We are preparing for the transition to Salesforce Enhanced Messaging from Live Chat. As a company with support agents around the clock and around the world, we rely heavily on a script to check agent availability in Live Chat. As Salesforce will not be providing a similar solution for Enhanced Messaging, I'm curious how other companies are addressing this critical workflow. Suggestions?

We deploy zoom outlook plugin msi through SCCM in our environment.  If we manually install/uninstall or go through sccm to upgrade a previous outlook plugin install we get these errors. The zoom cleanup tool doesnt work for the plugin. Does anyone have any ideas on how to force remove the plugin so a reinstall can work? We are full IT admins for our org and there only a handful of these issues but they are growing.

I have a profile picture for my Zoom account which previously showed up when I joined a meeting (before I turned on Video) or when I turned Video off during a meeting.Recently my profile picture stopped appearing when I was signed in with thevideo off. This has happened in several different meetings.I have a Zoom account, and if I start a meeting my profile picture does appear when I have Video off. How can I fix this?Caroline

Hello. It is required per California Code that all conference rooms with audio/video be equipped with an assistive listening system. I have a small, simple conference room with one screen, running a Zoom Rooms appliance (say, a Neat Bar or a Logitech Rally Bar).  I need this appliance to give me an aux audio output (e.g. 3.5mm jack) that contains the call audio that I can feed into the audio input of my assistive listening transmitter. So far I haven't found any all-in-one Zoom Appliance that has an aux audio out - do you know of any out there?If I were to use a dedicated computer (Logitech Roommate, Intel NUC, ...), would Zoom Rooms let me output call audio to two peripherals at the same time (1. USB audio peripheral for the room (a sound bar for instance), and 2. the front audio jack connected to assistive listening transmitter) ?Is my only choice to use an audio splitter after the selected audio output? Hi. How can I share audio on Zoom from one application only? I am hosting an All Hands. The PowerPoint presentation has embedded intro/outro audio tracks. During the presentation, other audio-generating applications will be running on my computer, like Slack. I don't want my Slack notification, Outlook notification, etc. sounds to be heard by the attendees.   Related: Is it finally possible to toggle audio share without stopping/restarting the share? That would be a sort-of acceptable solution, as the notification sounds would only come through during that brief period of time.

Hi there. I am trying to login in to our business account using the regular email address that we always use for admin privileges. However, when I type in the email address and click 'NEXT', a message shows up in red letters saying, "Having trouble signing in with this email. Please sign in with a different account or create a free account." I am using the account we have always used and nothing has changed on our end. And since I can't login with that email/account I can't access SUPPORT because free accounts (like the one I'm using right now to post this) doesn't allow me to contact support. My Zoom phone has stopped showing the name of the person who is calling and instead just says "For (my name)" and shows their number. How do I go back to seeing the name of the caller so I can avoid people? &#x1f605

Hello,i have a plan that includes a phone feature.To get a phone number, Zoom requires me to enter a company address — but I’m a private individual.Where in my Zoom profile can I change the setting so that my account is not registered as a company?Many thanks!

I just found zoom fax today and very happy about it. When setting up cover pages it looks like fields can be dynamic base on the sender's user record. However when we tested it only the sender name and fax number automatically populated along with the recipient fax number. Does the system support automatically populating sender company, sender address, and sender phone number? If so, where do we need to update user profile records?   

During meetings, an emoji periodically floats through my Zoom screen. My client can see it too and neither of us know what triggered it. It has happened with more than one client. There have been thumbs up and hearts. I use Zoom for healthcare which is supposed to be HIPAA compliant and this makes me nervous. Any insights as to what this is / how to turn it off? Thank you! 

Several of our users are experiencing a problem on their Polycom VVX411 phones where the message light is flashing and the screen shows new messages; however, there are no messages there.  Has anyone had this problem or know of a solution?

When I am sharing screens on MS Teams, I can use my ZoomIt tool to zoom in and out on content i want to focus on.  The zoom function of the ZoomIt tool doesn't work on ZOOM, no one can see what I am zooming in on.Is there a way to zoom in and out using the ZOOM interface instead?

Our small church has been using Zoom Rooms for hybrid worship services for several years. It has been a wonderful way for home-bound and remote members to stay connected, and we appreciate the two-way interaction that Zoom offers compared to streaming alternatives.Unfortunately, the experience has declined over time. My primary concern is audio quality:We use multiple inexpensive USB microphones (including those built into webcams). In past versions of Zoom Rooms, audio was good and worked reliably. But recent changes to noise suppression and echo cancellation have made the sound consistently worse. It is now difficult to achieve good audio. (We do have a direct analog connection from the church sound system, which works well — but only when the speaker is at the pulpit mic.) Please consider fixing the USB audio issues, even if that means reverting to an earlier implementation.And while I am complaining, other issues we’ve noticed:Microphone selection requires too many steps. I was trying to download the files for a video recording. I selected "Record a separate audio file of each participant" in the settings. There were 2 participants in the recorded Zoom call.   I downloaded the video files and also an audio file but there doesn't appear to be separate audio files for each speaker.  I did receive this message when downloading the files - "The separate audio file of each participant won't be included, you can download them in the list."   What list?  There does not appear to be a list of separate audio files.The cloud recordings list indicates that there are 5 files for the particular recording, which I assume are the speaker view, the gallery view, the combined audio file (both participants) and one audio file for each of the participants.  But there appears to be no way to access the separate audio files.I am obviously missing something but what that might be is not intuitive.Thanks for your help!

Want to add paging to  new poly sets being added have succesfully added it for Avaya phones using ProvisioningTemplate looking Poly sets examples ,documentation is vague. Just need to get syntax corect for Poly and what to include and what to leave out for paging feature

I have users that connect to a server via Parallels for a remote desktop. They complain about call lag when calling another Zoom user with a desktop on the server. Would Zoom VDI be a solution for them? From what I understand there is a VDI Workplace installer like the Zoom client that goes on the server and a VDI plugin that is installed to the users local machine so all VOIP processing gets done on the local laptop? 

since the AWS outage, we have not been able to provision any phones.  They aren't reaching the provisioning server.

Is there a way to disable the Zoom Workplace app from audibly ringing when it is connected to a desk phone using call control? We've recently started using Zoom phone, and several users have said it's annoying hearing the Zoom ringtone as well as the desk phone ring tone.  Is there a way to do this, or any alternative solutions that could be suggested? We use Yealink T44W handsets if that is useful to know at all. 

I have a zoom hearing in court coming up. How do I upload exhibits to show to the judge?

When changes are made to meeting preferences, do these changes affect existing scheduled meetings as well?

 I've noticed that while hosting Zoom meetings, my video output appears to be of low quality. However, I can view the videos of invited participants in high quality. I am using a Logitech Brio 4K camera. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this issue?
