My recordings don't load


Hi there,

I am transcribing a large amount of meetings for my organisation. Everything was fine until last week when Zoom stopped loading the recordings. I can't access them at all. Please could someone support me with this? I am getting the little, 'loading,' circle but it gets stuck and will sit there for hours without loading. Help!

It sounds like you are having issues with cloud recordings. If you are still seeing them but they don't load, it might be due to an issue with your browser cookies/cache. Can you try accessing them in an incognito window? If that works, please proceed with clearing the cache and cookies for your browser.
