Payment dedecuted account not upgraded to pro

I have made payment for plan.Amount 1624 deducted.A mandate is also set.  No invoice generated. Tried logging out from  all devices and log back in.

 

Two support tickets already created no response on them.

 

 

What kind of support does zoom really have. Frustrated
