Hi,

Hi,
I have the problem that I can't get calls on another line to the switchboard (when the other line is not busy). I have not found a switch that can do this. Is it possible to set this, and if so, how?
Thank`s in advance for your help.

Hi @Friedjof89
Do I understand you correctly? You would like to be able to answer a call coming into your main company telephone number?
Have you looked into setting up the main company number to forward to a Call Queue under which several Users desk phones and/or Zoom computer or mobile phone apps would ring simultaneously or sequentially, etc.? There is also a feature called Shared Line Groups.
The following Support Article outlines a comparison the different call routing methods:
https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360039141752-Comparison-of-call-routing-methods
There is also this free learning center 15-minute course on how to set up Auto Receptionists and Call Queues:
https://learning.zoom.us/learn/course/external/view/elearning/92/auto-receptionists-and-call-queues
I hope that helps!
