Cobrança indevida no meu cartão de crédito de renovação do pacote anual do zoom.

I have identified an account being utilized to defraud or scam individuals. I have a basic account that I made to interact with the scammers, and there is no way for me to speak with a representative of zoom via email, chat or phone, and there is no option for me to report the account. I am seeking support from Zoom staff to identify how to remove this account.  The account is masquerading as a legitimate non-profit organization who I have contacted directly and ensured this account was not them.

We no longer need an Admin to maintain the Zoom Billing/Plans. We want the end user to be able to spin up accounts as needed. However, they get a "No permission. (200)" error when trying to do so. What do I need to change on the Admin side? I think I need to assign a role... but what about new users... do I need to login to every new user and add a role?

Hi, I have two accounts. One is Zoom Pro, the other is Zoom Basic.  How to I cancel the Zoom Basic?

I hope for any help. My Zoom account has been restricted "permanently" due to the violation of the Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Guidelines, which I did not have personal knowledge of. Upon checking the history of my computer use, I found that my trusted friend was using my Account to join unwanted activities. Now, because I am using Zoom in school and work, I am struggling to access my account. I can only access Zoom via the web version, not in the app. If necessary, I am willing to pay any applicable fines or take additional steps to rectify this situation and restore access to my Zoom account. I am committed to ensuring that such an incident does not occur again and will take all necessary precautions to maintain compliance moving forward.

Hello everyone.I hope you all are doing well. My university provided me with a business Zoom account. Everything seems to be in order, but I noticed that the recording button is missing. Is it possible that my university has intentionally hidden this button?I would greatly appreciate your time and consideration in addressing this issue.Thank you.       

Hello Team Zoom, I bought a new Samsung Andriod tablet on the 30th March. Very expensive device.  ZOOM worked fine until May.  I went to China to deliver lectures...not using ZOOM.  This week I needed ZOOM again and it does not work. It does the SSO login and instead of automatically launching the app, it just stops. I press the Launch ZOOM button on the webscreen and NOTHING. Absolutely nothing. I am exhausted.  I have: 1. Cleared the cache on Chrome2. Installed and tried to use Microsoft Edge instead3. Uninstalled and reinstalled the apps.4. Did a Factory Reset SEVERAL times in the last 16 hours (including at least twice this morning). Still the same problem.  On my old SAMSUNG Android tablet it works. On my expensive new one it does not yet it did before May.  Please I beg of you for help as I have two online lectures to give on Monday and need ZOOM on the new tablet to work.

Recently installed Zoom Rooms. When I enter the activation code for the room I created, it says Zoom Rooms needs to be upgraded. IT personal said there is no Firewall that would prevent from upgrading. Just wanted to see if anyone has experience this and what they did to solve the issue.  

I use Acuity for my scheduling and it is integrated with Zoom.  While the appointment shows up on my google calendar and acuity calendar, when I open up Zoom it says I have no meetings.  It also gave me a message that I had to connect my calendar, which is weird b/c this used to work fine, and then it made me create a Zoom mail account.  When I then tried to also link my google calendar, (thinking this might help), it said it was not available.  I have no idea what to do.   I am using Zoom workplace.  Any support here would be gratefully appreciated.  

I organized a webinar with a co-host, but I was registered as a regular attendee and wanted to post in the chat. However, I was only able to send messages to the "Hosts and presenters" chat. Some of the other attendees posted to the same chat, while others posted to the "Everyone" chat. What could be the reason for this? Did I configure something incorrectly in the settings?

I am using Firefox. hi enveryone ,we would like to get confirmation of Zoom room application audio processing , as we have a problem with our setup .BELOW IS THE SETUPwe have Shure MXA920 - via Dante routing to - Biamp Tesira DSP - Analog output to - Poly codec G7500 - Running Zoom Application currently Audio Processing is used only in Mics ( PEQ) andin Biamp Tesira we are only receiving via Dante and routing with matrix mixer to analog output.During Zoom call , when both end speak together or simultaneously - the audio from one end gets suppressed. is it normal behavior or audio processing conflict from the DSP or room system.

Hi! I’m wondering why my client is getting a subscription receipt sent to her work email when she signed up with a different email on Zoom. For example, she registered with legal at XYZ (dot) com, but the subscription notification showed up at myname at XYZ (dot) com. I'm trying to run a report from our account.  I need the report to show all participants in the meeting and who shared their screen during the meeting.  When I'm in reports and select the correct meeting, there is an option to pull the data I want to see.  One of the options is screen sharing.  I select this option, generate the report, and the data for screen sharing doesn't pull to the report.  We were Zoom Bombed, and I'd like to see if I can discover who did it.

Before my Zoom subscription was canceled near the end, there was a discount right before it was canceled, but it was gone before I could use it. I would like to continue the subscription using the same pro upgrade and discount on the account I have canceled now. thank you

Hello, I have a problem that really, really disturbes me so much:Sharing part of my screen to hide menus not important for viewers work but why is the upper line of green frame so thick? - It is so thick that it hides a complete line of menu of my programs for myself (see screenshot attached e.g. the address bar) and removing only works when using the "sharing whole desktop" mode.Unfortunately the sharing options "whole desktop or selected applications or selecting several apps with CTRL key" do not fit to my needs. I often want to share more than one application similar but without their menus and task bar nevertheless I have to be able to see the menus myself without limiting the content area. It should be easy to add an option to reduce thickness of frame also when using the "sharing portion of screen" mode. Please help me or do that 🙂

Earlier this week Zoom upgraded my Windows 11 app to the Zoom Workspace app, then updated the upgrade. Currently running Version: 6.0.3 (37634). Before all this, there was a tab or something I could use to see my upcoming meetings. I could go to a scheduled meeting, make a copy of the invitation, and distribute it. How do I do that now? I don't see a Meetings tab. I see a Calendar, but that links to my Google Calendar which shows all my appointments, most of which are not Zoom meetings. Not ideal, but OK, I guess I can scroll until I find the meeting, and when I do that and open it up, there's an invitation there, but it doesn't include THE DATE AND TIME. You have to click on the hamburger menu and choose Copy Invite to get this info in the way that it took about 3 clicks to get it last week. Is there still a way to see my upcoming meetings and easily copy the invite, or what am I missing?
