Closed Captioning Records Vs Audio Transcription

I am interested in the difference in quality between the closed captioning transcript I can save with my pro account and the audio transcript you can access with higher accounts (business/education). 

It would be great to see a compare and contrast of the two. 

If this is the only service I'm interested in with an upgraded account, is it worth it to upgrade or would it be most cost effective to purchase and transcription service?

I see that this is a fairly old question, it is one I have had as well.

My experience is that the Audio Transcript feature is noticeably better and more accurate than the automatic closed captions. I make a TON of videos on Zoom, and over the course of time, I have found this to be true. 

However, I have never done a legitimate test - nor have I ever heard a good answer to your excellent question. Some people do know the answer - but I suspect that they are very few, and they have not come across this post yet :)!
