we also pinned them.What else do we need to do to avoid showing the gallery of participants? spotlight? thank you 🙏
