Since last week, whenever I join a meeting, after a delay, I get the error message "Virtual background is still loading". This appears to be permanent. It is still possible to turn on the video, also after a delay, but I can not blur my background as I would wish. I have a MacBook Pro (i7-6820HQ @2.70GHz) running MacOS Monterey 12.7.6 with plenty of free memory. Does anyone have any idea of how to cure this?
I've tried to uninstall zoom, clean registry, boot PC, and use MSI to insure clean 64 bit install. This places the install in Program Files. Confirm that 64 bit is running via task manager. Within a day, the 64 bit install is gone, Zoom directory in program files is gone, but Zoom now running 32 bit client with ProgramFiles(x86) Zoom directory created. This is .... Also, the "check for updates" disappears from the Zoom desktop. It is there when first installed. Running version 5.11.11. Surely I'm not the only person in the world with this problem?
If you get a sales rep that cares, good for you, but mines was horrible. His name was JL and he would not help with setup. He would just direct us to other people, so I dont know why he was hired. Then to setup, the process takes long and you have to keep chatting with others to get your phone system up and running. Then the biggest headache is setting up the SMS text messaging. It took numerous times to get it approved and you have to argue with customer service to help you with what is wrong with the SMS registration. After I got it done, which took two months by the way, they proceed to tell me that I must purchase another license and my team could not all text from the same phone number which is our main number for the office. At this point I am done with Zoom. I ended the subscription and you have to contact yet again customer service for this. Numerous agents have stated my account will end by this day and now they are saying it is on a soft pause and that I need to wait till it
Hi every one, I am preparing presentations for zoom meetings and wanted to ask if there's a way to view speaker notes while screen sharing slides. I know speaker notes are easy to use in tools like power point or google slides , but during zoom meetings it's not always clear how to keep notes visible without participants seeing them.
Till 12/12/25 evening we were able to host live meetings & attendees were able to join. But from 12/12/2025 8:30pm IST evening, it is Unable to connect zoom webinars, Zoom App created is of type Meeting SDK using SDK credentials SDK key , SDK Secret.“meetingService” is returning null. We need to get value or zoom won't start from Mobile Android.
I have had a personal Zoom account for more than three years and lately when I attempt to join a meeting or start meetings that I have scheduled I get the following message: "You must update to the latest version of Zoom to join this meeting. Contact your IT admin to update." I don't have an IT admin, so I attempted to do the update myself. When I scroll to the Downloads section on the bottom of the Zoom home screen and click to download the latest version, I am asked to sign in to my account. When I attempt to sign in to my account, I get the following message: "Your app version needs to be 5.12.2 or higher to sign in. Please contact your IT team to update your version of Zoom." So I can't join or run meetings unless I update the Zoom version, and I can't sign in to update the Zoom version unless I am on a later version. So I am stuck. I did see some community entries here that suggested uninstalling and reinstalling Zoom. That sounds like a rather unprofessional option to
Was wondering if anyone can help me solve this issueOn all Outbound calls the voice prompt "Call may be monitored for Quality Assurance" comes on. We as a company do not have call recording enabled, so I do not understand why this prompt plays. I have ensured that the Prompt "play a disclaimer prompt to call participants" has not been selected for any of our monitoring participants. Is there something I am missing? Thank you!
I need to join a meeting that lasts 3 hours. I'm NOT the host, just a participant. MY Zoom plan is the Basic which limits me to a 40 minute meeting. I don't use Zoom for business and only use about 5 times per year. Will I get cut off after 40 minutes from a meeting I am a participant and NOT the host?

Hello, ever since updated to Zoom workspace, my video settings don't show the options for @virtual background, filters, blur background or touch up appearance. I am using an Asus Aspire 5 and have the Zoom Workspace Pro plan. I had full use of these settings before the update. Any help would be really appreciated. Thank you, Sharon
Hey guys, I’m trying to streamline my communication and support for my dropshipping store using Zoom, but I’m running into some issues. I want to offer live consultations or support calls for my customers, but I’m not sure how to integrate Zoom with my store (using Sellvia) or if it’s even worth it. Anyone here using Zoom for customer service or product consultations? How do you set it up, and does it actually help with sales or customer satisfaction? Would love to hear your experiences!
I’ve been looking into ways to automate customer support for my ecommerce store using Zoom and integrating it with Sellvia, my order fulfillment platform. The goal is to provide real-time, personalized assistance to customers by scheduling Zoom calls automatically based on their order status or any issues they may encounter.Has anyone here worked on integrating Zoom’s API with third-party ecommerce systems, particularly for order management and support? I’m specifically interested in automating customer meeting scheduling, syncing order updates, and using Zoom’s API to streamline the support process.
I am using a zoom app on my iPad, and a recording button cannot be found anywhere. A recording option is not included in the meeting settings, even after I added “screening records” in the control centre. I greatly appreciate if anybody can tell me what’s going on and how I can add a recording option. Thank you.
Not sure where the suggestion box is, or whether this is the right place to bring this up, but-- It would be great if Zoom could add the ability for an individual user to set a logo or virtual foreground while on camera, regardless of the user's chosen background. Like a foreground layer or some such. This way, I could have my team's logo displayed in the corner of my screen and still keep my background of choice, be it Blur, Natural or Virtual background. Thanks for your consideration!
i keep getting webinar registration emails that i never opted in for. How do you stop people from registering you for webinars you didn't sign up for?
I just recorded a meeting as co-host with my Android phone. Now I can't find it anywhere. Where are the recordings from the Zoom workplace app stored?
My recording was downloaded to my device as a local recording and the file shows as "double click to convert". When I double click, nothing happens, nothing opens. I have tried several times and also restarted my computer. This is on a Windows computer.
As a zoom admin I am looking to enable the option "Automatically sign users out after a specified time" under the security settings. I have already contacted the support team with a question about how the sign-out happens, which was answered. However I am still looking for more information, if anyone has had experience on enabling such option. This article - https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0061708 states that "The settings to automatically log you out after a certain amount of time depends on the configuration set by your account owner or admins." however there's no further clarification.Currently I have no time-out set, meaning that the zoom client for my users stay logged-in indefinitely. However, Okta (which is my SSO/IDP) is configured to reset sessions every 12 hours. To my understanding this means that Zoom will override whatever is coming from Okta, correct? For example my session in browser for my zoom dashboard will keep log
Currently trialing out the new visitor management. Since it has been released in the last month anyone have recommendations for printers for reception for their guests/visitors? Ideally, print as a sticker, or if anyone has better suggestion?
We purchased ZRA, and noticed that the unlimited storage is for analytics, not the source Zoom meeting videos, which, are required for the analytics. Since ZRA is a premium add-on, it would be great if the storage was unlimited similar to other premium products on the market (Gong, Otter.AI, etc).
We are new to Zoom Phone as of this week. We had been with Ring Central a few years prior. I am very surprised to find that Zoom is missing the most basic of things for the phone functions. Paging - we have Polycom VVX 350 desk phones. The Keys & Buttons setting does not work for "Paging - Line". When applied to the user, it never appears as an option on their phone soft keys. Broken. Paging - You can get around this at least, by picking up the hand set and entering the Extension number assigned to a Paging group. But when you do, it still does not work right at all. Instead of hearing a Page across all the phone speakers, it makes the phones RING. If a person does not pick up the phone, they miss the page. For us, this is a major safety issue. We use phone paging for critical announcements, and calls to other staff for assistance if a client is in crisis at the deskCall Queues - I had written about an issue with this, and then suddenly an hour after I po
Dear Zoom, I'm running Zoom meetings on my iPad (12.9-inch 3rd generation iPad Pro, iPadOS 18.7.1). Even though I've got "Original sound for musicians" activated in my settings, my participants can't hear loud musical recordings played from a nearby speaker, even though they can hear my voice very clearly while I speak in the same room as the music. This seems to be a new phenomenon because in past years they've been able to hear those recordings played out of the same speaker without issue. Can you help me solve this? I've tried looking for other settings to change within your iPad app, but the "Original sound for musicians" toggle switch is the only one I can find. There are other threads on this forum dealing with similar problems, but Zoom's reps so far seem to be mostly offering solutions that would pertain to Zoom on a computer, not on an iPad. Can anyone help?
Is there a way to check the call throughput (inbound and outbound) per licensed user on Zoom?
The "Appointments distribution by type" report in the analytics records no information - it is just a blank graph, even when different types of meetings are booked in the same period.
Is there a way to mute incoming calls from my phone while I'm on a call in my Zoom phone app? Context:I'm using the Zoom app on my phone to make a call.A call comes in from my phone (not zoom). It rings in my ear while I'm on my Zoom phone call. Can I mute it or send it straight to voicemail while I'm on another Zoom call?
