I'm trying to start a new zoom meeting and it is not starting. I have spoken to one other person and they are having the same problem. Is there a problem with zoom at the moment?
Can anyone tell me how to solve this issue?
Ysterday was recrding there and today is not even in trash. It there any possibility to recover it?
I can't access to any recording and suddenly they are gone altogether. They don't exist in even trash folder I could access to them and they existed till yesterday. Please help ASAP it's an emergency, I have to send them to my clients till today

Yesterday my meeting was cut off at 40 min b/c of the change in free accounts. I was unaware of the change even though I am using Zoom 3x/week. I paid for an upgrade, as I needed Zoom for my tutoring business then went back to my emails to find out what was going on. The emails said I was offered a discount for the first year, but when I clicked on the link, it said I was ineligible for the savings, presumably because I had paid for an upgrade minutes before and during that process, no discounts were mentioned. l am unhappy about this process, would like to discuss it with someone, but that does not seem possible. How to proceed to get some help??
I have reported this problem for numerous times but there is no any customer support or solution given. I subscribed the Pro Account since last April, it's really annoying and unsatisfying as I have to CANCELLED the meetings I scheduled before! Please solve this issue as soon as possible before I completely disappointed in ZOOM!
Hello! Over the past few weeks I've struggled a couple of times where zoom meetings I have scheduled (in Outlook with the Zoom plug in) have then not allowed me to start the meeting. I have been stuck in a waiting room waiting for the 'host' to start the meeting, along with the other attendees. But I am the host? I have tried logging in to Zoom newly but otherwise not sure what I can do here. This isn't happening with all my zoom meetings but most of them. Any ideas why? Thanks

Saludos a todos. Siempre he grabado en la nube a 720P, con una resolucion de 1280x pero de pronto los videos que bajo vienen con una resolucion de 640x360 pixels. La verdad que ha sido una faena porque la grabación se ve con poca resolucion y muy baja calidad cuando desde mis equipos 1.- No he cambiado ninguna variable de HD2.- La reunion del domingo la primera si me grabo a 720P pero cuando paro la grabación y pongo a grabar la segunda en la nube, cuando voy a bajarla me sale recording_640x360.mp4Hago pruebas de ancho de banda y todo bien, con test de subidas y bajadas 400 megas en total.No es por ancho de banda, andemas de una reunion a otra solo paramos 15 minutos, paré la primera grabacion para que se quedara renderizando en la nube, y puse a gabar una segunda a los 15 minutos. Pero esta ultima me bajó la la calidad de mala manera.Alguien mas le ha pasado? CUANDO ME DESCARGO EL VIDEO VIENE CON ESTA RESOLCUION BAJA. ME PUEDEN DAR AYUDA POR QUE? N

Facebook has stopped live-streaming to Facebook Groups from any application as of today. This includes Zoom's built-in integration to livestream to Facebook. Hiya All my live streaming settings in account settings is enabled yet when I create a new meeting I don't see the option on the live streaming section of the meeting to add all my Facebook Group live details. I have also added the app inside of zoom but get "You cannot stream to this platform. Check your zoom settings". It's so frustrating. Can anyone help pelase.

For the last couple of months, my Apple AirPods Pro 2 are having issues. They connect fine. The speaker works and I can hear fine. But every client on my Zoom calls are complaining that my voice is cutting in and out and sounds robotic.I took my AirPods Pro 2 to Apple Genius and they replaced my AirPods. I thought I was good to go, but the issue continued.I then hopped on the same Zoom Call with my iPhone and my AirPods microphone worked great.Therefore, the issue is isolated when I'm using Zoom Workplace on my Macbook Pro. Wondering if anyone can help with this nagging problem when annotating or writing on a whiteboard in Zoom....!Problem: Annotating, writing or drawing with any stylus on any Whiteboard or on any shared document begins normally but after about 5 minutes the stylus begins to fail, or after about one-half page of writing or annotation. Then the character images of my pen/stylus begin to flicker and skip on my touchscreen, until the pen is soon rendered unable to write at all. What I have tried: I have tried two different pens--same problems.I have tried at least two different Whiteboard apps--Microsoft Whiteboard, and then changed to the native Zoom whiteboard. Same problem. If I create a Google Calendar event with a Zoom meeting link, but an attendee uses my personal link instead of the one in the Google Calendar invitation, will they still be able to get into the meeting?
Can you only stream spotify whilst in zoom using a desktop laptop/computer? I have a chromebook laptop, and I can't seem to figure out how to play music, so wondering if its because it's not a desktop. I can't find any info about this anywhere.
All was well until this morning when I was looking for a Recurring Meeting (set to No Fixed Time). In the end, I have to log in to the web to conduct my meeting. Instead of Open Recurring Meetings on my tab, it now has Open Recordings (which is irrelevant for constant use). Did Zoom change the interface? I have tried looking for solutions on the web but found none. I have no need to integrate calendar settings. I hope this can be resolved soon. Thanks.
When I call out out Zoon, peope see me and my name below me. When people call me, my assistant name is below me. This is formerly her computer. How can I get incoming to be my name. Is it a setting on the caller's side. But it happens to all incoming calls.

I have been using Zoom for many months with no problems. Today, (Sunday 30th June 2024) I logged in after a week and on my Macbook Air (MacOS Catalina, 10.15.7) the Whiteboard does not load at all and is stuck on the initial loading screen. It updated to Zoom workplace and I have the new interface so I suspect it has something to do with this? I have tried restarting the Zoom client, my laptop and nothing works. This is a big problem for me as I teach using Zoom Whiteboard; I therefore need this to be resolved as soon as possible.
