Unable to access unlimited meetings that my University says I have.

My university admin says they can't change my account. Zoom says "This email domain has already been managed by another account. (200)"  How do I resolve this? Group meetings always run over the 45 minutes and the university says "I should have this."

Hi, @franmcveigh,

Are you saying your Meetings automatically end after 40 minutes?

On the Zoom web portal your Profile page (https://zoom.us/profile) go to the Account section and see if it says Licensed or Basic:

If it says Basic, ask your Zoom Admin if you are supposed to have a Licensed account.

A free Zoom account has a time limit of 40 minutes for each session. You can upgrade to Zoom Pro if you need to have group meetings that last longer than 40 minutes. With Zoom Pro, you get unlimited meeting time. There are also other features like cloud recording and streaming to social media.
