Hi All, I am looking to add our company logo to the screen so that it's visible when we conduct Zoom video meetings with clients. Does anybody know if this is possible and if it is, how I might add it? Thanks 

Hello. I've just installed Zoom Client for MacOS and found that every time I start the application I have to enter my user name and password to sign in. This is very inconvenient. Is there "remember me" option? It is weird that such a simple feature is not implemented (((

We have a Zoom room setup with digital signage enabled.The computer we are using for the Zoom room is running Windows 11 and setup as a kiosk in Intune.It seems like Kiosk modes works like it should. On start up, it automatically signs into the kiosk account and Zoom Room automatically launches. The computer does not sleep or hibernate. We can still host and join meetings using this Zoom room without issues. We noticed that after rebooting, the digital signage does not display. After multiple reboots, the digital signage eventually shows up. If we randomly decide to reboot the computer, the digital signage stops displaying.I haven't been able to pin point the root cause for the digital signage issues. Does anyone have any thoughts?

I added a new user yesterday. She still hasn't recieved her Welcome to Zoom email. In between then and now I've asked the system to resend the invitation 10+ times.  Also, when I'm in a hurry I usually deactivate or delete an account, whether they're basic or Workplace. Usually the license appears once I'm done, ready to be passed along to the next person. Until today. They're clearly not interconnected, yet they are happening at the same time. I am new to Zoom and all I want is a replacement for Skype. Where is the phone icon so that I can call my mother? Please!

Is it possible to limit recording access for specific users/departments/sites.  I'll explain a bit further as I know I can create roles, but here is a scenario: User A at Site A has all their calls recording for auditing purposes. Someone who can can review the calls for Site A sees the calls from User A as expected. User B works at Site B in HR, and by default does not have their calls recorded.  When User A calls User B the call is still recorded because we record user A's calls.  Is there a way to prevent the auditor for Site A from listening to that call.   We use to use DVS Analytics that allowed us to provide some logic to that calls were excluded.

The new "docs" feature looks very flexible but is it possible to print a PDF from it to allow me to circulate it to members of my group.

How can I use Polycom Gp 500 Camera for Zoom meeting. What are tge hardware and software required.

I have a PRO licence, and I have checked that I want my meeting recordings in HD quality.But Zoom keeps compressing the living faeces out of my recordings. I have plenty of harddrive, and I record my meetings locally, but a recording that ought to weight around 3-4 GB is compressed into 600MB and it looks like faeces. There are strange artifacts everywhere, and black areas tend to become glimps of red. I need it to be high quality, and would definitely prefer no compression at all over this. So my question is: Are there any way that I can entirely disable the video compression? 😞

Hi,Anyone know how to create an audio & visual release form that people can agree to prior to pressing the JOIN button on zoom.  I have experienced this prior to joining a zoom call and I would like to create it.  Any suggestiongs?  Thanks!

My microphone won't pick up the sound my drum or rattles  - tried ChatGPT fixes still doesn't work -turned off the background noise suppression and all the other recommendations but still no joy - any further suggestions? 

I often am in zoom meetings with 10-75 people.  When I am in the gallery view, I would like to easily and quickly organize the order of the video participants according to various options, such as: 1. Alphabetical organization by first name (A-Z)2. Alphabetical organization by first name (Z-A)3. As a sub-option, put all muted (either video OR audio) participants (in alphabetical order as requested in 1 or 2 above) either AFTER all the "regular" (audio and video on) participants OR put them in alphabetical order mixed in with the regular participants. This new feature(s) would be very helpful to me and to many teachers who use zoom to lead group discussions!! 

Hello, I need help with a billing issue.I recently paid for the Pro Plan, and the charge has been completed on my bank account. However, my Zoom account still shows as Basic. I also checked my Zoom Billing page, but there is no invoice or active subscription shown.

Has anyone tried to integrate the zoom with the website so you can allow your users to participate in meetings and join the discussion? Is it possible to do that?   Please, if you can suggest me a better idea, do comment. waiting for your answer....

With the Basic free plan, if you schedule a meeting but start it 10 minutes late, do you still get 40 minutes or does it end 40 minutes after the scheduled start time?

Dear Zoom Support Team, On May 12th, I purchased the "Large Meeting | 500 Participants" feature for $53.17 (including tax). However, I noticed on June 2nd that the feature had been cancelled, and the associated benefits were immediately withdrawn, even though the feature was intended to last until June 12th. I would appreciate clarification on the following points: Who initiated the cancellation of the feature?Why were the benefits of the "Large Meeting | 500 Participants" withdrawn immediately? (I realized this on June 4th while hosting a webinar, as I received a notification that I could only admit 99 participants.)Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter. I am the account owner, and originally purchased my annual Zoom Pro and Zoom webinar subscription with a company card. However, the new finance guy at my company wants billing for Zoom sent to him, not to me. How do I arrange to give him access???

Hope someone can help with this issue. It appears that the problem started with the new version of zoom. I set-up a zoom meeting and the attendees tell me that my voice is breaking up even though I can hear them clearly. I am using a Lenovo laptop which I have never had an issue with before, window 11, and zoom version is 6.4.7.  Thanks in advance.Gusnk

We are converting to Zoom Phone. Our old provider allowed us to set a user's phone so that incoming voicemails are forwarded as email attachments, and then automatically deleted (or not stored in the first place). We basically had three options: 1) store voicemail, 2) email voicemail as attachment, or 3) both.  It appears that Zoom supports options 1 and 3, but not 2. Did I miss something?  Many of our users, having dealt with a voicemail that they received in email, don't want to bother with deleting the original voicemail as well. Thanks!
