Recurring meet anytime

I've been using recurring meetings- meet anytime for 1:1 meetings that occur randomly through the week. Today I tried to schedule a new one, but the function for "meet anytime" is gone. Support article says it should be listed under the "recurrence" drop down, but I don't see it there. It seems like it was forcing me to put in a specified date and time for recurring meetings, which really just doesn't work for what I need.

Totally agree. The list of recurring meetings I use for each student suddenly disappeared! Seems odd that Zoom developers wouldn’t take this type of user into account!

I am a therapist and professor. Can you guys imagine how furious I am for not having the best features presented in the my client app?

First I found out the recurring meetings were no longer in the main screen. Now I find out that I cannot set recurring meetings within the App! Shame on you "Zoom-so-called-software-engineers"!

I have like 30 recurring meetings scheduled!!

I'm not seeing that "no fixed time option" even on the web browser! (I'm on a Mac) UGH

ChurchAdmin above is right and I'm grateful that I saw their posting - it was the only solution that worked for me (I suddenly started getting hundreds of scheduled duplicates of every meeting)

I was able to do it by going into the web platform. But it seems it was accidentally removed in the app. I'm using the Mac version and it's no longer there.

Yes, it appears to have been broken again, at least in the client for MacOS. This is the second or third time recently that an update has broken this feature.

I didn't know it was intentionally removed! I had messaged them in the past about it and was told I could give feedback here:

I have the same problem! A fixed time doesn’t work for me and so the only option now is to send a new link every time for every client

We used to user no fixed meetings in Zoom to meet with clients too until this feature was removed. Now we set the Zoom meetings up using Salepager and send the invites through there to automate the process.
