Hello https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0060832#h_01G7SS91H498DW8QJDGQSKRR19 says that from the Portal (admin) one can get a report on total space used by Zoom recordings. I don't see it on mine (from https://us02web.zoom.us/account/report?isPersonal=true#/usageReports while logged on as admin). thanks!Gary 

A few weeks ago I started getting "low system resources" error messages from Zoom every time I log into a meeting.  I am using the same 2020 laptop as I have been for two years.  I never got these messages before, and now even when I close all other applications, I get stuttering and freezing.  Can you tell me what steps to go through to try and fix this? I see many of the same question posted, but no answers.

Good day,I've been able to find through zoom support channels that a user can have up to 3 devices but i have not been able to find any info on how this effects licences. What i need to know is, Am i able to have 3 devices (Physical Phones and 3 seperate locations with the same extension on each of the under 1 license? Regards,Donn

Why is Zoom not showing my page when connecting to Facebook Live? When I go to the Facebook Live Link it takes me to the correct screen but my Facebook page does not appear in the drop-down menu there. It was there before and we use it every week. But it disappeared and now I can not share my live to my Facebook Page. 

Hi, I'm an experienced video conference participant using Zoom for years.  I'm a professional musician and uses the following digital audio interfaces to feed the Zoom microphone input source: PreSonus 1824cTascam Model 12Behringer UCA-222 Additionally, I use Voicmeeter Banana as a podcaster software source so that I can mix and loopback signals that originate from other programs like Ableton Live, Presonus Studio One, PG Music Band in a Box, and many others. For some reason, I can no longer use any of the hardware devices or software sources as microphone (input) sources with Zoom.  The speaker works properly and I can see and hear these microphone sources with other programs.  But, when I select them as sources in Zoom no sound comes across the microphone test meter.  I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling all of the software and drivers that these devices and programs use, but Zoom refuses to capture sound input from them.  They do sh

Apparently Zoom just added a "Try new version" slider in the standard meeting scheduling popup accessible from the home screen of the desktop app: I did not notice this until recently because I'm a Zoom admin and keep myself in a separate user group from the rest of my company, so it happened to be the case that everyone but me got access to this slider.  Anyway, I'd like to disable this slider and keep my users on the "old" version of of the scheduling popup.  I don't like that the new version hides the Meeting ID and Meeting Security options under "More Options", and I also don't like that it gives everyone who doesn't have their calendar connected the above-pictured yellow warning banner.  About 90% of my users don't have a connected calendar, and one of my users so far complained about this banner because they thought it would prevent them from scheduling meetings. I've scoured the back-end looking for a setting that lets an admin disable this "new" schedul

Hi: My ipad use to have the meeting controls in the top right of my iPad. Now, the toolbar is at the bottom of the iPad. How do I move the toolbar from the bottom of the iPad in Zoom to the top right corner of the iPad where it had been? Thx

I can use Zoom desktop 6.3.x and Zoom extension with Chrome 131 on Win11 Pro 24H2.I'm in trouble that unable sound and microphone with desktop client, however via Zoom extension and Chrome is OK for any Zoom meetings. I tried Jameswalter's suggestion to divide this issue as follows link.The result is; sound and microphone test is OK before connect computer audio on Zoom test meeting site, but to be disabled them after connect audio.https://community.zoom.com/t5/Zoom-Meetings/Why-no-sound-in-zoom/m-p/114037/highlight/true#M65612 I'm very appreciate if you have any suggestions for this issue. Best regard,

I was making a new account for Zoom for an interview next week but I accidentally pressed educator thinking it was something else, and now I can't go back to fix it. I have sent a support ticket but am unsure what to fill in in terms of "request type" (though I assume it's technical support), "product", and "about". Does anyone know what to do in this situation?

Hi, Not sure if you can do this but we have a setting that keeps all participants in the waiting room until we start the meeting and then manually admit all in the waiting room to the meeting. My question is can you set the meeting to keep everybody in the waiting room until the meeting starts and we have allowed people to enter and subsequent people (Who are late) can auto enter the room as soon as they connect? Current procedure:Start MeetingAllow co host to enter and allow them to be cohostAt the advertised time allow those in the waiting room to enter.once the meeting is in progress manual allow late comers to leave the waiting room and enter. I want to change the last line to read once participants are allowed to enter (post the first manual authorisation) all late comers can just enter once they make an attempt to join. Thanks.

How do I obtain permission to record meetings for training purposes?

I am logged in as part of a company account on my desktop app, but my employment with the company ended and thus I cannot log in through the SSO on the web. Without realizing I was still logged in on my old company account, I recorded a meeting to the cloud today through the desktop app. (I was not the meeting host; I requested permission to record.) The "Open recordings" button on the desktop app shows many old recordings but not the one from today, and I can't log in online to look for it there because of my disabled login. Is there any hope of accessing my recording? 

Good morning,  Is there a way or option to, by default, allow participants in a webinar the ability to unmute themselves? I have done some digging, and I believe I found a way to enable it per meeting, but we would prefer it to be a default "going forward" option that anybody in a webinar can unmute themselves to speak.  Thanks,  Tyler Kurth 

When I host a meeting I do not have this problem.When I join a meeting all of the participants and myself are seen as black boxes - even though video is ON.I've gone through all my settings and the community... and what I'm seeing tends to focus on this happening during screen sharing. I cannot see a screen share OR any of the participants at all during the meeting from the moment I join.Any suggestions? I've updated zoom and my computer.Thanks!

Hi All,  There are around 50 cloud recordings I am interested to pull the metadata. I am particularly looking for the duration of each recordings (to pay for the tutor). When I exported the Cloud Recordings metadata to csv file, there is no duration of the recordings or end time, but only start time is present. Can I get these data when I export the metadata on csv file? Please let me know. Thanks.

Hello, We've added tags to a few sessions in our multi-session zoom event. They appear on the registration page on each of the sessions. See the image below, you can see two tags, one of them says construction.    Unfortunately, they do not show up inside the lobby. See below.   I can filter by audience and product, but users need to click into the filter button. Is there something I can do to make them show up in the lobby by default?   

Hello everyone,I'm having trouble setting up my phone number in the Zoom Phone system. When someone calls the number, they hear the message: "Please press 0 to speak to the operator." However, when "0" is pressed, the caller hears: "There’s nobody at that extension."I’ve tried configuring this in my Zoom account settings but haven’t been able to figure out where or how to fix this. When in a meeting I have a square with a camera and a slash through the camera. How do I fix this so my meeting can see me and I can see myself?  I have tried settings and chats to no avail. Tami

Hello Community, I am able to view only a fraction of my previous meetings---and they are the oldest ones!  I read that I would only be able to view previous meetings from the last 30 days, but I don't think that's accurate.  I set the start and end times, and my previous meetings are still gone. Please, can someone tell me how to view ALL of my previous meetings?

I have the following problem:I started a Zoom Meeting and shared  my screen and  also the sound by switching on "the original sound for musicians" in the sound settings of Zoom.My fellows can see my screen, they can listen to my speech, but they do not hear any sound from the DAW Cubase 14 Pro.In a community of Facebook someone told me, that I have to choose the "Zoom Audio driver" in the  studiosettings of Cubase 14 Pro. But this driver I do not find anywhere in the studiosettings. And I did not find any driver for my SSL12 Audiointerface for Zoom.But he could not help me to find a solution, cause he has a Mac and I have Win11 Pro.So is there anybody here, who can help me to make the System run in that way, that my meetingmembers could hear the Sound of the Cubase 14 Pro DAW on their speakers?I have already looked in the privacy settings of Win11 Pro to see, what I could do. Zoom has the appropriate permissions in the various apps, namely for the camera and microph

I have recorded meetings in the past with no difficulty but all of a sudden my Zoom meetings do not allow me to record even though I am the host.The message that comes up is "Please ask the host to give you permission to record".  How does that work if I am the host?I have tried getting others in the meeting to record but they get the same message.What am I doing wrong please?Thanks.

Hi, I was sent a link to a Zoom meeting to my email address (gmail).  I will be using this link every week to attend a meeting.  The way I get into the meeting room is by clicking the link in the email.  Is there any way for me to input this link in the Zoom app on my computer so that I can go right to Zoom and enter the meeting room rather than search for the email and click on the link?Thank you.
