Useless phone support

I am unable to phone your helpline as my old phone doesn't support "pound" signs. Every other help line in the UK works perfectly well. Why is yours so hard to access. Surely the main thing about support is that it should be easy to access.

 

I would like an answer to why the time menu on the the meeting schedule page doesn't function

Hi @mp_dudley 

 

A "pound" sign is otherwise known as a "has" sign in the UK. It is the # symbol. Most phones should have that.
