Hi there,For the past few days, I’ve been receiving the following message in Slack every time I join a Zoom meeting via the Zoom Slack App:⸻“New! Zoom AI Meeting Summaries in SlackZoom AI Companion now sends post-meeting summaries directly to Slack! Get key insights, shared assets, and action items—all in one place. To view your summary, check the Zoom bot after your call. To disable AI Meeting Summaries, contact your admin to turn it off.We have gathered some assets from your meeting earlier.”⸻However, Zoom AI Companion is turned off at the account level in the Zoom admin portal, as we do not allow Zoom AI to access or process our data.When I run /zoom config in Slack, I don’t see any option to disable these summaries either.Do you know how to stop this message from appearing?Thanks in advance!

The recent Mobile Zoom app update (April 30/25) has now removed the Audio Settings: Disable Original Sound from the Settings.  Can this please be added back into the app immediately?

  Good morning, I'm having trouble accessing Zoom. It tells me it's sending me a code to my registered email, but it never arrives. It's terrible that every time we try to log in, even from different devices, this keeps happening again, putting my activities at risk. Can you help me?

We are a small church that has been having "hybrid" church services via Zoom for the last year.  Everything was good until we replaced our laptop, and now any time more than one person speaks together (as in group prayers), or there is music in the church, the folks on Zoom just hear silence.  We have tried using the "original sound" feature, but it doesn't help.  Our previous laptop ran Windows 10, and our new one has Windows 11.  We use an external camera with mic (Spedal 920PRO). We also experienced a problem wherein the audio was delayed by 10 or 15 seconds, both with someone speaking on Zoom being heard in the church, and the audio in the church being heard on Zoom.  This stopped when we switched the audio input from the mic on the external camera to the laptop mic.  The video did not have a delay, and it wasn't choppy like when the internet freezes.  (This also since we started using the Windows 11 machine.)

How can I get recordings from past years such as 2020, because I really need that recording? 

Is there a way to assign a user access to street address information for our physical phones? I don't see anything in Roles. Maybe another way?

Hi there,I would really appreciate any help.I am looking to upload (Zoom) videos from our organisation's meetings to YouTube.I have tried uploading to a (specially created) YouTube channel, but the file format (M4A) is not supported.I have tried converting the file to a YouTube friendly format: there are no issues with the audio, but I cannot receive any video.Thank you so much to anyone who can help.(We have a 'Workplace Pro' plan.)

Regularly, people say "BRB" and then have to write "Ok Back", especially if video is off.  Would be helpful to just have a "BRB" status you can flip on that shows in the participants pane and the video window that you can turn off when you are back.  Bonus points for adding a custom message, like "BRB - 5 min" or "BRB - grabbing a glass of water"

I recently upgraded to a Pro paid account, and I'd like to know if my existing Zoom meetings scheduled under the Basic plan will automatically convert to the paid plan, allowing for an extended duration. I chose a paid account for this very reason, and I’d love to avoid rescheduling my previously planned meetings to ensure I have that extended duration. 

I am able to receive chats during a meeting and can type a reply but am unable to send it . What am I missing ?

This really belongs in a "ALL ZOOM PRODUCTS" location, but I'm sharing in hopes that someone from Zoom sees this and acts on it. Both the Desktop Products (Mac, at least), and the Website (zoom.us) have an irritating User Interface/User Experience problem.Zoom decides to "add" something which pops up after the rest of the screen is built.In the app this is typically a sales banner at the top that then pushes the rest of the screen down, so you click on the wrong something regularly.On the website this can also be a sales banner - quite recently now is the "Contact Sales" button that appears after the rest of the page loads, and moves the "Sign in" link right.  So you "accidentally" click on "Contact Sales" when you're trying to get to your login.INFURIATING. Does Zoom not have a qualified UI/UX expert working for them?  Or are they simply ignored? This type of behavior wouldn't have been acceptable in any IT department I worked in from the 90s onward.  How is t

How do I initiate a call immediately and not scheduled to someone via zoom and not the phone?

We have had requests for streaming music on hold. Our company provides streaming MOH for Asterisk, Avaya AAMS, CUCM, Engage, FreeSWITCH, Broadsoft and other platforms. Anybody know about streaming URL for Zoom Phone?

Hi, I'm following the instructions in "SMS/MMS 10DLC Compliance for Zoom Phone and Zoom Contact Center" (https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/5016496738445) and don't see this tab under Advanced on our admin page. Instructions: Menu: Am I in the right place? I set up a webinar with additional links to panelists - all inside our organization. When we started a tech check 30 minutes prior to the webinar, some were able to join, and some could not and received this message:"The host requires authentication on the commercial Zoom account platform to join this meeting. Please sign in with a commercial Zoom account to join."I did not require any special authentication or password when the webinar was set up. Links on all previous meetings and webinars worked without any problems.We were supposed to host a webinar for about 500 people and had to switch to Teams at the last minute since we were not sure how many people might experience this problem.Any idea what went wrong?thank you!

About half of my reoccurring meetings just suddenly GONE from my meetings list. They are not expired. They are just not showing up on my list of meetings. I'm an avid user of Zoom. I use it all the time and know how to schedule and operate the platform. This has never happened, and I'm kind of freaked out. I just lost over half of my scheduled meetings. I've updated my Zoom and this did not help. Please help, this is not good!

 Zoom always adjust my volume down to 50% when I open the room and after I put it back it does it one more time. You can see by the image that I have that setting turned off but it still does it. This does not happen in OBS or any other application that I use.

I use Zoom for meeting, messages, and phone calls for my work. I was excited when in September 2023 Zoom and Android Auto announced Zoom will now be an app in Android Auto, see https://news.zoom.us/zoom-for-android-auto/ and https://blog.google/products/android/new-apps-for-android-auto-and-cars-with-google-built-in/ and yet I still don't have an app for Zoom in Android Auto yet and I can't figure out why. Anyone know how to enable the Zoom Meetings app to work in Android Auto? I have a 2019 Honda Pilot and Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra phone software and apps are all up to date.

I have set up my system to forward to my cell phone and it is not working. From everything I can see the settings are correct but it is not working.

I have a list of recurring meetings scheduled through the end of June; I want to add more meetings to the list. I thought there was a prompt to "add another meeting" on the scheduling page, but I'm not seeing it. Does anyone have a solution for this? TIA.

I have tried everything and for some reason can't get the music to play during our "breaks."The instructions say to click on my photo and then settings then "audio" there is no "audio" settings on my settings.

Hi All, I recently joined Zoom so that I could make calls from South Africa to Canada, but it seems that the service is not available on this plan that I selected. I recently purchased an Unlimited Plan to Canada but have not been able to make any calls. Each time I have tried, I receive the following message: "Sorry...the requested service is not available in your calling plan".  I added the international calling as an add-on to the above plan, but I still cannot make calls. Also, I am unable to receive calls, too! So now I'm confused ( have I not set it up properly? Am I not dialling numbers correctly?) and worried that perhaps I have purchased an incorrect plan. Can someone please assist me or give me pointers. Thanks

I usually only have 2 people in any meeting I host, but there are sometimes more. I am currently on the basic plan and am looking to possibly upgrade so that I don't get limited on time for those larger meetings. My manager has a pro plan currently. I see that there can be 1-9 licenses per pro plan. Does that mean that up to 9 accounts can be linked to that plan? Is there a plan that allows multiple accounts to be on it without having to buy plans for each one?   Thanks for the help!
