La meva subscripció és un pla bàsic gratuït i m'he fet una càrrega a la targeta de 181,38 euros. Intento comunicarme amb suport tècnic i el xat virtual i l'únic que he seguit em va confirmar que el meu pla és gratuït. A partir d'ahí desconnecteu el xat de forma automàtica sense rebre la solució.
