With the new fax feature (very exciting!), I had a question:I see that I can send a fax using a number assigned to a Call Queue, but it seems like I can't receive faxes to a Call Queue number. Is there a way to set up a fax inbox for numbers assigned to a Call Queue, or is fax receiving limited only to individual user numbers for now?

Wondering if it is possible to submit a recording for producing a summary through AI Companion. A meeting was recorded, but no summary was produced. So wondering if it can be run through AI Companion again?

On a clean (well-maintained, no viruses or sketchy software) Windows  PC.  I recently moved to new HW and upgraded from WIndows 10 to Windows 11.  I updated my audio driver (Realtek) for the new Motherboard (Asus B760M-A-AX).  Everything works great, except.  When I go into zoom (using a USB logitech camera), The audio tests work fine, but I can't hear anyone else.  I tried uninstalling/reinstalling Zoom, and now when people are talking I get occasional badly distorted audio.  I have checked all audio settings in zoom and on my PC and all appears ok.  Video works fine, and they can hear me.  I just can't hear them.  I thought maybe zoom needed some permission but after the reinstall I do hear -something- but it's distorted and mostly silent.   I have the latest audio driver for my board, and all my other audio works fine.  I'm afraid I can't pinpoint whether it was caused by the HW upgrade or the windows upgrade :-(.&nbsp

I've had customer support calls open for three weeks trying to get our Zoom events subscription removed with no response from Zoom at all. I've spoken on the phone to them and they couldn't remove the subscription either. How do I get this removed as in our portal it says I have to Contact them and open a ticket which I've done and been completely ignored?

Hi Everyone, I have a situation where customer has scheduled a  webinar.  Issue : Customer wants their participants to join their scheduled webinar without registration. However, they want to add two more fields like EID, email id while joining that webinar. May I know is it possible? As far as I know only in registration page we can add fields. Please help me if there is any workaround for it

I am running the latest zoom (6.2.5.2440) on the latest Debian (sid; using Wayland). This has been working fine, but recently when I *stop* sharing my screen (either the whole screen or one window), zoom freezes - immediately, when I click "stop share". The connection remains for some time - I can talk to the other person, and they can see my video (but my shared screen is frozen) - but after a few minutes zoom completely freezes. I have to manually kill zoom. I haven't figured out how to get any error messages out of it either. This basically makes zoom unusable for me. Luckily, I'm not teaching a class right now. Any suggestions how to debug this? Is this an issue that the developers are aware of?

Hello,We would like to test out a poll in a practice session, a few days before the webinar. The practice session would be used a second time, just before the webinar.Apparently, if we test it out, the poll will be deactivated. Is it possible to recreate the poll after the practice session? Also, I don' t know how to join the practice session as a normal participant  to see how the poll looks like. Is there a way to get this view? Thank you.

Hej. I made a local recording of a meeting but the file failed to fully convert and only 10 minutes of the 2 hour meeting successuly converted. Now I cant even find the file to convert and when I check the recorded meetings in the zoom app, the meeting also doesnt appear.How do i recover the recording?

It appears that almost all data linked to my Zoom account has been deleted. I can no longer access my previous webinar recordings, and more urgently, the webinar I scheduled for tomorrow is no longer showing up under "upcoming webinars." I would appreciate immediate support regarding this issue.

However, when we try to make a call through Zoom, we get the following message:“Sorry, the requested service is not available in your calling plan.”We subscribed to a business phone plan, so we’re not sure why it’s not working.Additionally, during the porting process, an #800 extension was added to our number — we didn’t request this and would like to have it removed.Could you please help us resolve these issues?Thank you!

Hello,  I've been running a Zoom Workplace Pro account for a few years.  We wanted more features that the "Webinar" upgrade gives, and I purchased that add-on.   However, when I start a webinar, there is no "Host Tools" button down on the meetings control toolbar, like the "Host Tools" button that is available when I host a Meeting.  Help!  I need some of the security options like preventing attendees from turning on their camera.

Hello! My manager and I both create meetings and add each other as alternative hosts. We both need access to the registration reports and usage reports. How can we both access these reports? For meetings that I create, am I the only one who can pull the registration and/or usage? Is it possible for me to pull reports from meetings my manager creates if I'm an alternative host? Thank you in advance for your assistance!

Hi,I cannot connect to the audio when starting my own meeting, for both myself and my guests. The mic and speaker tested fine.   I am using my MacBook and the audio type under the setting is set to use computer audio. The usual mute/unmute button disappeared and was replaced with "Join Audio" on the bottom of my screen.  Upon click, it says "The meeting does not support dial in or Call Me to join. You cannot connect to the audio."    I have never had this issue before until I changed my passcode for the meeting.  Also in my setting I wasn't able to change the passcode anymore because it's "Locked by admin".  I thought I am the admin of my own account. I went through all my settings and read many articles from the SUPPORT resources and couldn't figure out how to resolve.  I submitted a ticket to the Zoom support but they closed my request without looking into my case.  Any help is greatly appreciated!

I've got three Zoom rooms, all with the same hardware configurations that have been running smoothly for several months.Recently, they will intermittently report they fail the audio echo test.Client reports echo happens on participants end, attendees do not hear any echo.I've restarted all hardware, and can get the echo test to pass by bringing the volume down to unreasonably low levels.I thought I had balanced the levels correctly, but came in today to see two rooms failing the echo test over the weekend.Are there further troubleshooting steps? Has there been a recent change in audio sensitivity?

How can we have the same multi-camera visual that we have during a Zoom meeting for when we utilize Teams in the Zoom Room?

Have a Jabra Panacast 50 VBS that we want to change the "Tap Controller to Start Display" screen to our company logo. (Not a virtual Background) Has anyone been able to add file to change that screen? have seen some vague answers to this but still not seeing the correct menu options. Referencing this https://community.zoom.com/t5/Zoom-Rooms-and-Workspaces/Tap-Controller-to-Start-Display/m-p/157695/highlight/true I don't see a "Rooms Profile" in settings which seems to be the key.  Is it a limitation on the hardware we have? Do I need to have the admin account get to the "Rooms Profile" menu to add the file for the background?   

We have saved our recordings of client meetings for the last 4 years which equates to thousands of hours of advice given to clients.  I would like to learn how we can have AI listen/read all of the recordings and develop a 'playbook of scenarios', based on those recordings from a variety of different client relationship managers.

It seems that the only way for a recipient to acknowledge that they've picked up a package in Zoom’s Delivery Management system is through a designated kiosk. I don't want to spend money on a device just to perform this function. Is there no way for the user to indicate they picked up a package right in the app?

Hello.  When an incoming call comes in, it takes the focus.  This is frustrating for our customer support reps as they are in the middle of typing notes and the focus is taken away as they type.  Is there a way to have the call still appearing, but not take the front focus?

India is not in the list of available countries in the Global Dial in or  Toll Call.  How do I add India as one of the Dial in countries?

In Zoom Pro, it would be super helpful to be able to select and send a chat message to more than one participant at a time, without messaging the entire group.
