I use Zoom to stream to a costum location.I need to enable automated capitoning in Zoom, but I don't want the captions are visible on livestream.Do you know if it's possibile to disabile the capitons viewing in livestream (only in livestream)?Thanks  Isabella

Someone asked this following question on the LinkedIn Events Professional Community .... and I did not know the answer. So I am eating out to you ask if you have TESTED and working solution to enable affiliations on Zoom Webinars i.e. tracking sources of registrations and revenue tracking/sharing functionality. I can imagine how to do this, but I have never done it. 

Hey we are trying to update Zoom (from 6.2.2 to 6.2.3 on Windows) on one of our users machines but we can't install, uninstall or update Zoom. We get the error message "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable" but we don't use a network resource but just a local installation on the C drive here's the path: "C:\Program Files\Zoom\temp\temp.msi". Also when guiding it to the right folder where this installer sits it's throwing the same error.What I tried: Downloading Zoom installer 64 bit from the official site. No success in installation it tries to remove the old installation but runns into the same error as mentioned above. Uninstalling Zoom doesn't work it also runns into the same error. Updating via the app doesn't work also the same error occurs. Question: Is there a Zoom tool for clean uninstallation? Any help would be appreciated. 

Hi, I saw that there is a beta function using the Decklink I/O since may. How can I join it? 

I found some references to "host" and "co-host," but changing them does not affect the results of the save, and when I tried it at hand, the cloud recording itself was not possible unless I was the meeting creator. I'm tired of checking recording results while changing conditions one by one.Is it a requirement that an account with cloud recording privileges (Pro plan or higher) create the meeting? Is it possible to join a meeting created by someone else and initiate a Cloud Recording? 

Hello there!Faced with an issue that I unable to reset a forgotten password.First of all I go on https://zoom.us/ and choose "Forgot password" then enter an e-mail that I used to register in then solve the captcha and then receive an e-mail to mailbox but, when I click on "Reset password" I've got redirected on the same page when it started from. Tried to send and open a link from an app, browser and mobile app - all the same. Any idea what's wrong?

I've searched a lot, but didn't find anything, so does someone know if I can see the peak of how many people were on my Zoom meeting?

Hello,I am finding some of the guides difficult to find out some information. I have a Zoom Rooms system, running on a Crestron flex base.The client would like to add zoom whiteboarding functionality to the system, they are able to add whatever functionality is required in the back-end but are looking for advise on hardware. Can this be accomplished simply by adding a second touch-display to the existing Crestron zoom rooms system - OR does this functionality require a separate zoom client (zoom rooms for touch) on the second display. Many thanks in advance!

Hi - I have recently purchased a zoom room for my shared office space that has 5 different tenants. In this space we set up a zoom room and purchased a room scheduler. Is there a way to be able to have all 5 different tenants see the room availability through their calendar invitations. IE: tenant 1 books room from 1pm to 2pmtenant 2 tries to book a meeting and sees that room is blocked from 1pm to 2 pm but free the rest of day... etc

I use two Zoom accounts. Whenever I tried accessing one of them, it kept signing me into the other one automatically. I think the error has been resolved now - thanks for your help.

Hi- I am unable to share my computer audio without sharing my screen. Please help me. its been weeks and I have a major meeting coming up I need audio for. It used to work. I even plugged in headphones to see if it changed anything. Any help greatly appreciated. Screenshots of the greyed out and my audio settings for reference.

I have a Pro account, and I am wanting to record myself and my screen for my YouTube channel via Zoom. I don't want to stream to YouTube -- I just want to record locally. I have the settings options selected under Settings > Recording > Record video during screen sharing, and Place video next to the shared screen in the recording. What else do I need to make it so that when I record myself screensharing, that the video also displays within the recorded video? Thank you!

When I go to the Zoom icon to sign into my meetings (they are paid version, I am free version), I get need to update and can't error message 10002.  So I have to close and start over.  Then I can get to meetings.  But I do want update and don't know how to get it. Also I have a hard time using a timer for meeting, it was just listed under  apps, now is lost in a crowd. Marion

Hi, When I click on the zoom icon on my task bar and click to sign in it says: Your app version needs to be 5.17.5 or higher to sign in. Please contact your IT team. As a personal user on my own laptop, I don't have an IT team so I'm not sure how to solve this problem. Any help would be much appreciated. Many thanks, John

Hello Zoom Support Team,I am experiencing an issue with my primary Zoom account. When I try to log in, I am redirected to an "Education Data Collection" form, asking for organization information. My account was intended for personal use, so I believe it may have been mistakenly set up as an education or business account.Since I cannot access my account to adjust these settings or contact support, I am reaching out through a secondary Zoom account. Could you please assist in resetting my primary account to a personal account, or help me bypass the Education form?

I need to hide the attendees and attendees' numbers not to be shown to the speakers. is that available in zoom ?  thanks 

Hello everyone,I am AV technician and manage 100 plus zoom rooms. one user complained that on controller this message popped up when connecting meeting  "Preferred speaker and preferred microphone and preferred camera error messages are popping up when trying to connect." it got resolved by itself after few seconds. when I checked logs on zoom meeting, it says "Room name got disconnected from meeting. Reason : Network connection error. "this had happened in the past too with other rooms and user complaint about it. I am trying to dig deeper into this and try to solve root cause of it.I asked networked team to help but they need more informartion and proper logs for that. they dont see any wrong with their side unless I give them proper reason or logs for that.room is using polycom controller and polycom bar and mics.any help would be appreciated 

I recently ported a number from ATT to Zoom. After using Zoom we found we do not like it. I need to port my number back to my carrier because it is our business number and I have to keep it the same. Absolutely no one will talk to me on the phone because I don't pay for a live agent with my plan???????? Which is the dumbest thing I have ever heard. I had several more things to troubleshoot with them after submitting a ticket and I have yet to get a call from anyone. So if anyone can tell me if it is possible to port my same number back to ATT and how to start this process. TIA

Hi,I use AI meeting summary for a lot of our company meetings, I don't want the summary to be automatically shared with all participants because I want to make sure that it uses all of the right spelling of words. However when I try to share it after the meeting zoom says that I have to enable permissions in notifications but the only setting I can find is to automatically send out the summary to all participants. Is there a solution/setting that I have missed?

When hosting large meetings this really compromises the chat experience. Can I turn these messages/notifications off?

Hi, I have a client who wants to have a zoom meeting where all participants can share their screens AND have them all display in a grid gallery format of the shared screens. Is this possible? I'm looking for a way to automate sending Zoom recordings from Zoom to Dropbox. The recordings in question are password protected but no password is required for anyone within our domain. Both the Zoom account and Dropbox account share the same domain credentials.We used to have a Zapier zap set up but it no longer works and they cannot assist. What alternatives to Zapier are there for this function? I tried to follow the steps in this discussion but they did not work for me.

I want to see all the meetings within a Zoom workplace (4 users, 3 of which are licensed) and who those owners are. Where would I go to find that information?

Hello, Is there an option, currently, to no have an email sent from the AI Summary (and only have that Summary hosted in the Host's Zoom account)? If not, can you please take this as a Feature Request to have the option to not have that Summary emailed? I do not want the summary to be emailed and then, therefore, be stored on that server. Thank you.
