Unable to use Clinical Notes

Hello,

I have purchased Workspace Clinician with the Clinical Notes add on.  It has been enabled on my account but I am not able to use the feature.  It does not show as an option when I am hosting a meeting.  I have tried different devices and the issue is the same.  Has anyone experienced this?

Hi @Ana Eva Sandoval -- Thank you for joining the Zoom Community!

If you’ve purchased Zoom Workplace for Clinicians with the Clinical Notes add-on but don’t see it during meetings, please check the following:

License assignment: Confirm the Clinical Notes add-on is assigned to your user under Admin → User Management → Users → License Assignment.
Client version: Make sure you’ve updated to the latest Zoom app (v6.0 or higher).
Enable Clinical Notes: Admins should verify it’s toggled on in Account Settings → Clinical Notes.
Refresh access: Sign out and back in to refresh license permissions.

If it still doesn’t appear, please contact Zoom Support and share your account number so they can check provisioning.
