Smooth and Stable Video Streaming - Manav Gangwani Query

Hello my name is Manav Gangwani. One of the team members is in a remote area where the network is very less. How can I ensure smooth and stable video streaming in a Zoom meeting with participants from diverse geographical locations and varying internet connection speeds while minimizing latency and audio/video synchronization issues?

If the speed test measurement by the participant is less than twice the minimum requirement a stable stream may not be available. Depending on the method used to access the internet network stability can vary widely. For cellular access the participant may need to make an audio only phone call if internet speed is too low. Sometimes cellular internet is way better than WiFi access. An ethernet connection is usually preferred over WiFi. Do not use HD video. Sometimes an external USB WiFi device is superior to the built-in WiFi radio in a laptop. For WiFi participants need to maximize the radio signal strength by getting as close as possible to the access point.
