Zoom's quality these last 2 month's.


Has anyone been experiencing a lot of instability these last 2 month's?
I have. I would like to know other people's opinion and experience with this.

I would also like to know how contacting Zoom's support has been.
As far as I experienced, Zoom's support is a joke. They ask the same questions over and over again and say: "My apologies for the delay in responding to your inquiry as we are experiencing longer wait times because of increased demand". I have talked to 3 different people and it's all the same.



I agree with everything you have posted. I have been logged out of my meetings every time I was on Zoom after about 30min and getting help has been frustrating because I am not a paying customer
