Freezing for Me Only

Hi Everyone

 

In the last few weeks my zoom freezes if I have the other person on much more than thumbnail sized.  I can still hear them and they don't see any difference to me; I work fine.

 

I have the laptop plugged in through ethernet cable and have restarted routers etc.

 

I have checked that I have the latest version of zoom and the laptop is less than a year old.

 

I want to be able to hold a larger meeting with breakout rooms so I really need to be able to utilise the full screen.

 

Anyone have any ideas?

Hi Emma, 1st Can you Uninstall from control panel.

2nd If you have windows operator download application from this link - https://zoom.us/support/download or you have other operator Download application for relevant operator

3rd Then install the application and sign in again
