adding Q&A to toolbar in meetings

Hi has anyone worked out how as the Host (for a Pro account, single user) to add a Q&A to a meeting?

The info on line seems to say different things including:

a) You can add it via the Advanced settings

b) That you have to set up a template

c) If I go to templates it says I have to use an existing meeting template (which do not have what I want in them)

d) Or that Zoom needs to do something their end

I am confused and have taken ages on line trying to resolve this issue. Anyone know how to resolve this?

Thanks in advance

Hello,

Prerequisites for enabling Q&A in Meetings
A Zoom Business, Zoom One Business, Zoom One Business Plus, Zoom One Enterprise, Zoom One Enterprise Plus, or Education account

Many Zoom features need to be enabled at the account level and then at the user level.

How to enable Q&A for Meetings

Account Level
To enable the Q&A feature for all members of your organization:

Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an owner or admin with the privilege to edit account settings.
In the navigation menu, click Account Management then Account Settings.
Click the Meeting tab.
Under In Meeting (Advanced), click the Q&A in meetings toggle to enable or disable it.
If a verification dialog appears, click Enable or Disable to verify the change.
(Optional) To prevent all users in your account from changing this setting, click the lock icon , and then click Lock to confirm the setting.

User Level
To enable or disable the Q&A feature for your own use:

Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
In the navigation menu, click Settings.
Click the Meeting tab.
Under In Meeting (Advanced), click the Q&A in meetings toggle to enable or disable it.
If a verification dialog appears, click Enable or Disable to verify the change.
Note: If the option is grayed out, it has been locked at either the group or account level. You need to contact your Zoom admin.

There is no need to use  a template.
