If an invite is sent with a basic license, and the user is later assigned a full license, will the previously scheduled meeting use the full license, or the basic one?  Just wondering if they need to generate a new meeting invite.

Hello,I have recently added the Large Meetings add-on to my account for having a session with more than 500. While it is successfully done, my account still shows a limit of 100. Why is this so? In my billing tab, I can see that I have a large meetings add-on available, but in my profile the capacity is still 100...Need to be sure if the normal meeting can accommodate more than 500 or will it cause a problem

Good morning, I would like to ask some information about the Zoom Webinar and Zoom Events products. Are the live transcripts generated by the system, which understands what is being said and writes it down? Can they be downloaded at the end of the webinar? Are webinar recordings saved in an online cloud, do they download automatically onto the organizer's device, or do you have to download them manually? Is there a certain amount of cloud space included in the plans or does it have to be purchased separately? Can one set up personalized registration and follow-up emails, with questionnaires and links? Are there post-webinar reports to download, e.g., on the number of registrants and the number of actual attendees with relevant contact information? Are live chat and instant surveys included in both plans?Do subscribers to a webinar need to download the Zoom app to participate?Thank you, Elena

We are an investment club consisting of 15 partners.  Our meetings rotate among partners' homes.  Can the club purchase one Pro license and have different partners host the meeting but use the same license for the club?

Hello. Is it possible for me to record a webinar,  share the recording at a later date and require that people register in order to see the recording? This way I do not have to do a live webinar every time I want to provide the content. I can simply share the webinar recording with people who have registered.

Hello... it's been a while since I joined, but I'm a Zoom beginner. TT If you know how to block private chatting between participants, please explain in detail. Help me...

Hi In gallery view, I am always in the upper lieft hand corner no matter if there are 5 participants or 100. This puts me in the top row, just to the left of the leader/administrator of the meeting. I am wondering if there is a setting that I inadverdently set to make this happen. Everyone else seems to be randomly placed and their placements float around in gallery view. Thanks!

I have read 2 hours of your supposed help resources. all interpreter language info is for hearing to hearing spoken language interpreters. great. what about the deaf? zoom used to automatically include audio dial in numbers in the invite info. It did not today. is this going to continue? I looked and this may be because I was told it's illegal for you to force deaf people to pay for a pro account just to get access to basic free meetings plus the audio dial in number for the ASL interpreters. I have a VP that automatically connects me to an interpreter at no cost to you or I but it requires i input a phone number. so now that you stopped  charging me is that why suddenly the number isn't there? How do I get this number? My coworker also could not find the number. This wasted half our meeting and finally we  just typed back and forth. MUCH Better meeting with an ASL interpreter. Tried using your chat help and the bot has ZERO info on anything deaf or ASL or sign lang

Camera not working (black screen) after upgrade to 5.10.4. I have tried almost everything to solve this problem - no effect. Please could you say how can I  solve this or return to the previous version?  My laptop is Lenovo (if it matters), camera app on windows is working correctly.

What does this mean? Thankyou

Hello!   I have changed my tariff to free version, however, I still get the emails with the invoice for the paid version ($17.99). I cannot pay the invoice since I am located in Russia. Could anyone help me with the billing issue?   Thanks a lot!   Anton

How to know the account number for free user?

We had a meeting where I signed in as the host to start the meeting. We had one designated co-host. All participants were muted upon the meeting starting and we removed the ability to allow participants to unmute themselves. If they were to comment the co-host would request them to unmute. One participant was requested to unmute to give a comment and when done was not able to mute themselves. As host, I was unable to mute that specific participant and neither was the co-host successful in muting that particular participant. The only thing that was different is that the participant signed in as the host right before the meeting began and signed me out although the meeting was still able to proceed with me as host and my co-host still there. Could that be the reason why that participant was unable to be muted by themself, host, or co-host? That participant at times uses that account to host the same meeting when it is their turn so it was not like they should not have access to the accou

Hi all. If I set up a meeting with registration, does the direct invitation link still work? If I share the invitation link (not the registration link) with someone, can the person attend the meeting without registration?

From what I've read about recordings, sessions in a Conference can be recorded and made available to participants. And the recordings stay available until deleted. All good. What is the storage capacity for the recordings? If it's the standard 1GB for a pro account, it'll be eaten up after the first couple of sessions.

My drum teacher asks me to eliminate echo suppression.  How can I do it on my end?

I have three webinars that have already been scheduled and today the panelists told me they would like Q&A and chat disabled. I know how to disable chat, but how can I disable Q&A if it is already scheduled? I found how to turn it off in settings, but that seems to only apply to future programs, not ones that have already been scheduled. thanks!

Hello! I have a question about the live transcription. Does anyone know if the live transcription will save all the conversations, including a private chat from a breakout room? Thank you!

Hi all is there a way for me to know the names or the email addresses of the  viewers of my recording on cloud (which was shared internally), and for how long they have viewed it

Hello, does anybody know if it is possible to find out how many participants used the simultaneous translation offer in a meeting? I can't find this information in the participants list. Can I find it anywhere else? Many thanks,Michelle

I am the scheduler for weekly meetings of our group.  I schedule the session, (I have a paid account) and send out notices.  Sometimes I can't be present however I alway schedule the session.  When I can't be there when members try to connect they get the message "waiting for host to start the meeting".  When I schedule the meeting I always don't require waiting room.  I need to know how to schedule a meeting and still have the meeting happen in case I can't be present.
