Is there a way to set up my holiday/vacation so that calls go directly to my voicemail without ringing? Also, can someone explain the Call Handling options on Holiday List & Call Handling? Should I turn those sliders on or off? I just want the calls to go directly to my OOO voicemail.

I have Zoom Pro and am trying to schedule a meeting with a co-host. Every time I try adding a co-host I receive an error message "Unable to assign "(email address)" as an alternative host because the user cannot be selected at this time. How do I fix this?

I did a reset on the TC8 itself, but it still is stuck. The ZDM doesn't recognize it as online or connected though it is connected and has full internet access, as well as access to the G7500 over the same network. It does not search for an update if it's offline. That's the only point where I can reset it completely or can enter it's settings at all. What happened before:The devices failed to upgrade, which I then started manually with https://us02web.zoom.us/location to upgrade to the latest version. It started to upgrade after removing it from the room and connecting it back to it.What I expect:The update to work or the TC8 to stop searching for the upgrade after reboot. What I think:Either it's bricked or needs a manual downgrade  to another app or OS version to accept the upgrade and run it fu

Hi,since I updated Zoom to version 6.0.x on my laptop (windows 10), the audio volume is very low.I've not been in a larger meeting since the update, only one-on-one meetings. My audio volume is just like always, I can hear just fine in every other application. The sound test in zoom is also ok, I hear myself clearly, the volume of the test sound is adequate. However, I can hardly hear the people that are in the meeting with me.  I have to turn up the volume on my laptop to a degree, that it hurts my ears when I run an audio anywhere else. What can I do to solve this?

Hi. Our outbound Caller ID shows "Private Line" instead of our company name. I looked up the steps to change it and the company name appears to be in the system correctly so not sure how to address this issue. Our clients won't accept our calls because they think it is a spam call, so this is a significant issue for us. Any suggestions on how to resolve it? Thank you!

Hello everyone, Do you know if there is a way to link the AI summary to Zaiper?Right now the best solution is to add the email summary to it, it's not clean but we can at least add the body of text, for notes and the next steps. Do any other options come to mind? Maybe with the webhook? Would that require beta App extensions or APIs?

I've had this problem for a while now. I attend regular meetings and my job is to occasionally share short videoes. Maybe 1 out 4 times there is no sound and someone else has to step in and share the video.  For the meeting today I did a sound check before the meeting and there was no sound when sharing the video. I restarted my computer and didn't have anything open and then sound was fine. 20 minutes later it didn't work. I didn't touch anything else and did used the exact same video and settings. I run the latest version of zoom on Windows 10. And yes, I have checked the box for "share sound" and "optimize for video". Is there anything I can do? I feel like a complete idiot when people message me that I have to check the box to share sound. I have this problem about once a week.

During sessions, the assigned Co-Host has been unable to share music (using Itunes or any other app), without sharing their screen (selecting the Itunes window, etc). This occurs both when the Host is screen sharing and when they are not. We followed all steps through Advanced sharing options, etc. The latest post from 2022 says this was not an option, but looking for an update. The Co-Host only has a Basic account, if that matters. Thanks!

Hi, I like to change the currency of my account to INR, I have current currency as USD which is not right. when I took the subscription that time, there was no Indian currency available, so I had to pay using USD. now Indian currency is available; I like to change that. Please note that auto payment will not happen as the transaction is USD-based. Please let me know when completed so that I can pay in Indian currency. Thank you

Does anyone know how many referral sources you can track with Zoom Events. With 'normal' Zoom Webinars,  source tracking allows you to see where your registrants are coming from. You can create unique source tracking links for each type of medium you use to invite attendees. You can add up to 50 source tracking links. The question is, how many source-tracking links can you have in Zoom EVENTS.

I can't open my  save recording

Hi! Just today I was showing someone how to pause screen sharing. However, when I paused, people still saw the screen I was sharing. What am I doing wrong? Does it only work with an application like PowerPoint or Word? Thanks,Laura

Hi all -- our users are complaining that at least in the latest iOS app version, they can no longer see who accepted a call in a call queue. We used to see a call was answered by a specific user, like "Accepted by Mike for [Queue]", now it just says "Accepted by others for [Queue Name]". Is there a way to get the old behavior back, or a setting we can toggle? Here's what we currently see: Here was the great behavior earlier:

I am no longer able to share my sound if I attempt to share a screen.  The checkbox option to "share sound" is simply grayed out and unavailable.  As is the option to "Optimize Video" as well.  It is happening on three of my machines that are all on the same version Mac - 5.11.9 (10046) Monterey OS 12.1

I create a lot of clips and I want to allow users to download the clip from the link I provide them. I found the following in the Admin Manual but I do not see the option to allow users to download clips.  At the moment, users who try get a "The clip's owner has turned off the download setting" but I cannot find the darn thing.  To enable users to download clips, you need to navigate to the Settings tab of the user you want to enable this feature for. Under Zoom Clips, you can click the toggle to allow users who have access to clips to download their clip recordings. If this toggle is disabled, only admins will have the ability to download the clips. This setting can be adjusted at the user level, and if the toggle is greyed out, it means that the setting is locked at the account or group level and needs to be changed at those levels.

On My settings, participants are allowed to join before the host, and also on our account management but all participants were not allowed unless I'm in. What am I missing here? Also, this has worked for me before and I haven't made any adjustments so I'm confused about what happened. Thanks

Our organization has several new laptops (Lenovo P1 Gen 5) with the AMD Radeon™ 780M graphics chip that are running into a BSOD when using virtual backgrounds in Zoom Workplace. This is across multiple users and computers, and all available drivers have been updated to their latest versions on all devices with no change in behavior. We are having a webinar series soon. It will be over 4 days and 2 webinars a day. What is the best way to setup and have clients register? I'd rather the clients not register 8 times for the webinar. I can create a form on my website for the registration if that will help the process.

Hello, Since few months i don't see the email address on participants reports. Do you know if it's possible to found a solution  to have them? Thanks for your answer !🙏
