Solved

I purchased the Zoom Pro plan, but my account is still showing as Basic. I need confirmation of the purchase and help assigning the license to my account.

Hello Zoom Community, I am encountering an issue while attempting to download a data export from my Zoom account via the web console.I initiated a data export request under the "Data & Privacy" section. The system successfully processed the request and generated a zip file, which is listed as being approximately 8MB in size. However, when I click the "Download" button for this generated file, I consistently receive a "No Permission" error. I am currently using a free Zoom account. Could anyone provide clarification on whether this "No Permission" error is expected behavior for free users when trying to download generated data exports, or if this indicates a technical issue? I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:Waiting and retrying the download.Clearing my browser's cache and cookies.Attempting the download using different web browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox).Trying to download in Incognito/Private Browse mode.Temporarily disabling browser extens

Is there a way to store a Zoom recording on a flash drive? I have such limited storage on my crappy laptop. Everything I see says that I should be able to choose a storage place in settings, but I don't see that option when I go to storage. I also can't use the Cloud because my admin has it blocked.

Good morning everyone. is it possible to see a report that says everybody who joined a meeting and the hour they did?

Hi, My subscribtion renews on 27th July..I can still hold a meeting 6pm that day?

I am struggling to find a tech set-up with which I am comfortable. In case it matters, my virtual training is being hosted on my client's Zoom account.I need to be able to see the Zoom workplace screen with and without Powerpoint slides, in addition to Google sheets which has my speaker notes. At present, the Zoom screen takes up 75% of my screen, with Google sheets taking up 25% at the bottom. I would like the ratio to be 50/50 (or so) so  I can preview my notes ahead of time by seeing more lines in my Google sheet. Here is what my screen looks like now: https://app.screencast.com/RcKyPyNAR2C6xI would have uploaded the screenshot, but I don't see that option.I have dragged the bottom edge of the Zoom screen up as much as I can. This is on my own Zoom account, not my client's Zoom account. (I'm not sure if that matters or not.)Is there anything I can do to more effectively use the screen 'real estate' so I can see more of my speaker notes below the Zoom screen?Note: I have dua

How do you get help from a human being that works for Zoom? The chatbot was useless. Thanks! Figured it out: Just kept asking the Chatbot to let me talk to someone and suffered through that process.

Hi there, My wife is always receiving this email message in her email account from my Zoom account via Fathom where I am never invited to any of her Zoom meetings: "(My name) is using Fathom to record Google Meet meetings and streamline the note-taking. Is it okay if (my name) records your meeting tomorrow?" How can I stop Fathom from sending these message my wife email address?

The speaker on my laptop works perfectly. Spotify, youtube etc all sound works. However the last two days I can not hear anything on Zoom Meetings. My mic and all work, just not the speaker. Has anyone had this issue before? How did you fix it? Really desperate for a solution.

Recently I noticed the outgoing caller ID on my desk phone is not showing the correct number from my settings. It's using the main company number which is toll-free. The Zoom desktop and mobile apps show the correct caller ID. Any ideas on how to fix this? Desk phone is a Poly VVX450.

Hi everyone, I have recently changed from a Windows PC to an iMac running Sequoia 15.5 and can't not get the camera or microphone to work with Zoom on the iMac.  I have troubleshooting sessions with Apple who are saying its a Zoom App issue and with Zoom who say this was a known issue with Apple Sequoia 15.0 / 15.1 but was to be resolved in Sequoia 15.2, which I am beyond.  There are no firewall or security restrictions in place on my iMac.  Can anyone confirm if this is still an ongoing issue with Sequoia despite it meant to have been fixed or suggest anything that you have done to get this working if you faced similar issues with Sequoia. Many Thanks for any help

I am having trouble finding out how to record my personal zoom meetings for future course I'm working on. I cant figure out how to record it ,Im currently using the free version is this the problem?

One of my meeting participants was sent to a separate room rather than my group meeting.  I received several emails from Zoom indicating that the participant was in my personal meeting room, and it was during the time of my meeting with several other participants.  I host weekly Zoom meetings and have never had this issue before.  Participants are allowed to join before I start my meeting and rejoin the meeting at any time if they lose connection, etc.  I do NOT have the waiting room enabled.  Passcodes are NOT required.  I DO have the "embed passcode in invite link for one-click join" option selected.   Why wasn't she allowed to join the group meeting?

Hello, I'm running into an audio issue during group meetings. If the host is playing music or sounding a gong I cannot hear it, but speech I can hear just fine. Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this issue? Thanks,Chris

Eventually, I will be joining a Zoom meeting that is supposed to be at least 2 hours. However, my account says that I am limited to 40 minutes a meeting. Is that if I am the one creating a meeting, or will I be able to do the 2 hours that I need?
