I am trying to locate my previous meetings on the new setup of Zoom but cannot. I can see upcoming but no previous. Can anyone suggest how I can find them, thanks?

We are experiencing an issue with Yealink T48S phones where the devices will not reprovision with Zoom Phone after being removed from an existing user and reassigned to another user. The phones work normally until we attempt to reprovision them, at which point they are unable to successfully provision back to Zoom.  We are only having this issue with Yealink T48S phones, other phones are able to provision without issue.   We have been able to reproduce the issue on multiple T48S phones. Some of the troubleshooting we have completed includes: Factory resetting the phones and attempting a clean provision Removing and re-adding the devices in Zoom Removing the devices from Yealink RPS/YMCS Downgrading and upgrading firmware versions as recommended by Yealink Confirming network communication with both Yealink and Zoom Testing on a network with direct internet access to rule out our corporate network/firewall Collecting packet captures and diagnostic logs for both Zoom and Yeali

When I click on join meeting in email a message pops up that the pop up was blocked even though block pop up is off in all browsers.

In the past, the “Background” appeared as a separate Dialog Box.  Now it covers the “Chat” comments.  How do I have the “Background” appear as a separate Dialog Box?

ChatGPT says Zoom doesn't offer AI summaries with the free version of Zoom.

Why can't I modify a meeting from the desktop app? I always have to go to the webpage to make the correct changes to an appointment. For example, the app changes the day to any other than the one I selected. I select Friday at 8pm for a Tuesday meeting and it pushes it into the following week on Monday. This has been going on for months now! I have waited in the hopes of an update to correct the problem.

When they unmute your mic, I still can't use the mic on my phone

Very inconvenient that the only way to get a link to a channel is to add myself to the channel through the admin portal but then have to switch to the app as a regular user in order to get a channel link. Would be helpful to have the option to ‘copy channel link’ available in the channel management area of the Admin portal.

When someone raises their hand I get a dialog box that says so and so has raised their hand, I need to close that box before I can unmute that person.is there any way I can disable this dialog Box its totally unnecessary

Good afternoon! As far as I know, Zoom meetings hosted by users physically located in Ukraine are now free of the usual 40-minute time limit. However, my meetings are still limited to 40 minutes.Could you please explain why this might be happening and let me know how I can access this benefit?Thank you in advance for your help!

Like others, I've created custom registration questions, but the responses do not appear when I generate a registration report. I've reviewed several help articles and community discussions but haven't found a solution.Has anyone been able to successfully include custom registration question responses in their reports? If so, could you share the steps or any settings I may be missing?

Zoom Revenue Accelerator (ZRA) is not the same tool it was six months ago. And honestly, most people have not caught up yet.I have been knee-deep in ZRA conversations lately and I want to share what changed, where the real value is, and the gaps that keep getting in the way. So What Changed?Zoom acquired Common Room in July. In September we launched the AI-powered Revenue OS. ZRA is now part of a full lifecycle revenue engine — identify warm leads, engage and build pipeline, coach reps on real conversations, and close and forecast deals with CRM-powered intelligence. All under one roof.Three tiers now — Essentials (the ZRA you know), Premium (adds AI Sales Assist, AI Roleplay, and AskZRA with tokens), and Elite (full Revenue OS with Engage and Forecast). Existing customers sit on Essentials and can trial the AI tools today.Quick callout on AskZRA — this one is flying under the radar. You can query all your conversations. Hi everyone,I'm running into a frustrating issue with chat handling since the latest Zoom Workplace updates, and I'm wondering if anyone has found a solution or if this is a known bug.Previously, we could manage participant chat settings smoothly. However, we're now experiencing two major pain points during meetings: Split Chat Windows: When we set participants to message the "Host and Co-hosts only," individual chats now open as separate, separate threads instead of staying consolidated within one window. Missing Settings: The old “Meeting chat - Private group messages” toggle no longer seems available in the settings to enable or disable. This makes it extremely difficult to chat privately with individual participants during a live meeting while keeping everything organised and private.Has anyone else noticed this, or found a way to keep participant chats unified under the current version? For a while it worked when we were using older version of Zoom, but with the latest Zoom upda

I have closed captioning enabled. The participant name keeps popping up in gray font all on its own, usually when there's a pause in speaking. Our logo also appears just to the left of the name. It appears inline with the transcribed speech so it quickly scrolls off, but it's very distracting. I don't see an option to turn it off.

Hello, Since my last update, my background has been blurred on my MacBook Air (Ventura 13.6.9). I am using Zoom workplace version 6.3.5, but I have had this issue on the previous Zoom update as well. No virtual backgrounds are enabled or any other effects. I do not have this issue with Zoom work place on my i phone or my i pad. I have read the threads about the Face Time camera settings being the issue, but it works fine on my phone and I pad, so I assume this isn't the issue....

I have a Pro account. I want to see a participant list for my Zoom meeting on 3/29/22. When I go to “Account Management-Reports” and set the search range for 3/29/22, it shows no reports. How can I see meeting participant list for my 3/29/22 meeting?

As a counselling therapist I provide sessions that are 50 or 60 minutes long, but I only have a few a week, and that makes that annual price somewhat prohibitive.I don’t need all the bells and whistles, all I need is to see up to 8 people simultaneously, be able to share documents via the share function, and be able to record meetings/sessions.I’ve tried alternatives but they either don’t provide the quality that Zoom provides (e.g., GoogleMeet) or don’t work at all for me (e.g., MS Teams - I have spent hours and just can’t get it to work on my Mac.)I know of many others who are in the same boat - so how can we as a community persuade Zoom to provide that sweet spot that so many self-employed people or small businesses need?

I am Member 2 on a paid Zoom Account with co-host/admin’s privilege.  For our first meeting the Owner set up the meeting, I started the meeting and gave me recording privileges.  I selected “Record to Cloud” since I know that option lets you save ALL the files - speaker, gallery, chat, etc. which I can then access through Recordings & Transcripts. When reviewing the recording, we found that only the speaker’s view got recorded.  We don’t need the speaker’s view; we need gallery. How do we ensure that that DOES occur when I exercise the co-host on meetings that the Owner sets up?

Hello Team Zoom, I bought a new Samsung Andriod tablet on the 30th March. Very expensive device.  ZOOM worked fine until May.  I went to China to deliver lectures...not using ZOOM.  This week I needed ZOOM again and it does not work. It does the SSO login and instead of automatically launching the app, it just stops. I press the Launch ZOOM button on the webscreen and NOTHING. Absolutely nothing. I am exhausted.  I have: 1. Cleared the cache on Chrome2. Installed and tried to use Microsoft Edge instead3. Uninstalled and reinstalled the apps.4. Did a Factory Reset SEVERAL times in the last 16 hours (including at least twice this morning). Still the same problem.  On my old SAMSUNG Android tablet it works. On my expensive new one it does not yet it did before May.  Please I beg of you for help as I have two online lectures to give on Monday and need ZOOM on the new tablet to work.

Hi everyone!I'm trying to use Zoom's animated 3D animal avatars during live meetings, but the Avatars option is completely missing from my Zoom Workplace desktop application. Video Filters and Studio Effects are also missing. My system information:MacBook Air (M1, 2020) Apple Silicon processor macOS 27.0.1 Zoom Workplace version 7.2.22 (88465) Free Basic account Account role: Owner Location: United StatesTroubleshooting I've ALREADY completed:Confirmed Zoom is fully updated. Verified I'm signed into the correct Zoom account. Signed out, restarted Zoom, and signed back in. Tested with a completely different Zoom account. Checked the specific Avatar settings in the Zoom web portal. Checked both In Meeting (Basic) and In Meeting (Advanced) settings. Searched for Avatar and Video Filter settings in the web portal. Verified Zoom has camera permissions in macOS. Confirmed I'm using the Apple Silicon version, not Intel. Completely quit Zoom, removed the application, downloaded the latest Apple

I was hosting an event at the end of Sept that got zoom bombed with a participant drawing on the speaker's slide with an offensive image. In Host Tools, I had turned off all features for particpants except chat. And still someone was able to draw on the slide. I read that the speaker should have turned off annotation for participants, but the speakers didn't realize and I didn't know I had to ask them. I'm lodging a formal complaint that this feature is not part of the Host Tools. It needs to be. I'm canceling our account.

Hi, Recently I have run into a problem that have never been an issue. The Team Chat required me to press Ctrl+Enter to send a message, Pressing Enter only could make it go down a row.Pressing Enter to send was much faster and more convenience.I think it started since the latest Update. I use the Team Chat quite a lot. So it should be helpful if you could switch it back like it used to be.Thanks.

How can I reverse the black background back to white in the chat window during a zoom meeting

I have a user that keeps having to reboot her desk phone to reconnect her app.  She gets the “Unable to connect desk phone, try again later.

I logged into my Zoom webcam meeting this afternoon and when the screen came up my thumbnail was suddenly blurry, and it’s not supposed to be.  I’ve been doing these weekly webcams for over 2 years and this is the first time this issue has happened.  I’m on a MacOS using Google Chrome.   problem is.
