Webinar connectivity

Hi we always have problem for our audiences to clink our webinar hyperlinks on their eventbrite emails.  Some people shows "permission denied" and they were able to log via Zoom.us and type in webinar code.  so can you tell me what the reason for that?

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @sszto.

I use Eventbrite a lot, but I hate their “special way” of getting users to join the Meeting or Webinar. I always import registrants (either manually or by using the Eventbrite-to-Zoom interface) and send Zoom Reminders with the Join links there.

It sounds like some of your issues might be related to authentication requirements. If they register in Eventbrite with one email address, but their Zoom account is a different email address, this can sometimes be an issue. Sending the Join link out of Zoom usually reduces these issues, but occasionally there are unusual circumstances that I can only solve by manually entering an additional registration into Zoom. Most of the time it works fine, but it’s not perfect.
