How do I change the default name that comes up on my video when I join a meeting? Of course, I can click on the three dots and Rename, but I don't want to do this every single time I join a meeting. I went to Settings/ Profile / Edit My Profile, which launched a web page, then selected Profile, but the name listed under "Display Name" on this page is not the name that comes up on my video when I join a meeting.

In trying to schedule group meetings recently I have noticed that the alternative hosts feature, which I rely on heavily, is suddenly missing from the desktop client. Is this a known issue? Will this be added back? It's annoying to have to go to the web interface in order to schedule my meetings.

What are the options to save call recordings for people that leave the company?  We do not want to lose the recordings.  We need them for historical purposes.

Hi,Do you guys know if there is a way to Schedule Group Messages?I send various messages regularly to my group and it would be great if I could skip always posting them manually.Reminders are a great option in the Chat but I would like to schedule them instead, ahead of time.

Referring to the following community chat, I understand that I need to change the caller on line one. However, on the Zoom portal, line one is greyed out, so I am not able to change the caller ID. Добрый день. Просьба прояснить ситуацию со списанием средств за пользование номером, которым я не пользуюсь но средства все равно снимает: 888-799-9666, +18887999666. Последнее списание 05.03.25. Даже если я не использую Зум, средства в размере 18 долларов каждый месяц списывает за использование номера. Большая просьба подсказать, как это отключить. Спасибо.

Hey Everyone! We want to know if there are ways to track if our managers are listening to call recordings made by juniors. The managers should be auditing the calls for quality and our Compliance team monitors the managers to ensure they are doing their checks.  I checked the admin activity logs but cannot see if people are playing the recordings in the Zoom Phone logs sections. We don't want our managers to be able to download /delete the recordings; I know if they download the recordings we can create a trail but we would like to not consider this as a solution.  If anyone has a solution let me know. Or is this something we would need Zoom Contact Center for....

when i log in it says 1132, which apparently means i violated the ruled and guidelines. i'm confused because i use zoom for my online classes only and sometimes i don't even open my camera and mic. i don't send malicious or bad chats either. i'm completely not violating any rules. i already sent an appeal and it says i should contact the team.  is this where i contact the team? please let me know. and reconsider your decision, i really need zoom for my classes. there might be a mistake. 

 Hello All, I'm seeking support on Zoom technical issue which i faced yesterday during hosting a meeting where I was sharing my screen (sharing videos and audios), accepting participants from waiting room etc. The problem which I faced was that the zoom was narrating everything like when a person is joining the meeting or when person is leaving, when i was making someone co-host, or when I started sharing my screen. Please help me to figure it out because tomorrow again i have to do the same.Also, let me know if it is a global issue from the main account or was a problem with my zoom account or system(mac). Thanks!

Problem:We utilize a Zoom Phone call queue for our team, with availability set from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. We've encountered an issue where users remain in the call queue rotation even when they are marked as "Out of Office" (OOO) or on Paid Time Off (PTO).Specifically:Users set OOO or PTO in Google Calendar, which syncs with Zoom, correctly updating their Zoom status.However, these users continue to receive call queue calls.The Zoom documentation states that enabling "Allow queue members to set their own Business Hours" should prevent calls from routing to members outside their business hours.This feature is not functioning as described. Despite enabling it, users still receive calls while on OOO/PTO.Currently, the only solution is for users to manually remove themselves from the call queue.Question:Has anyone experienced this issue with Zoom Phone call queues? Is there a reliable method to automatically remove users from the call queue rotation when they are marked as OOO or

Hello, I start meetings from within whiteboards, which is a great zoom feature.Immediately after the meeting starts, a red color message shows up at the top-middle of the window, telling me how many people are following me, for example:   16 people are following you [stop]  This seems the only dialog in Zoom that has a [stop] button, and I'm worried what happens when I click it. What does stop do? Will it stop these people from following me? Or will the people be disconnected from my whiteboard? Or does it simply make the message go away? I tried to search for help with the keywords "people are following you", but did not get any useful results. I'm looking forward to an explanation from this forum. Thank you.-R.L.

This is a cross-post from the Zoom Workplace Reservation thread, but is possibly more relevant in the Zoom Meeting thread. Since the update to V6.1 when scheduling a meeting the app no longer remembers my default time zone. Each time I schedule one (which happens a lot) I need to scroll through the over-long list to find my time zone. My time zone IS entered into settings. 

I am using ipad for ZOOM. Like on laptop, you can see the audio settings for the meeting which tells you which speaker zoom is using and which mic it is using. how do I find that settings for ipad.? I am connecting with an external mic via lightning. audience can hear my voice but I can't hear there voice. Pls advise. Thx

We have 5 members in a call queue. This is a secondary/backup call queue, and these people have other primary job functions. They are able to help out with phones when they have free time. Our company exclusively uses the Zoom app for Macs. We do not have desk phones, and do not have the app installed on our mobile phones. If a member is going to be in a meeting or on a call, the practice has been to toggle the switch on their zoom app to not receive queue calls. This is a foolproof way to ensure we don't receive calls. However, since answering phones is not the primary job of this call queue group, they don't always remember to toggle themselves back into the queue when they are available. Being on a Zoom meeting does not preclude them from receiving a call. Hello, We currently have a Call Queue set up with 3 users. However, these users have varying availability hours to take calls (e.g., 7am-10am, 2pm-5pm, etc.). How can we go about making sure that the calls are only routed to available users? Does this happen automatically if the user were to set their availability hours under Phone > Call Handling? This is a little tricky, because the users are available for all other types of call between 7-5, but they just only monitor the call center during select hours. Is there a way to attach availability to calls that come in through the Call Queue specifically? What about the Opt-Out function? Would that be useful here? Thank you so much!Kind Regards

How do you enable "external web query" in AI Companion? AI Companion is telling me it can't answer a question because it doesn't have permission to access to do an external web query.

The caller will hear, "This call may be monitored for quality assurance purposes," when someone dials the extension or the 10 DID of one user. We have verified that call recording is disabled for this user and is happening to only one user.  

It's nice to see zoom become the first third party app to support this new feature on iOS however even after selecting it for calls, it does not seem to work. Is it not fully supported yet?

I purchased a one-month large Zoom meeting license when what I wanted was a large meeting webinar  license; I then bought a one-month large audience webinar license  that expires in one week, and my event is two weeks away, I now have two licenses I cannot use and no license when I need it.  HELP!
