rainbow constantly in background - virtual background set to "none"

IDK why but there is a giant rainbow behind me when I select "none" as my virtual background. I have updated, uninstalled/reinstalled etc. It will not go away!

Does anyone have any suggestions?

@jimhewitt It's possible that the background was uploaded directly to your computer instead of through Zoom. Once the meeting starts, a green video icon will appear in the top-right corner of your Mac's menu bar. Click the icon and uncheck 'Background' to remove the virtual background. Let me know if this helps or if you need further assistance.

Hello @jimhewitt,

Welcome to the Zoom Community! We're glad to have you here.

May I know what device and operating system you are using?
