login into a company account


Very basic question, I've invited 2 users to my Zoom pro acount as licenesed users, how do they log into zoom?

Using own mail and password? It's so basic but the users need explaining to! One of the users logged in with the wrong name.

Thank you for your message. When you add users, they will receive an email where they click on a link/button to approve this. Once completed, they can log-in the same way that they've been doing, but they will be a part of your tenant. Please see here for more information:
