Solved

Hello,Is it possible to have multiple admin on a recurring meeting so that anyone can enter who is invited? Many Thanks,Fi4

In the past my Zoom account when I create meetings automatically populate my Apple Calendar, this no longer works. I have tried calendar choices but gives Sign in with google or Microsoft, nothing to do with Apple Mail. I have tried my gmail account through sign in with Google but still does not appear. Help

I have a Powerpoint that I present in meetings. I've created a whiteboard as an interactive part of the presentation. Can I insert the whiteboard into the Powerpoint and have it remain interactive and functional? As it is not, I have to stop sharing the Powerpoint, share the whiteboard, stop sharing the whiteboard and start sharing the Powerpoint--at which point it goes back to the beginning. It's really a clunky process while you're live. I see that there is an iframe code for the whiteboard but I can't see how to insert the code on a Powerpoint slide. Any suggestions?

Hi folks ...  A whole ago I set up a meeting using my personal meting ID and was using it for a study group.  One of the participants was using the Otter.ai Notetaking feature. The group has since disbanded and the meeting deleted from my calendar, but every Tuesday at 1900 (UK) this woman's Notetaker (Otter.ai) initiates an email sent to me via Zoom, telling me that it has joined my personal meeting room.I've asked her to fix it at her end with her Otter.AI settings, but to no avail. Is there a way of banning the Otter.AI agent?Or do I have to resort to changing my personal Zoom meeting room ID? Thanks in advance.

I have always used the Enable/Disable Original Sound option on the More menu in the iPad app. However, it is no longer present. The More menu has nothing that looks like this. I have found the same on two different Ipads. Has this been removed? I always needed it to deal with music and speech.   Thanks  Julian

We have a webinar scheduled for 1PM ET US, accommodating the panelists' and hosts' time zone. However, when end users add the webinar to their calendar from the Zoom Reminder, it adds to their calendar at 1PM their local time, instead of adjusting for time zone (ie, when a PT attendee adds to their calendar, it is showing the webinar at 1PM PT rather than 10AM, which is 1PM ET). Can this be addressed from our side, or is it a bug?

My team starting using AI Companion to take notes during our meeting. When we review the meeting summary it notates incorrect names. For example, it notes Judy when the participant's name is Karen. Is there a way to adjust this to have accurate notes?

I have done a Zoom recording but I couldn't find it in Zoom. ¿Who could help me to find it? Thanks  in  advance. SincerelyInés

Is there a possibility to automatically log you out of the queue when going on DND (Do Not Disturb)?

Why does zoom not close out when i hit exit. It just sits in the background after i have used the the one common resource used to close applications. So why does zoom think its special. Why am i forced to right click on the taskbar. It's not that that is difficult, but this is my computer. Who does zoom think it is that it can just continue to go on. And the fact that there isn't a setting to change this just shows how terrible of a company zoom is. Then on top of that i can't even talk to an actual human to try to fix the problem.

I set a Zoom Webinar registration form and added a few custom questions, all of which are set as "required". I see the questions when I test the form, but the responses (or fields) are not all present when I run the registration report. How do I fix this?

Since I upgraded to MacOS Monterey (12.0.1), my Blue Yeti microphone is not working when I start Zoom (latest - 5.8.6). However, if I switch to another microphone, such as the system (built-in) microphone, and then back to the Blue Yeti, it works fine. This didn't happen prior to upgrading MacOS. Anybody else have the same issue?

I received two zoom invitations from two different people, and when I click on "View Invitation" in each email, I get the following error message.  I tried this on my iphone and my laptop (HP laptop) and got the same error message.   Not FoundThe requested URL was not found on this server.Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I recorded a meeting, but was not aware of the AI feature to provide a written summery (did not enable the summery feature). Can I get a written summary now, after the fact?

Hi! When I go to share my screen on my iPad, it makes me agree to have the screen share broadcasted/recorded (which I don't have to do when using my computer). Is there a way to just share my entire screen on iPad without having it recorded? Thank you.

My company is transitioning from On24 to Zoom Events. One of the features we utilized was the ability to forward all questions submitted in a webinar to an email account. That email account was integrated with Salesforce, which would automatically create a new opportunity in our CRM. Is there a similar type of workflow that we can implement with Zoom Events, specifically SimuLive Sessions Q&As, that can achieve the same or similar results?

I have 2 basic accounts, and I am the owner on both. I am trying to change my meeting passcode, but it's locked by admin on both accounts.I followed several tutorials but none worked for me. When I go to the Account Management section as instructed, I only see Account Profile and Reports — there isn't any option to assign myself as the admin.I tried to attach screenshots but it doesn't let me do so.

I need help! cuse i dont have the AI companion in my own meeting, i maybe have it but for my self not! 😢 pls help

Is there a video that explains the 4 different Screen Capture Modes?  Thanks for your help.  PeterD

My video freezes when I try to make a virtual background change in a meeting in ZOOM.When I select NONE my video comes back. I am using Ubuntu 20.04 OS. I have friends using ubuntu but don't have that problem. When I was using windows I hadn't that problem. To fix the problem: 1. I joined a meeting from my mobile phone. I was able to change the virtual background from my mobile phone.. 2. I checked the Settings>meetings section in the Zoom administrator settings. "virtual background" button was on. 3. Zoom app is up to date.4. I watched a lot of videos on youtube and applied but the result was same.

I suspect my account was probably made before I was 16 years old. I likely didn't know about the minimum age, but also likely wouldn't have cared at the time. But now, I care about being honest in these things and apologize for the violation. I am above the minimum age now, but I want to know if there's anything I'm supposed to do about past violations.Thanks.

Hello everyone   English is not my native language but I will try to explain.   I use to record videos where I am the only person talking, sometimes sharing screen, sometimes only taliking without sharing screen or document.   I tried today to record a video like that and when the recording finished, and I open de the MP4 file in my local drive to check it, video is not including audio¡¡¡    I tried several times with sharing screen and without sharing screen and all of them is the same, no audio only video.   I uninstalled software and installed again, and tried as well several times only talking  and others sharing screen and it is the same.   I don't know what to do, hopefully somebody can help me to fix it.    Thanks in advance
