I am in the proces of moving our phone system to Zoom Phone but I am unable to find where to view the call quality. All i can see from my search online is to view it from the dashboard but this is not enabled for my account as we are not using paid Zoom Meeting plans yet. Surely I'm missing something? I shouldn't have to purchase a plan for a service I don't need to see the status of a service i'm actually paying for?!

I have a new IMAC and gallery view was not an option....I saw that others have this issue if they go through the browser and not the app?  Can anyone confirm this?  Hosting a meeting without gallery view was horrible!  If anyone know how to fix this in meeting I'd appreciate any info!!! 

Hi all: I have 4 Apps installed from marketplace (see attachment), but nowhere in my settings, meetings or live sessions can I see an Apps TAB. Have read every document available., Googled, Zoom Guy doesn't know... and I am pretty familiar with ZOOM for 18 months now. Using Mac, Big Sur and most recent ZOOM update. Can anybody please set me in the right direction? Many thanks. - John

 The Scheduling privilege and alternative hosts page says we can add alternative hosts and assign scheduling privileges to other users in the same organization, including users in sub-accounts. I'm following the instructions to enable this account-level setting, but I can't get it to work.  I have successfully linked my two Pro accounts into one organization. (screenshot)  (I am slightly confused because the main instructions say "link the master/sub account in IM settings" but the how-to page never actually takes me to the IM settings.) After linking, I follow the instructions for enabling the alternative host setting. When I get to step 5 in the instructions, though, it tells me to change settings that aren't there. HiHow can I set the default meetings settings to disable the "Show Social Share buttons on registration page". I have disabled it on the Group Management and the Account Settings (Admin options), under Webinar Registration Settings, but it still appears when scheduling a meeting. Thank you in advance.....  BR Lasse     

After my bosses account was hacked over Xmas we signed mine up for a Pro account yesterday. I have been creating our meeting links for over 2 years now, twice a week.My consultants can either NOT even get the link activating while I found I can only get the register button to work on Safari.Is there a known problem?We cannot find help anywhere.I have included an image They can get no further than this.what is wrong

What is the limitation of participants of breakout rooms? How many people are allowed in each breakout room?Can you save chats and Q & A from each break out room? What about pulling reports for breakout rooms; do they work just like reports from a regular webinar?

I have a couple questions I was hoping you could help me with:If I want to host Meetings and Webinars in Zoom Events, it is necessary that I have a Zoom Meetings license as well as a Webinar license, correct? Zoom Events does not replace that, it kind of provides the platform to host Meetings and Webinars, correct?In terms of recording capacity, does Zoom Events provide additional Cloud Recording Capacity or will I have to make sure I have enough recording capacity available to create a Recording Library by for instance, purchasing additional cloud storage? Thank you for the help!

Hi I have a zoom meeting license since May 2021.   As of my last update on Sunday December 28, 2021, my ability to screen share as host of the meeting, is not working.  It works fine for meeting participants.  I've rechecked all of my settings and can't find the reason why it's not working.

Good morning,I have a plan for Webinars with 1,000 viewers. I wanted to ask if once we reach 1,000 registrants the registration process ends automatically, or if the 1,000 viewers limit only refers to those who actually attend the webinar. In other words: with our plan, can 2,000 people sign up for the webinar (even if only the first 1,000 accessing people can actually attend)? If the answer is yes, is there a way to redirect surplus subscribers to another platform where they can stream privately? Thanks a lot!

Hi, I'm trying to deploy Zoom Virtual room connector on our domain. Server hosted in our DMZ. Firewall settings applied as instructed in https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/203182415I see VRC in https://zoom.us/account/connector/vrcWhen I start Zoom meeting and call out to SIP device I get error 109. When I try to make call from SIP device it show "No user responding. Disconnecting"Could you please specify what additional network access is required?

Hi experts! I've got zoom phone call queue set up so we can see which of our business phone nos (different business departments) are being called INTO (auto reception does not allow that function). We close 12.30pm to 1pm and I realise that zoom phone does not allow for these hrs to be specifically set, so the users will need to log out at 12.30pm. We can work with that. Call queues allows us to set the voicemail greeting. I guess I need to set a voicemail greeting that covers different scenarios,  but we've never worked like that.  Seeking a solution where the admin or a user is able to quickly set a different audio for lunch, and back to default voicemail greeting at the time the office closes. The desktop zoom app does not seem to allow the user to set the audio message. It appears there is a need, therefore, to select audio messages by logging into zoom portal - would take a couple of minutes. Under Call Queues / call distribution t

I'm back...Attempting to make a single answer poll question with one selection option.  It has been confirmed by Bort, that a minimum of two selection choices are allowed in the standard polling feature.  Is a minimum of two responses also required with the advanced polling option for a single answer question? I am trying to make an officers' ballot; all positions don't have multiple candidates.Thank you

I am setting up Webinar and adding Panelists but not ready to send invites until the tweaks are done.  When the time comes when do the invites go out if I deselect the option to send immediately?

I can't seem to figure out how to add my logo as a watermark in the bottom corner of the display and so that it appears on the recording.  Any guidence would be appreciated. Thank you,italiangen 2021  

In the web portal settings under security, I've enabled my waiting room. However, whenever I click "New Meeting", I still have to manually click on "Enable Meeting Room"  for it to work.  Any thoughts? 

I can't enable multiple screen share just because there is no such button/ option when I host a meeting. It was but them disappeared. What should I do? 

I am creating an event for my organization that needs to offer a free ticket to only specific people (it's complicated because of requirements of their employer). Is there a way to easily this? I know there isn't a promo code option yet and that I could create a free ticket, but is there a way to limit who can select that option beyond just saying it is for a specific organization?

I'm testing Zoom Events and have created Hub and events, but we're having trouble finding the page where I can set up Agenda/Lobby/Sponsors/Expo, etc. Can anyone tell me how to find this page? Thanks!

All my Zoom invites sent to me are going directly to my Gmail calendar. I would like them to come to me via email instead. But I don't know which setting to change in my account to make this happen. I appreciate the help!
