If my credit card information is already filled in zoom website  for last year account payment. And if the service effective day already expired, Does it  automatically  renews for the annual fee  by using my credit card info or it asks my permission first for renewal?

This is a Zoom Events problem. Yesterday I tried to upload a file with 79 Sessions in it to the Event Content -> Sessions area. I immediately received the error: ! An error was encountered when processing your request  Now whenever I go to the Sessions area I continue to get this error message along with a spinning cursor. I see no Sessions and there is not even a button to add Sessions manually. It's been over 8 hours. I've tried logging out and logging back into Zoom. I tried clearing browser cache. I tried a different browser. No help. Has anyone else experienced this and how did they resolve it? I have a ticket open with Zoom but have had no response yet. I'm in dire straits as my event will start in less than a week and I have over 100 paid registrants. 

I'm trying to download zoom meetings on my iMac desktop. My operating system is High Sierra 10.13.6. It says zoom requires 10.14 or higher. Is there an old download that zoom can send me? I need to use zoom for my assignments. Thank you. D

I am deeply frustrated and disappointed with the way my payment issue has been handled. I opened a ticket and provided all the necessary details right away. Then, I waited patiently for a whole day, hoping for a resolution. But because this issue affects not just me but a group of 120 people who have been practicing Yoga online for the past 5 years using two Zoom accounts, I decided to follow up by calling your support line at 800. When I finally got through, instead of resolving my issue, the support professional opened another ticket unnecessarily, even though I had already provided all the details in my existing ticket. Then, I was asked to close my original ticket, which I did, trusting that this would help speed up the process. I was then asked to provide screenshots of my Google Pay transaction and bank details, which I promptly shared. Hi, I'm looking for a way to remove the extra bit that zoom has automatically tacked onto the auto receptionist that says press 0 to talk to the operator. Even when I set 0 to a different function it still says that. For example, if I set 0 to leave a voice message it instructs the caller to press 0 to leave a voice message, but then it also follows that up by instructing the caller to press 0 to talk to an operator. I see other posts on here telling people how to set an operator, but that's not what I want to do. I just want to remove this instruction. Thanks

Is there a way in a Zoom meeting for the admin to set it so that participants can only see the speakers and not one another? I realize that each participant can set the view as they wish. My question is whether the administrator can choose "speakers only" for the whole group. Much as in a webinar.

If I create a new whiteboard during a meeting, we can both use it without a problem for that meeting. The next day the whiteboard still shows normal status with no View-Only tag.A week later, when we meet again, the whiteboard has a View-Only tag added to it automatically without me even logging into zoom or doing anything in between that time. This happens every week when I meet with my teacher. It can not be removed, you can not choose Collaborating when opening the board because it thinks I am not the owner of my own board. You can not touch (iPad) or click (PC) on the View-Only displayed at the top to change it in any way. You must copy the board and create a new one, which will again become View-Only automatically after a week's time before the next meeting. How in the world do you remove this tag or prevent it from ever being applied to your board in the first place and how do you allow yourself to choose Collaborating. Also how do you mute the volume on

Is there a way to delay sending the invite to participants until a certain date and time? I want to create multiple invites for zoom mtgs for the following week. I want them to receive the invite the morning of the meeting so it does not get buried in their inbox. Is this possible within Zoom or do I have to copy the invite to an external email provider such as gmail or outlook to achieve this?  Thank you

Since ZOOM updated yesterday, I cannot find my recurring meetings

I bought a Zoom line to keep my personal cell phone and business number separate. I've been able to set up the phone so that it rings and I can make calls out. However, when anyone calls my business line, my cell just rings like normal. I can't tell if it's a call for my business or if it's a call to my cell. It shows the caller ID, but that doesn't differentiate between personal and business.I'd like to know if it's a business call so that I can answer like, "Thanks for calling ABC Business."Is there a whisper message feature or some way to mark which calls are coming from my business line? 

I can't find in the FAQ that how I can assign a co-host BEFORE the meeting.  I'd appreciate if someone can tell me I could do this.  There is a set-up in the template but I got a response that I cannot do that for some reason. THX

When I'm in call, the hangup softkey is on another screen - very annoying as I use speakerphone nearly exclusively.   I read an article on how to change "features.cfg" as a means to remapping these softkeys, but that sounds like something which will be wiped out whenever a provisioning/phone update takes place.  Is there a better way to change the softkeys?

Since a month or so, my Zoom desktop client on my laptop fails to produce sound over the speakers. I can't hear any sound, others in the meeting do hear me. I have already reinstalled the app twice and followed the instructions in the support article about sound output for Realtek. Also on latest version of Windows (Windows 11 Pro, version 22H2) and have latest audio drivers (for Realtek Audio). All other apps that use my speakers (Teams, Spotify, etc) work without problems, and so is the web-version of Zoom. Just rather use the app for my meetings! Anyone with a suggestion? Hope to fix this soon!

Good morning, I really need help with this as it's causing me a lot of trouble:I'm always the host of a meeting (an online class, actually). Since last week, every time I share my screen, black boxes appear on the side of the participants: they are "the back" of my tool bar and my "participants +  host" squares where our live faces are shown. When I move the tool bar and/or the boxes where my students and I appear, the black boxes move too.It's difficult to explain. It happened overnight, I didn't do anything at all.  Can someone help me, please? I've tried to uninstall and install again, rebooting the laptop and the problem persists. Thanks in advance Laia

Zoom on Linux (Ubuntu)Version 6.1.0.198 So, the new version (see above) finally brought the new look that was announced earlier with version 6.0.0 (4563). Yes, it looks more modern. 👍 ButIt removes window decorations like the title bar and the borders. As someone who uses the title bar to see whether a window is "sticky" in a multi-desktop setup (sticky means, it moves around with me while I change desktop), this makes the Zoom app less efficient. In just one day, I had already so many occasions on which I left behind a Zoom window (keep in mind that the stickiness changes whenever someone stops sharing a screen) that I got very disappointed with the change. I looked around in the settings to find something that would bring the window decorations back, but wasn't successful. Does anyone have any pointers how to get window decorations back? One of the departments that I support is moving off of the zoom phone system to the one that I administer for our company. Is there a way for me to forward the 4 the auto receptionist to an external DID? I need to do this prior to porting the number out so they have no interruption. Thank you.

Hello Zoom team, I recently purchased my first Zoom Phone license and set it as the main company number. After that, I bought two additional licenses. Although I received a confirmation email stating that my order was processed and that I could get started with my new numbers, I am unable to see the numbers in my account.Additionally, I have not been charged for these two numbers, despite seeing the invoice on the Zoom website. However, I have not received the corresponding invoice via email.Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? I appreciate your prompt support.

Hello - I purchased a Zoom phone to make calls, and send SMS when coaching with clients. Not exactly a "campaign" one can say. My two questions please - 1. My "brand" is approved and active. Do I still need to submit a 10DLC campaign just to send messages? 2. I previously submitted a campaign which got rejected for the following reason. Hi All, Is anyone aware of a way to set up Zoom Phone so that our users can dial to an extension and their call will automatically be answered by multiple devices simultaneously?  Think of a scenario where the head of security needs to announce something to 3 guards located at desks throughout the facility.  The guards only need to hear the message but don't need to respond.  The new push-to-talk feature would work great if we were using the Zoom smartphone app in this scenario.  However, we're using Polycom VVX 311 and VVX 411 handsets.  In general, is this possible?  If our Polycom phones are the limiting factor, is there a handset where this would definitely work?

Even when I tried using a different email to sign in or uninstalling then reinstalling the app, it kept encountering the same error. I already sent an appeal to Zoom Trust & Safety as well. Hi everyone. Can someone point me to where I can find the release schedule for Zoom Phone? There was a recent update to the call logs which really threw me for a loop. I found the release notes but obviously too late. I'm mostly familiar with Salesforce where they publish pre-release notes that tell you what's coming. I'm looking for something similar for Zoom Phone so I'm not caught off guard after the next release. Thanks!

I have been leading a consistent Zoom meeting every morning. Done it for 5 years now. I'm wanting to know if all the people who have ever come to the meeting after they register their email is there a setting that Zoom has all we can send them an email on a regular basis. Like the automated system does for webinars. I get emails for webinars on the consistent basis. And I'm wondering if we can send out the same kind of consistent notifications to remember this meeting that we do everyday. Any help is appreciated
