Hello! My manager and I both create meetings and add each other as alternative hosts. We both need access to the registration reports and usage reports. How can we both access these reports? For meetings that I create, am I the only one who can pull the registration and/or usage? Is it possible for me to pull reports from meetings my manager creates if I'm an alternative host? Thank you in advance for your assistance!

Hi,I cannot connect to the audio when starting my own meeting, for both myself and my guests. The mic and speaker tested fine.   I am using my MacBook and the audio type under the setting is set to use computer audio. The usual mute/unmute button disappeared and was replaced with "Join Audio" on the bottom of my screen.  Upon click, it says "The meeting does not support dial in or Call Me to join. You cannot connect to the audio."    I have never had this issue before until I changed my passcode for the meeting.  Also in my setting I wasn't able to change the passcode anymore because it's "Locked by admin".  I thought I am the admin of my own account. I went through all my settings and read many articles from the SUPPORT resources and couldn't figure out how to resolve.  I submitted a ticket to the Zoom support but they closed my request without looking into my case.  Any help is greatly appreciated!

I've got three Zoom rooms, all with the same hardware configurations that have been running smoothly for several months.Recently, they will intermittently report they fail the audio echo test.Client reports echo happens on participants end, attendees do not hear any echo.I've restarted all hardware, and can get the echo test to pass by bringing the volume down to unreasonably low levels.I thought I had balanced the levels correctly, but came in today to see two rooms failing the echo test over the weekend.Are there further troubleshooting steps? Has there been a recent change in audio sensitivity?

How can we have the same multi-camera visual that we have during a Zoom meeting for when we utilize Teams in the Zoom Room?

Have a Jabra Panacast 50 VBS that we want to change the "Tap Controller to Start Display" screen to our company logo. (Not a virtual Background) Has anyone been able to add file to change that screen? have seen some vague answers to this but still not seeing the correct menu options. Referencing this https://community.zoom.com/t5/Zoom-Rooms-and-Workspaces/Tap-Controller-to-Start-Display/m-p/157695/highlight/true I don't see a "Rooms Profile" in settings which seems to be the key.  Is it a limitation on the hardware we have? Do I need to have the admin account get to the "Rooms Profile" menu to add the file for the background?   

We have saved our recordings of client meetings for the last 4 years which equates to thousands of hours of advice given to clients.  I would like to learn how we can have AI listen/read all of the recordings and develop a 'playbook of scenarios', based on those recordings from a variety of different client relationship managers.

It seems that the only way for a recipient to acknowledge that they've picked up a package in Zoom’s Delivery Management system is through a designated kiosk. I don't want to spend money on a device just to perform this function. Is there no way for the user to indicate they picked up a package right in the app?

Hello.  When an incoming call comes in, it takes the focus.  This is frustrating for our customer support reps as they are in the middle of typing notes and the focus is taken away as they type.  Is there a way to have the call still appearing, but not take the front focus?

India is not in the list of available countries in the Global Dial in or  Toll Call.  How do I add India as one of the Dial in countries?

In Zoom Pro, it would be super helpful to be able to select and send a chat message to more than one participant at a time, without messaging the entire group.

Sometimes, I use a VPN when I use Zoom. This VPN chooses a server in another country. However, I don't use the VPN at all times.This means that sometimes I use my login credentials while being in my country and other times in another country.  Could this make Zoom think I am breaking the license terms of point "1.2 Prohibition on Sharing"? Because I think it may feel like I have connected from different places, with two different IPs. I know people can travel, and you are in the same situation, but sometimes I forget to activate the VPN, and I connect to Zoom just 5 minutes after I realise I didn't activate the VPN. When I activate it, I am suddenly in another country in 5 minutes. I guess Zoom can differentiate one situation from another, but I want to avoid surprises.

Hello! We are using Zoom Rooms with Neat devices in our offices and we are missing one option in our setup.We want to unhide non-video participants of meetings by default - is it somehow possible? We know that in the meeting we can do it manually, but we did not find a way how to set up for every planned meeting. Thank you for all answers,D.

I’m planning to conduct a pre-recorded webinar with a Live QnA session at the end, I had a few questions if someone could clarify:1. As a host, do I have the liberty to start the pre-recorded webinar at my will? I want to ensure that I start the webinar only when I have an 'X' number of people in. Is that possible?2. Can I conduct live Q&A and Polls during the pre-recorded webinars? If so, would the ultimate recording of the webinar have the Q&A and Poll data with it?3. When I use the whiteboard to train japanese hiragana characters, I can't paint slow. When I stay on the left mouse button for too long, my painted character is transformed into a shape, e.g. a square or a circle. I already disabled all shapes and I am under the impression that the normal pencil shouldn't do autoforms, as there is a separate tool "intelligent drawing". How/where do I disable this behaviour or is there a better tool to draw letters?

My meeting participants are not receiving invites nor are invites found in SPAM.  I am literally having to copy the invitation and send it to participants. Help!

After update version 5.17.0 (27246)My video now has a blue tint. I'm using an iMac, (AMD Radeon Pro 5500 XT 8 GB - 3.6 GHz 10-Core Intel Core i9 and 14.1.2 (23B92)) with  Canon M50 with a Blackmagic ATEM Mini Pro... When I use built in camera it seems fine.. I can't seem to isolate where the issue is. I do know it stated after update to 5.17.

I'm using a Zoom Pro account, and although I can enable and use the other AI Companion tools, the AI Companion button does not appear when I'm working in a whiteboard. I've tried following the Support Center steps to enable it, but when I go to Account Management > Account Settings > AI Companion, there is no Whiteboard area. I only see Meeting, Recording, Team Chat, and Mail & Calendar.  Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions on what might be going wrong here? Thanks!

Hi Zoom, My Zoom dashboard does not have the avatar option. Presently, my Zoom software is on 5.12.2 (11434) while my Mac is on macOS Version 11.6.1 (2 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5 with 16GB 3733 MHz LPDDR4X on Intel Iris Plus Graphics 1536 MB). Regards to my settings, I've enabled and locked the "avatar" option. Unfortunately, the "avatar" option still does not appear on my "start video" or "choose virtual background" or "choose video filter" option. I've also tried using Zoom on my iPhone 13 Pro Max that's running on iOS version 16.0 (20A362) and same issue - no avatar option. Please help. Thanks!

Hello!How many people can activate host key? Is there any limit?  I have business zoom account and I would like to understand the difference between Host key and License.So I can create 10 different meetings where I am a host and give my host key to 10 different people to let them have host permissions for these meetings, right?Why do I need additional licenses on my account if I can just buy Pro Plan with 1 license and just give host keys to everyone in our company?Could you help me to clarify this, please? Thank you! What is Zoom policy/directions on active bullying harassment dogpiling on disabled?I have raised this. I raise valid points and experience and then I am called Troll attacked abused threatened my disability and experience history used against me.I have sent an email to the Host before privately informing him, although he already knows I am severe disabled and serious PTSD with incredible incapacities. I am still active to address and stop same things from happening and will stand up to any contributor to suggests abuse or violence - that's when I get into trouble or if my disability experience goes against others politics religious views etc.Today is has been horrendous. Hi.  I use Zoom to record my podcasts. I only use the Zoom audio files, not the video files.  I need to free up space on my hard drive. I have all audio files backed up on an external disk. If I delete the video files from my hard drive, will it mess anything up?

It is important to know that my Zoom Account Settings has "Enable Custom Questions" checked. ProblemFrom a Chrome browser, I have created a webinar and I needed to add a custom question to the registration page. I went to Registration Settings > edit > Custom Questions tab > create a new question > type (single answer, dropdown),  I enter my question and it has 11 responses > then I select save all.  After selecting save all, the custom question is not appearing in the custom questions tab. After saving the first time, I went to the registration link, registered for the webinar, and the custom question was also not there. I went back to the Registration Settings a second time and went through the same process, entered all the information, and save all. The custom question is not saving, despite entering it twice and saving, and despite my Zoom Account settings having "Enable Custom Questions" checked.
