Multiple Co-hosts // Setting Up Meetings for others

I am a recruiter and I am trying to set up multiple zoom meetings ON BEHALF of the hiring managers (multiple across the company) with various candidates.  I do not want to attend these meetings, I am simply setting them up

I see how to change 'alternative hosts' but the issue that I am running into is that if when I set up an interview for

John Smith + Candidate1 and then send out that link & add it to John Smith's calendar when I go back in to set up a different meeting for David Thomas + Candidate2 I have to delete John Smith and then John Smith's link no longer works.

What is the work around for this?

If they are all licensed users on your account, you might try using Scheduling Privilege instead of Alt-host. This allows you to schedule the meeting on their Zoom profile from within your profile. This means the meetings will be officially their meetings, and should apply their names to the invites.
