Solved

Hi all I have a few users who have Zoom Workplace on iOS devices , these are new devices, all up to date and have Zoom Workplace installed. When the users click on a Zoom link in Outlook for mobile they are greeted with "did not open Zoom? Tap to install Zoom Workplace app". I have uninstalled and re-installed the app, tried using different meeting links but get the same issue.  Any idea how I can troubleshoot this issue?

When I share a whiteboard in a meeting, the number of participants for the whiteboard is the same as the maximum number of participants for the meeting, obviously. However:When I share a whiteboard-link with 500 people and my meeting limit is 300. Would that be possible?Assuming I can share the whiteboard with an unlimited number of people, how many can edit at the same time (as maximum)? The same as my meeting limit?

I have scheduled a zoom meeting (after buying the Zoom pro version). I feel the need to upgrade and buy the webinar version. Can i shift my zoom meeting to a zoom webinar (keeping the session link as the same one)?

I am having trouble when zooming our church services. The spoken word comes through clearly but as soon as the music and singing starts the audio stops working. I have tried to alter a variety of settings but cannot find out why. This has only started happening since around July as before that all services where heard ok.Anyone any suggestions please?

Hello, Perhaps someone can help me? I didn't see a more appropriate board than meetings. I have an App that was added a couple of years ago, and it keeps coming back. We've removed it on several occasions, yet it still appears when I open a meeting. Can someone tell me how to get rid of this thing? It's called BlueSky Timer. It's like a bad penny. Also, I can't even see the apps that are installed now. When I go to Apps in the desktop client, I get sent to the App store which is incredibly busy interface, and I don't see any link for My Apps. I see nothing close to it in the web interface either. Am I missing something? Really disappointed in the updated interface. Thanks. Jon

I have  installed zoom app in Mac but it seems not let me login using my id. Every time it says that unable to connect to internet.

Hi out there, I'm trying to use Powerpoint slides as a virtual background for a presentation bu can't see the option to allow me to do that in Advanced Screen Sharing.I've downloaded the lastest desktop version, and checked my web profile and the desktop settings allow VB, and I thought I'd done it before, but now when I follow the instructions I can't see the option. This is all I can see Can someone suggest what I'm doing wrong?  Thanks in advance Tony

Hi Community, I was unable to attend a meeting a couple of weeks ago and the host recorded the meeting for me to view in the future.  How do I find this recording?

I am running Monterey OS on mac. I have enabled downloads. The zoom desktop client downloads fine and it also says it is installed ok but when I go to open it from inside my application folder it has a cross through it and says this app is not supported.  I have updated everything, run virus scans, etc...I have downloaded and tried to install 10 times.  And still no luck. Thoughts?Carla

I use OBS as a stream software.. but when i tried to play some of the videos for my presentation or graphics it wont show on zoom

Quisiera que se escuche mi voz y también el audio del video mientras comparto. Necesito las dos cosas al mismo tiempo mientras doy clase... Cómo puedo hacerlo? Gracias

Since the last year I have this kind of error, I've only used my app for work meetings, I've appeal many times, but I still can't use the Zoom app of my desktop and now I can't use zoom from Google Chrome anymore, this is being so exhausting, I don't know what to do, because I'm not being able to use my account anymore, I've created another email and I have the same problem, I can't use it. Hope to have an answer, because there's a long time with the same problem

I use the Zoom app on my desktop to send invitation for Zoom meetings: I need to change the default email address as I am phasing out that email.  How to change it permanently to my new email address?

I have synced my data tables but now just want to keep the originals. But when I delete a synced table I will also delete the original, it seems. Is there a safe way to delete a synced data table? I know that in Notion you can un-snyc them. But I do not see that option here.

We recently purchased and enabled the translated captions license add-on. While the in-webinar captioning works wonderfully in our testing, we were also hoping to be able to download the VTT files in several languages along with the other cloud recording files. Is this possible? Is there any way to capture the time-stamped translations?

Does a common area license come with a DID number? Can it have a voicemail?

As our zoom signup are controlled by IT admin, please let us know if we can block this URL.https://zoom.us/signup#/signup. we need to know the impact of user login,  meetings, video calls.

I was on a webinar when the host shared his screen. I could only see it for a minute, then all I saw was the host. Through chat, I was told that others could see his screen share, even when I could not. I am unsure whether the host was using Meetings or Webinars.

How do I just record myself when not in a meeting?  Thank you,Carolann

Zoom has canceled my ability to join sessions, and I'm seeing error code 1132. I've already submitted ten appeals to their appeals service, but I haven't received any response. On top of that, they're still charging me the monthly fee for my license. What can I do?

Hello, I use Zoom in my place of worship, so people who can't physically attend are able to watch the service. I have noticed that when I use Zoom, the others in the meeting (people watching from home) can't hear the service from my device. I don't know why that is. I use a Samsung Galaxy A15, and I use its mobile data for connection. The meeting isn't hosted by me and I don't use my own Zoom account to join meetings, I join without an account by just entering the meeting ID. However, when I use another android device, Samsung Galaxy A13, and connect using mobile hotspot from the Samsung Galaxy A15, people can hear the audio from the service from home. The only difference is that when I use the Samsung Galaxy A13, I use an account to join the Zoom meting and that account is also used to host the meetings (where people on home join from). Does that explain why the audio can be heard by others in the meetings when using the Samsung Galaxy A13? Also a lot of people attend service phy

Hello,  I'm a spanish guy who talks in the mac zoom APP in spanish, english and catalan. From my mac its a disaster, I can't talk to my catalan colleagues without having to rewrite all the words I type. I have tried already to deactivate the autocorrect from the operating system (MAC) but it's still correcting the words (the zoom APP). When I have to talk to my catalan colleagues, I have to take my iphone to have proper conversations without having to rewrite every word. I have googled and searched in this forum for a solution. Can you help?I don't need any autocorrect but I can't turn it off from zoom, it's the only app on my Mac that acts like that.

When the Zoom meeting host uses the recording feature to record the session, how can they avoid capturing all participants' video feeds when a participant (not the host) is sharing their screen? After the meeting ends, the recorded video shows that the participants’ video windows overlap and block part of the shared screen.

Hi, I've scheduled a meeting for June. It is limited to 40 minutes because I'm having a free account. Before my meeting will start next month, I'm going to upgrade because on this meeting I will host many people for much longer than 40 minutes. Will the link (meeting link) I've created today will work then longer than 40 minutes?Thx
