No video - video ended abruptly during meeting

My video quit during a Zoom meeting on my PC.  Going to the settings page of Zoom, the audio checks good, but the video page remains black on the settings page.

  • PC is running Windows 10 with the latest updates.
  • Reinstalled Zoom latest version 5.8.6.
  • Reinstalled the latest driver for Logitech C615 camera.
  • Changed to a different camera.
  • Camera "in use" light illuminates with both Zoom and Windows camera app
  • Checked all privacy settings in Windows and confirmed camera settings are enabled
  • Launched Windows camera app and camera works perfectly.

The strangest part is that Zoom works on the same computer in a different profile.  (for privacy reasons I'm not able to Zoom in the other personal profile)

 

All help and tips are appreciated.  I'm absolutely out of ideas.  Thanks to all.
