Hi I zoom with a family member a funeral i am wondering if it would have been recorded I have never used zoom but to record so not sure how it works. 

I am a teacher with a basic plan.  I would like to upgrade my account for one month to accommodate my Zoom Parent Teacher Conferences.  Is that possible and how much would that cost?

Hi, Struggling to find an option that lets me email people with a scheduled zoom link, allowing them to add an .ics or add to calendar link. The pages and instructions I've followed don't seem to give current advice.Such as: Enabling webinar email ICS calendar attachments (zoom.com)But there is no .ics option in any of my settings... Looking at previous options that suggest scheduling it as a recurring event hasn't proved successful for me either.Any help appreciated, thanks.

Can an Admin User access deleted Zoom chats, or is that something only the Owner can see?

Good afternoonAt first, I would like to mention that my performance in the English language is far from being the best.I would like to know if anyone else is getting an error message like mine.I get a message that the file igdb9dxva64.dll is not designed to run on Windows. Tell me the error status is 0xc0000005.Can anyone inform me of the possible causes of this error? 

I am having serious problem with the resolutions of my recordings. I am recording to my computer using a Brio 4K webcam, setting is to HD, but despite my 4K cam the result is less than 720p. This started 3 weeks ago and I am not able to mitigate the issue despite spending hours on the app as well as searching everywhere including this community platform. Unfortunately I am considering walking from Workspace Pro and use a cheaper option and invest in other programs.

Hi, I am registered with Zoom using my active Gmail address.  With my previous - now deleted email address/Zoom account - Zoom would open Outlook to send the meeting invitations once the meeting was scheduled.  When I schedule a meeting now, it doesn't do that.  Should Zoom be generating an email from Gmail to send my invitations, or do I just copy the information and send it myself, or does it matter?  Thanks!  

Hello everyone. I use Zoom on a new pc with USB camera with manual zoom purchased on Amazon. Until recently the camera could be seen fine. I can't tell if since I upgraded to the PRO version or as a result of program updates, the view is cut off at the sides and it looks dark. The same webcam used on apps like Windows 11 Camera or OBS captures the video perfectly. It seems that zoom does not fully support said camera. There are no dedicated drivers because it is PLUG & PLAY. What can I do about it?

Hi. Has anyone experienced not being to connect when doing outbound calls? Some calls that we make says that the call cannot be completed and try again later. However, when we call other numbers, it was able to connect. Can anyone help us with this issue? The zoom support has been very slow in resolving and answering the ticket.

Hi there, If I have a 'Zoom Clips Plus' plan and I find the 'Zoom Workplace Pro' plan necessary, can I just upgrade from the former to the workplace pro plan? How much will it cost? Can I only pay for the difference between the two plans?

Hello Zoom Community, I am encountering an issue while attempting to download a data export from my Zoom account via the web console.I initiated a data export request under the "Data & Privacy" section. The system successfully processed the request and generated a zip file, which is listed as being approximately 8MB in size. However, when I click the "Download" button for this generated file, I consistently receive a "No Permission" error. I am currently using a free Zoom account. Could anyone provide clarification on whether this "No Permission" error is expected behavior for free users when trying to download generated data exports, or if this indicates a technical issue? I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:Waiting and retrying the download.Clearing my browser's cache and cookies.Attempting the download using different web browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox).Trying to download in Incognito/Private Browse mode.Temporarily disabling browser extens

Is there a way to store a Zoom recording on a flash drive? I have such limited storage on my crappy laptop. Everything I see says that I should be able to choose a storage place in settings, but I don't see that option when I go to storage. I also can't use the Cloud because my admin has it blocked.

I am struggling to find a tech set-up with which I am comfortable. In case it matters, my virtual training is being hosted on my client's Zoom account.I need to be able to see the Zoom workplace screen with and without Powerpoint slides, in addition to Google sheets which has my speaker notes. At present, the Zoom screen takes up 75% of my screen, with Google sheets taking up 25% at the bottom. Hi there, My wife is always receiving this email message in her email account from my Zoom account via Fathom where I am never invited to any of her Zoom meetings: "(My name) is using Fathom to record Google Meet meetings and streamline the note-taking. Is it okay if (my name) records your meeting tomorrow?" How can I stop Fathom from sending these message my wife email address? 

The speaker on my laptop works perfectly. Spotify, youtube etc all sound works. However the last two days I can not hear anything on Zoom Meetings. My mic and all work, just not the speaker. Has anyone had this issue before? How did you fix it? Really desperate for a solution.
