Solved

Hi,I’ve been running into an issue when I try to share desktop screen both on mac and windows. As you can see below, zoom doesn’t suggest to share any of them, I’am just able to share windows application :   While the following option is unchecked :   Since I couldn't figure it out, I decided to create another free 7days pro account for testing purpose, and guess what ? It works :   After logging in to my other user account, I still have the same problem. So, if anyone already met this kind of issue, please feel free to share your feedback, My current version is : 6.5.12 Thanks

We are having issues with trying to record to the cloud. We have turned on the settings to record to the cloud and get the transcript. The steps have been followed when the record button has been pressed but the recording is not showing up after. Is there something else going on we haven't done that could get the recording to show up along with the transcript?

I recently got a new laptop (Acer with Windows 11 Home) and when I am in Zoom for guitar lessons, I can hear voice clearly, but the guitar playing is muted/cannot be heard.  Some other participants can hear the guitar, others like me cannot.  I have tried all the recommended settings including setting the audio for musicians, but no success.  My old laptop, also an Acer with Wondows 11 Home, has no trouble hearing both voice & guitar in the same meetings.

I just hosted a large meeting with registration with external participants. 10% of the participants had issues joining. When clicking the link in the registration email, a white screen showed and meeting was not loading. he particpants could not join. what is the reason for this and how can this be resolved? Anyone facing similar issues?

I have regular all-day staff meetings on Zoom and for much of those 6-8 hour meetings, I do not need to be listening to the meeting but I need to stay connected. This makes it impossible for me to do other work involving listening to audio from my browser in other apps, reviewing videos, and being able to generally use my computer while staying connected to the Zoom meeting but muting the meeting. I am not asking how to mute my own microphone. I need to mute everyone else talking when I don’t need to be listening. There doesn’t seem to be a button for this and either I just don’t know how to do it, or it doesn’t exist as a feature and it absolutely should. How do I do this?

Hi,I have just bought the upgrade to do real time translation but I have no idea how to turn it on so I can use with my meetings to another country. Any help would be appreciated!

Hello, I'm writing a JSON file for room controls and can't seem to find any documentation around sending commands via USB-to-Serial adapter. I did, however, see that this capability was added in a past update so it should be possible.I know that my USB adapter is using COM3 but was not 100% on how to reference it in the JSON file. I am getting a Json File Configuration error. I was hoping if someone could let me know if I am on the right track here and offer any suggestions. Here is what I have for the adapters section:"adapters": [{"model": "Serial_Port","port": "COM3","settings":{"baud_rate": "9600","data_bits": "8","parity": "PARITY_NONE","stop_bits": "1","flow_control": "FLOW_NONE" }, (if you would rather I post the entire JSON file I can I was just focusing on the adapter for this post)Thanks!

Has anyone else had this experience that all actions are very slow? When I move a mouse to the edge of the Window, it takes 2-3 seconds to activate resizing. When I hover over any button, it's the same. After clicking on "Unmute" button, it takes 1-4 seconds to unmute.

Saludos

How do I chat on a zoom meeting when I don’t see the chat button . ?

Recently I noticed some Zoom features stop responding randomly on Android tablets while the rest of the app works normally. For example, the chat button sometimes becomes completely unresponsive even after reinstalling the app and clearing cache. Is anyone else experiencing similar issues on Android 12 or newer devices? Would love to know if there is a working fix or workaround.

I’m writing to seek your assistance with an issue regarding my Zoom Pro subscription. I have an active monthly subscription purchased through my Apple ID, and it correctly appears as valid in my Apple account settings. However, after being unexpectedly disconnected from a meeting, I’m no longer able to access Pro features within the Zoom application on my device. The app does not recognize my subscription and behaves as if I’m on a free plan. I’ve already tried the following troubleshooting steps:Signed out and back into the Zoom app using the same email linked to my Apple subscription.Restarted the device.Ensured I’m logged into the Zoom app with the Apple ID used for the purchase.Despite these efforts, the subscription still isn’t active in the app. Could you please help me understand what might be causing this discrepancy and how to restore access to my paid features?

Hello, I have purchased Workspace Clinician with the Clinical Notes add on.  It has been enabled on my account but I am not able to use the feature.  It does not show as an option when I am hosting a meeting.  I have tried different devices and the issue is the same.  Has anyone experienced this?

Hi, I am trying to convert my meeting recording that was a 2-hour long session with a 1 partner and it is very slow. In the last 30-minutes it has gone to 4%. I have no idea where the file is going to try what the AI suggested. Is this likely to work where it is going so slow?  I really do not want to record this again so trying to help it along while it is still trying.  Guess next time I use the cloud!

Hello,Is there a  way to disable the callerid from scrolling when the call is forwarded on a Poly E350/450 phone? We have an AR setup. For option 1, the call is forwarded to an SLG. The callerid scrolls, but since this is so much info being displayed, the original callerid is missing. Since this is a busy office, hey want to collect the callerid when the call is being presented, not in the call history. Any suggestions?Thank you in advance.

When we have just a few Zoom participants everything works correctly - the Zoom callers can hear the audio from meeting room microphones and the Zoom callers can be heard in the room over the speakers. So by all indications our setup is correct - PC works, Windows setup is correct, Zoom setup is correct and connection to sound system (thru a sound board) is working correctly. When we have 100+  callers we have been experiencing an issue where the Zoom callers can no longer be heard over the loud speakers. The users are being un-muted and asked to speak - they can be heard by other Zoom callers - just not over the loud speakers. We have not tried using Host/Co-host setup which is our next step. Is there any other experience with this happening and/or recommended setup to try differently.

Hello my name is Jonathan and I am a Beginner trying to familiarize with actions

I cancelled my Zoom subscription several times, but I am still being charged monthly after the cancellation.I am planning to contact Zoom Billing Support to request a full refund and removal of my payment information. Has anyone experienced this before? Did Zoom process the refund directly, or did you have to file a chargeback with your credit card company?Any advice on the best way to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

How do I turn off AI features and avoid them automatically going off on my Zoom meetings? The field "Automatically start Meeting Summary for all meetings I host" has been unchecked, but this hasn't fixed the issue.

Can the hosts read others private chat messages

How do I hide the speaker's thumbnail image from those attending the meeting, while sharing a image or video etc?  This is especially needed when using the share screen alongside the speaker two images side by side) or when the speaker is superimposed onto the shared image. In these share modes there is still a floating thumbnail of the speaker on a mobile device or they appear at the top of the screen along with other participants. It looks silly having two views of the same speaker. How do I hide the thumbnail view, when the other screen share views of the speakers are being used? 1
