Hello, I am looking for ways to better customize the email templates that are sent out via Zoom upon registration, reminder, and post webinar emails. Similar t what Webinar Jam does. Is there a way to do this?
Hello,I am using Zoom on my Android phone (Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G).On sharing screen, I oppend in my Cellphone an App called Youcut.When I share the screen during a meeting using Share → Screen and enable Share device audio, the participants can see the App but cannot hear any sound.Here are the details:Android version: Android 15Zoom app version: 6.65.34303I have already given microphone permissions and enabled Share sound.The media volume is turned up and no Bluetooth audio device is connected.The issue occurs whether I am connected via Wi-Fi or mobile data.Could you please advise if there is any known issue with device audio sharing on Android, or a specific setting required for Samsung Galaxy devices?Thank you,Boaz Oren

I would like to use an informational slide presentation before our program. I am not sure about about the equipment I might need.This is my agenda:In opening Zoom portal I plan to show information (Announcements) slides as guests enter. Do I begin share screen before or as I allow participants entrance?Following the opening slides, I begin my program with introducing speaker. Now I must prepare the presentation for viewing. My question is how do I make the transition from opening slides to speaker presentation. Do I need two computers operating? I have the presentations on a usb. Thanks for your time. and expertise.
Zoom doesn't want me to stay signed in. As soon as I sign in I get this message,Signed outYour session has ended and you need to sign in againOn multiple devices (iPad, Samsung phone, and windows laptop). I can't start a meeting or anything. I stay signed in for 5 seconds then get this message again!I have a Pro account.
After Recent Update My Zoom Application Fail to Connect on 5G Network, when I am opening my latest 6.6 version of zoom in my phone , my phone internet connection becomes unstable. I have some clients that use zoom for their meetings. Any time I click on a link to join one of their meetings, the zoom workplace also opens and I can't close it or else it will force me to leave the meeting. How do I stop workplace from opening automatically? I just want to click the link, join the meeting, and then leave. I don't need or want anything else. Thanks for any help.
Hello, can anybody help me with troubleshooting zoom?Meeting organisator has a list of emails, he does not send any invitations. Other people see the meeting in their accounts. I don't see the meetings. The problem is on my tablet and on one of my phones. I see the meetings and can participate on another phone. Yesterday I was able to see the meetings in zoom web interface on my tablet, I was able to start the meeting somehow. But now all the meetings disappeared. What should I do?
In the webinar tab, created a webinar weeks ago as I have done many times. Just yesterday, I no longer could edit the webinar as when I went to save, received this message - "something went wrong. Please refresh and try again." Refreshing does not work. Today after the webinar got the attendee page but on step 3, it would not generate the report and again, I got the message - "something went wrong. Please refresh and try again." Bot is of no assistance other than to clean my cookies off, which I have done.
When the meeting starts, it is automatically recorded. When it's over, it will be confirmed that the cloud-recorded edition has been sent.However, I am not an advanced edition user, so I could not find the cloud-recorded edition.When I try to locate the record on my Mac, there is no such file.When I set up to record the meetings locally, that is, on my Mac under my account, it shows that it is already locally recorded. I am kinda in a bad loop here. Could someone help me with this? Or tell me a number that I could call to reach? I called the Hong Kong office, but it was AI.Thank you so much.

Trying to figure out why all of a sudden (last month or so), I'm getting tons of daily emails saying "jump on the zoom call you signed up for" when it's a fake company, with a bogus email trying to get me to buy or sign up for something through the zoom meeting app..and why isn't Zoom putting a stop to this?? For each one I have to go unsubscribe to some bogus/scam company i never signed up with b/c i can't report the email as spam because it's technically coming from Zoom!!!! A company I am paying to pimp out my email address? Sorry- this is an awful business practice and zero help or assistance for those of us that actually pay and support Zoom and have for years. Protect your loyal customers Zoom! Don't allow bad businesses to just start spamming your loyal paying customers! (And if one more person/automated AI tells me to go to some page and find some spam company and report every single one in some ridiculous, time-consuming process I will definitely have a cancelation forthcoming

I teach music theory/composition via Zoom, so I need screenshare PLUS microphone PLUS computer sound, simultaneously. How can this be done?

Hi, Since Zoom Contact Center doesn’t allow transfers to unavailable agents, is there a way for agents who are marked unavailable for external calls to receive internal transfer calls from other agents? For example, I have an agent who is unavailable due to wrapping up an extended call, but another agent would like to warm transfer a new call to them to handle next.

I was working with a customer who had a brand new Dell XPS 15 9520. They are experiencing a problem with audio as follows:1. Audio works completely fine (mic and speakers) outside of Zoom2. When joining a Zoom meeting through their Outlook calendar, Zoom seems to disable the audio devices altogether. Zoom says that it is unable to detect audio devices and to switch to another device. This issue persists after the meeting has ended and then the PC will not play any audio. The sound devices are still listed in the device manager. 3. When the PC is rebooted, the audio comes back. When starting a meeting from the Zoom desktop client, the problem does not occur. This seems to only occur when the meeting is joined via invite link on an Outlook calendar. For troubleshooting:1. Reinstalled Zoom desktop client and Zoom Outlook plugin from zoom.us2. Uninstalled NVIDIA audio driver3. Installed realtek audio driver 6.0.9285.1 from dell.com/support. At some point I stopped being able to schedule recurring meetings. I just started receiving the mentioned code. I had subscribed into and integrated it with Calendly and then canceled the subscription. Not sure if this is causing it.

I (and many others in the meetings I attend) are very dissatisfied with the new behavior where Zoom automatically lowers a raised hand a few seconds after someone finishes speaking.This is disruptive in meeting formats where raised hands are used to queue speakers or indicate ongoing interest, such as in our large Fellowship. Participants are frustrated because their hands drop, breaking order and flow.We respectfully ask Zoom to:Provide a setting or toggle (at the meeting or account level) to disable automatic lowering of hands.At minimum, give hosts the option to control this behavior instead of forcing it universally.Zoom is a leading platform because it respects diverse meeting styles. Please prioritize this fix so users don’t feel forced to look at alternatives.Thank you.
Okay, chatbot failed miserably. When I answer or make calls on my laptop using my AirPods the called person cannot hear me. When I delete Zoom and all its files, my calls can be heard just fine. When I reinstall, the receiver is again not able to hear me at all. The Audio Codecs are seizing control of my AirPods volume and making them useless when Zoom is loaded on my device. What ya' got for me? Hope a real live person can help. My work requires I use Zoom or I wouldn't. FaceTime works just as good for me.
Hi, I’m having an issue with the Zoom mobile app. In every meeting I join, the only control that appears is Unmute. I don’t see Start Video, Share Screen, Participants, or More, even when I tap the screen. What I’ve tried: My camera works in the Zoom preview before joining a meeting Rejoined meetings Updated to the latest version Uninstalled and reinstalled the app Joined the official Zoom Test Meeting (https://zoom.us/test) — still the same problem Confirmed that hosts have not disabled video Extra detail: If I switch my phone into split-screen or zoomed display layout, the controls appear. But when I return to single-screen mode, they disappear again. This looks like a UI scaling bug. Phone: [insert your phone model + OS version here] Is anyone else experiencing this? Is there a fix, or will it require a Zoom update? Thanks!
