Zoom Recording Conversion Issue

Hi, I am having an issue with my Zoom recording (windows), After I ended the meeting, the conversion pop-up did not appear, so the recording was not converted. I also cannot find the converted video either on my local computer or in the cloud. Could you please help me with this?
