Apple Airpods Pro 2 - Speaker Working, Microphone Sounds Robotic/Cuts In and Out

For the last couple of months, my Apple AirPods Pro 2 are having issues. They connect fine. The speaker works and I can hear fine. But every client on my Zoom calls are complaining that my voice is cutting in and out and sounds robotic.

I took my AirPods Pro 2 to Apple Genius and they replaced my AirPods. I thought I was good to go, but the issue continued.

I then hopped on the same Zoom Call with my iPhone and my AirPods microphone worked great.

Therefore, the issue is isolated when I'm using Zoom Workplace on my Macbook Pro.

What is the issue?

Issue solved. I had Audio settings on: “Personalized Audio Isolation” which caused microphone to cut in and out and sound robotic. The issue was resolved when I put it back on “Noise Removal (default).”
