account upgrade issue
I have a zoom workplace pro account having 100 users capacity
I have cancelled that subscription, now I need to upgrade subscription with 250 users
Not able to do so
It is asking us to contact to zoom to make changes

Welcome to the Zoom Community!
I have reviewed your account and can see that it was originally purchased through the App Store. Any changes to your subscription must therefore be made through App Store. Your subscription is also limited to a single license and cannot be upgraded. If you need additional licenses (such as a Large Meeting add-on) you will need to cancel your existing plan and purchase a new one directly from Zoom. Please also see the below articles:
