I teach multiple classes per week on Zoom. All are archived as Smart Recordings. However, the inbuilt AI makes the same errors over and over, such as misspelling my name (it's the same as my user name), and mistaking my sex/using opposite pronouns.I can go into Smart Chapters and edit in the corrections, but I wonder why it never "learns" what is correct from week to week, and also why some classes are almost letter perfect - name, sex, transcript - and some are so far off...in the same ways each week.Assistance, anyone?

Hello Everyone, Has anyone found a way to pull a report of calls, inbound or outbound with the notes? I would like to pull a report of todays calls from a queue and review the notes left in wrap up. 

Hi,I have an auto-receptionist that routes calls to a call queue with five agents. I also have a toll-free number. I would like customers to be able to text the toll-free number, which would follow the auto-receptionist path, allowing the agents in the call queue to receive and reply to customer SMS messages.However, I receive a message stating that my users need a Zoom Power Pack. I do not want them to have admin access—I only want them to be able to reply to SMS messages. We are a canadian non-profit organization, and I cannot afford to purchase five Zoom Power Packs for my agents.Is there a way to enable this functionality without requiring each agent to have a Power Pack?Thank you!

We are changing out company domain name, are there any Zoom admin portal knowledge articles or steps to do this?  All user log in accounts will change, not finding any information on this.

On my Mac Mini (with latest everything). When I click on Zoom, I get Zoom Workspace.  If I get an invite from the participants list and send it to someone, they end up in a Zoom waiting room...different from where I am.  At least that happens regularly. I never know whether it will work or not.  I have the feeling there are two Zoom apps running at the same time.  If we both close Zoom and try again, it may work. Suggestions?  Thank you.

The phone tab is not on my Zoom dashboard. I have the phone license and use my cell regularly to make and receive calls, but my phone account can't be used on my desktop since the tab is not coming up. How do I get the tab on my dashboard (signing out and back in does not help). 

I accidentally misspelled my name when joining a meeting then told the sign-in window to save my name. I can't find how to reset or edit that name. Help.

Several days ago, I set up a meeting.  Today, I was not shown as host and people could not get in.  I rescheduled and people could get in, but was cut off at 40 minutes.  I have a monthly subscription that I am paying $15.99 for.  I had no problem until recently, when I bought a replacement IMAC and now things do not go well with Zoom.  Suggestions?

Hey everyone,I’ve integrated Zoom with my website, but I’m facing an issue. Whenever a user joins a meeting, the connection gets disrupted, and they get disconnected.Has anyone else experienced this? Could it be a webhook issue, API settings, or something else? Any troubleshooting tips would be really helpful!Thanks in advance! 

Every time I turn on the camera in the meeting it appears normally, but after a few seconds it starts to fail and repeat my image as if it were a gif. but this only happens on zoom´.I have 2 cameras and I use the background, both show an error in the zoom but it doesn't show an error in any other program.

Hi, I paid for large meeting licence for 1000 people, and received a credit card confirmation of the amount spent. I am, however, unable to view it in my plan. Can you please confirm? It is urgent as the webinar is tomorrow.

Lately, we have been having a lot of users join our meetings with Otter.ai and record and transcribe the meeting.  Some of those meetings are confidential and wanted to see if there is a security setting that needs to be adjusted or what can be done to stop these users from joining the meeting with otter.ai.   We started enabling waiting rooms and allowing users in one at a time but when you have meetings with 100s of individuals, it's hard to police everyone.  Is anyone else dealing with this?

The ZVA seems to often provide "imaginary" answers.  Can someone please tell me where to find this " phone icon next to a recorded call"? I am trying to listen to a recorded call, but could not find where to play it.  This is very frustrating.  Thank you!

When I signed up for a Zoom Phone plan with unlimited calls, I assumed there would be no concerns about minute usage. Additionally, when I subscribed to the $5 per month toll-free number linked to my Zoom Phone, there was no indication that the toll-free number had a minute usage limit.I only became aware of this when I received a separate email stating that 95% of the allotted minutes had been used. However, I was never informed of how many minutes were included or what this 95% usage was based on. Without prior notice, my credit card was automatically charged.Now, when I try to check my toll-free usage summary by asking the Zoom bot for help, it instructs me to "locate the toll-free licenses section to view the available toll-free minutes." However, I cannot find this section, nor does the bot provide clear directions on where to check my usage.Can someone please assist me? I feel like I’m being charged for something without any clear breakdown of what I’m paying for.

I have a bit of a weird situation. My companies receptionist is retiring. We will have three different people rotating and answering phones. Trying to think of the best way to handle it. Our main line goes to an Auto Receptionist that directs phone calls during business hours to the receptionist that is retiring. If our receptionist doesn't answer, it goes to three members of our support team in round robin. Now that the three support members will be sitting at the reception desk, we want the one currently at the desk to answer first, and then it overflow to the other two.  My main question is what is a good way to allow whoever is at the front to be the main person without me changing the call routing every time it changes? My solution for now will be to have support log out of their account and into the receptionist account whenever they sit at the reception desk. Thanks in advance for any advice!

Good morning! We are experiencing some of our Poly Edge phones losing the BLF and Speed dial positions assigned by Zoom user settings. It seems to be temporarily resolved by a phone power cycle. Any thoughts one what could be causing this?

If a basic plan user starts a meeting with a paid plan member attending, then transfers hosting to the paid plan member, will the meeting be able to go longer than 40 minutes?

I am facing issue while installing the new app it always ask put the payment method for subscription even if i am trying to install free app from app store what is the issue i need urgent assistancei have requested with apple support team they are saying you have pending payment with zoom, 99 AED for life time license , you have to pay first and then you can use app store, can you please ask your customer service representative to contact me so i can explain everything in detail

I have my own calendar app set up and I would like my users connect with zoom and automatically created zoom links created for them when they create an event in my calendar app. do I need a premium zoom account in order to develop that and open to public or can I do it with the private version. also do I need to add my card into the settings? right now I am not able to add test users and test how I did my integration. anyone help?

Hi,Sigh. Last night we had a large webinar. And my helper who was co-host didn't realize that I as host was sharing my screen because she only saw me in speaker view. She had inadvertently mouses over a tab - that never used to be there. See screen shot. Both tabs are cirlced, one red, one yellow. I swear these tabs never used to be there. And I cannot figure out what purpose they serve.  If I as host set "follow host view" and I accidentally click on a tab, will the attendee view change? Why? Why? Why? Thanks for any insight on this!
