Waiting Rooms

Good morning,

 

I utilize the Waiting Rooms for my Zoom training sessions. Most of the attendees, when joining are sent over to the waiting room, however, I've noticed every so often a few participants squeak through and enter the Zoom meeting and bypass the waiting room.

 

I've noticed the attendees that are sent to the waiting room always have (Guest) after their name -- and those who bypass the waiting room do NOT have (Guest) after their name. Is there a way to fix this in settings in ensure everyone does get sent to the waiting room?

Hi @cory_pankratz 

Have you checked your Waiting Room settings within the Settings page? It could be that you have internal users (users on your same account) allowed to bypass the waiting room automatically.
