Screen blackout during a meeting

During zoom meeting my screen flashes black , white and several colours randomly. The sound disappears & others in the meeting stop hearing me then it goes completely dead . This problem happen for several minutes then the broadcasting of the meeting return to normal .
This happens quite randomly - sometimes after only about 10 minutes into the meeting; sometimes 30-40 minutes, sometimes never.
Does any one have a solution for this problem?

    Hello @ZoomAddict, 

     

     I would look at your CPU usage or your connection to the internet. Those are the likely culprits with issues such as this. 

     

    If you go into your settings -> statistics while in a meeting, you can view your connection status, and another quick solution is to check your connection to the internet by running a speed test.
