Outlook Integration (Exchange)

The integration appears to be successful in the Web interface (Exchange 2016), however the Zoom desktop app does not pull through Outlook meetings. When clicking 'Add Calendar' in the application it prompts me to setup the integration again - Which takes me back around to the beginning in a continous loop.

 

The 'Schedule' button also appears not to work at all - It says 'loading' then goes to a blank white screen.

 

I have tried uninstalling, updating the latest version.

 

This is for a licensed account.

Hello.

it not work for me integration on the portal web interface it return allways "unknown error". What you do to make it working. What account you use from exchange.

please can you respond me.
