audio distortion during screen share

Hi, when I screenshare, my audio distorts for people listening. It crackles

I've tried everything I can think of. Anyone having similar issues.

I'm not the best technically but I get by. I can usually sort these things out.

It's frustrating.

same problem here. 😞 It is impossible to run classroom and share video/sound. Hopefully someone find/send the solution soon.

I am experiencing this problem with webinars.  The audio is fine until I share the screen. We have tested with various hosts in different locations, the problem is experienced by all users, all running version 5.16.10.  I see older posts about reverting back to a previous versions.  Has anyone found a solution to this?

Zoom suggested all sorts of ways to fix the issue but none of them worked. The interaction ended when they suggested my network connection wasn't strong enough. There are plenty of people online experiencing this issue. It is unresolved and remains frustrating
