I'm organizing a Zoom Webinar event and want to schedule a walkthrough session with my panelists beforehand. This walkthrough will cover:Familiarizing them with Zoom webinar controls (audio, video, screen sharing).Practicing entering and exiting the webinar.Testing breakout room functionality.Understanding the transition between the live webinar and the "backstage" area.I have a few questions regarding this walkthrough and the webinar setup:Panelist Registration: Do my panelists need to formally register as attendees for the webinar in order to participate in the walkthrough or the live event?Early Access & Reusability: Can we access the full webinar interface a month prior to the event for our walkthrough, start and stop the webinar during the practice session, and then re-access the same webinar with all settings intact on the scheduled event date? In other words, can we use the same webinar link for a practice run and the actual live event?

Hello - I can't seem to turn off gestures on My Mac. I have gone through settings and everything is unchecked. I took a screenshot to show this but can't upload here.  If I raise my thumb even by accident a thumb bubble arrives on my screen. Then my video freezes but my audio continues. The only option is to unplug my camera and plug it back in.  The equipment I am using is a Sony a6400 camera with HDMI out into a Elgato Camlink 4k and then USB into my Mac.  This has only just started and I'm getting really frustrated with it as I also tend to "talk with my hands" so to speak.. I am on the latest version of software for Zoom and also Mac OS. Please help. Thank you.

Hello - trying to see if this is a capability. We have a student who joins our calls live and has an ASL interpreter join every call. We spotlight the interpreters, but they do not show up in the recording when our instructor is sharing their screen. They don't speak, so they obviously don't show up in speaker view, and they don't show up in gallery view either when I download the replay. Is this a capability in Zoom to be able to see both spotlighted participants when someone is sharing their screen through the replay?

I participated in a meeting where the usual host was not present and so someone else was chairing. The meeting is usually summarised with Ai companion and Meeting Summary function by the usual host. But the stand in did not have the feature enabled on his account.  Despite this, I "requested" that they enable meeting summary for this meeting by just clicking the button on my side. This showed it had sent the request, and then the Ai star was visible throughout the meeting as usual.  Prior to the end of the meeting, the original host left, and the hosting was handed to me for a further 10 mins.  When I asked the stand in host to access the summary that was made (as he was the one who enabled it for the meeting), he said he hadn't enabled the settings for Ai Companion yet, and that when he went into the account section where summaries are stored, he was just greeted with a "this feature is not enabled, speak to admin" or similar message. Hi Zoom community, Our organization currently has Zoom Workplace Pro subscription. Is it possible for us to create sub-accounts? Thank you in advance for your response.   

We are running a hybrid meeting and using Zoom webinar for the online audience. All speakers will be presenting in English and we know we as hosts have to select the language that closed captions appear in. Which for the majority will be fine. We will have numerous delegates joining whose first language is NOT English. Ideally individuals watching need to be able to select the closed captions in their preferred language (just for them to see) is this possible? If yes, what settings do I need to activate? IF not is there a 3rd party system we can purchase to add to zoom for this. Help please!

I updated to Sequoia 15.2 this morning and after a meeting I noticed a pop dialog in the background where zoon.us was requesting permission to bypass the system private window picker and directly access my screen and audio.  I believe this is a new permission/restriction in Macos but I wanted to see if anybody has run into this and what they selected?

When I tap the Share icon on my Galaxy Tab S9 FE+ nothing happens. There is no error message but the screen does not share. Any suggestions? Thanks. Bill

I get error 1132 when I log in to Zoom, this only happens on my computer because I can use the platform without any problem on my cell phone. I have already reported the problem to Zoom but have not received a response. Any help is welcome! Thank you very much.

When I schedule a Zoom meeting from my Surface Pro, I add the attendees and click save which then opens up my Outlook Email App. From there, I click send to invite my attendees, however, the attendees do not receive my email (I know this because they reach out saying they haven't seen an invite on their end). As a temporary fix, I've been going into my Outlook Calendar and manually inviting the attendees that way (i.e. creating an Outlook event and adding in the Zoom link), but then two separate invites are sent with the same Zoom link. The attendees receive both which is obviously not what I want either.However, when I try and schedule from the Zoom App on my Macbook, it all goes fine. I'm able to add my attendees, click save, and the invite is sent out right from my Zoom App and immediately connects with my Outlook Calendar.  I only use my Macbook occasionally from work and my Surface Pro is my main work computer so I'd really like to solve this problem for my Surface Pro.

Hello, I have my record setting to save only the screen sharing with active mic and i see the reecording the webcam/videocamera i overlapping the shared content. It never did that before.Is there a definition that i should put?  I put here a example 

When I upgraded to Workplace Pro last September, I was able to modify the default invitation text. Now, I can't seem to find where to do that. Has this option been taken away? 

I recently purchased a Zoom account and just discovered I have not yet been using this account because my Google Calendar is still linked to my bosses Zoom account despite having being removed from it. Any meetings I have been creating are still through their account which means I am paying for nothing because I am not able to unlink my bosses zoom account from my Google Calendar. I get as far as Zoom in Google Workspace and then there is NO option to "uninstall" Zoom as it is greyed out and unable to be clicked. I have searched many places for answers and have no solutions. This appears to be a serious issue.

I've set up both our main Zoom account and the sub-accounts under it with several settings, but those settings are not being reflected in meetings created in a sub account (after the setting changes were made) via the API. For example: I modified the settings to always record to cloud, disable the waiting room, and allow participants to join before the host. I then created a meeting via the API and joined on one device via the join URL and then on another device via the host start URL. The host was prompted to admit the waiting participant, and the recording never started (nor did I see a way to activate recording). 

Here is the question I sent to Zoom Support:I have Zoom sessions, and am planning a one-session event for the end of February. I have the monthly-payment plan (100 attendees max), because my next event won't happen until next November, and I will cancel my Zoom Sessions in March, and reinstate it in October. My February meeting is expected to have about 200 attendees - is it possible to add the "Large Meeting" add-on to "Zoom Sessions" specifically for my Feb event?Their response did not actually offer a reasonable solution:"I understand your concerns regarding the upgrade of your Zoom Sessions participants by purchasing the Large Meeting add-on. I'll be glad to assist you with this.Please be informed the Zoom Events and the Large Meeting add-on are different plans. In order for you to increase your Zoom Sessions' participant capacity, you need to upgrade from Zoom Sessions 100 to Zoom Sessions 500." I replied with the following:I do not want to pay $4500 to have 250 people in one

I have Call out enabled for our Zoom accounts, and I have the setting Require Call Me users to press 1 before being connected to the meeting? set to Never and locked at the admin level, but when within a meeting, the options for inviting people to join via Call out has the two invite options enabled but unclickable (Require greeting before being connecting and Require pressing 1 before being connected). How can I disable these options? I am an admin.

I made my very first post in this community forum and I noticed that the reply option was automatically disabled.  May I know why so that I can avoid this in the future?  It followed the community guidelines and no identifying information was used.

Hi, I submitted an SMS campaign request, which has been pending for over 15 days.  Why would it be pending this long, and how can I help it along?

Currently and in recent years up to a week ago have been able to log in to Zoom on my home PC. However yesterday could not log and error message was - Your app version needs to be 5.16.6 or higher to sign in -Can see my profile on the zoom website but unable to contact Technical Support. Do not know how to proceed.

Usually the immediate after session, automatic recording conversion process creates three files: 1) "recording.conf" file type CONF; 2) "audio 1234567890" file type MPEG-4 Audio; and, 3) "video 1234567890" file type MP4.  But now the after session, automatic recording conversion process is creating es three files, like: 1) "zoomver.tag" file type TAG; 2) "double_click_to_convert_01" file type Zoom Recording File; and, 3) "double_click_to_convert_02" file type Zoom Recording File.  When I double click on the files the resulting conversion process creates TMP files, like: audio 1234567890.m4a.tmp and video 1234567890.mp4.tmp, neither of which are recognizable as media files.  This is a problem preventing me from sharing the session recording.  I tried the Zoom Support chat line and they ended up creating a ticket but so far I have not gotten a solution or explanation.

Hello! I have a basic Zoom account, but I’m currently unable to access it because my phone number has changed. The two-factor authentication code is being sent to my old number, so I’m locked out of my account. Unfortunately, I can’t find my recovery codes. Does anyone know how I can resolve this issue and get in touch with Zoom customer service? 

We will be having a panel discussion with 4 presenters, viewed as a 'gallery view' where they all appear together onscreen. Can they all speak at the same time as in a live discussion or can they only be heard one person at a time? Is there any way they can be allowed to speak simultaneously like in a conversation/discussion?Thanks
