Our service and porting was completed today and all our phones are installed and working.  Our call queue was setup by Zoom support a couple weeks ago so that 4 desk phones would ring when we received a call to our main number. This is good, however, even the mobile app associated with users at those 4 desk phones will ring which is not good.  We only want the mobile app to notify a user if we transfer a call to them. Is this possible?  I also remember reading that the Zoom mobile app has a "DND" feature that would only affect the mobile app.  We cannot find "DND" on the mobile app, but in SETTINGS -> PHONE there is a toggle for Receive Queue Calls and MAIN LINE (our queue).  If they switch that off on the mobile app, it also keeps their desk phone from ringing. Summary (I hope) of what we want/expect:1.  Inbound call to our main number to ring desk phones in our office - users that we select.  Do not ring or notify the mobile apps.2

On a regularly scheduled meeting a box always asked for permission for host to control my mute as I entered meeting. I accidentally clicked the acceptance once. Now I don't get asked.  How can I take back control please? 

sometimes cannot log in to Zoom and would like to know how to enable the client log for troubleshooting.

In other words, I am NOT interested in using Zoom on both monitors. So this support page  doesn't answer my question at all. Before today, I could participate in a Zoom session on one monitor while looking at my PDF notes on the other monitor. Today that became impossible. Zoom took over both monitors. If I switched to the PDF reader on one monitor, the Zoom session disappeared in the other. This is new behavior. I have upgraded, but only after today's session. I don't think my OS changed. I'm on MacOS 12.2 Monterrey.

I have created a series of 5 calls, with an alternative host.  The event was added to Outlook calendar, with a join link. However, when alternative host tries to join the event, they get a message: "If you are a host, please sign in to start the webinar".What is the solution? It is the first time that I see that alternative hosts can't join a call through a link, and asked to sign in. Could you please share more information about it? Do alternative hosts need to be signed in their Zoom accounts and use the meeting ID to start the webinar?Thank you very much.

Is there any way to zoom a USB camera with the Windows version of Zoom?  I’d like to zoom camera to adjust my face fill of the screen but can’t seem to find a way.  And for some reason my Logi camera and its software stopped working well with Zoom so I tried a Unzano camera. 

After upgrading from 32 to 64-bit (5.9.3-3169) on Win-10, clicking "google" to sign in with stops short; it gets to the page displaying "Zoom should launch in a few seconds. If not, please click button below."but the app does not sign in and clicking the button does not appear to do anything; Tried with Firefox and Chrome.New install on Win-11 with Edge has the same result 

In our current setup, when you dial 0 in the auto-receptionist. it will ring our front desk receptionist. However, we are fully teleworking again and when the front desk person is out of the office the assistants go on a rotation by day to answer the mainline.  So each morning for a week, I have to go into the auto-receptionist and change the person listed for that option in the auto-receptionist.  Is there an option to preprogram a day-based rotation that I can add to the auto-receptionist when pressing 0?

When trying to watch previously recorded training videos from someone who is now no longer with the company I work for, I am unable to access them.  Is there a way I can email you the links and you can help recover them?

We have several multi-session meetings, each of which is automatically recorded. I would like to password-protect the recordings and distribute the password to a limited number of people. When I do so, does each session require a unique password or does one password apply to the multi-session recordings?

Hello, I have enabled the request to unmute in personal and account settings but I still can't unmute participants as a host. Anybody has an idea? Thanks 

Hi all. I'm working on an integration and am trying to add a module to update meetings. I'm receiving a 200 response but meetings aren't actually being updated with the changes. To debug I'm just trying this in Postman with the following configuration: Request URL: https://api.zoom.us/v2/users/me/meetings/[redacted]Method: PATCHHeaders: Authorization - Bearer [Redacted]Content-Type - application/jsonRequest Body:  { "topic": "Updated Topic" }   The meeting ID I'm using is valid and as you can see this is a very basic update. I'm just trying to get this one simple change working before expanding what can be updated. Any assistance is appreciated!

Is it possible, as an admin, to list all upcoming meetings and webinars for all users licensed ? How ?

How do I have video running, with a host and special guest, and the gallery able to ask a question at any time - all at once?  I'm a bit overwhelmed at the moment!

I've setup attendee join/left event webhook and it's working properly. But webhook is not called for end meeting event. Am I missing anything? But when I set for meeting end event, it's not called.     Access is given Webhook log shows nothing      

I have a paid account, but suddenly my calendly meetings with Zoom integration are throwing people into waiting rooms. I've double checked my settings, and waiting rooms are not enabled on my Zoom account - only passcodes. Please advise as the waiting rooms are not working for my meetings. 

Hello Zoom Community, Our group supports a very large user base of 5,000 and looking for the best method for automatic account provisioning tasks. We currently run a hybrid method JIT (Just in time) with Okta and API calls to disable accounts.   I'm looking for feedback from a Zoom admin that has deployed Azure AD automatic user provisioning. What happens if I use up all my cloud storage of 1Gb in a long meeting? Will recording stop?

Hello On openSUSE Linux, I updated the zoom client using rpm (version 5.10.3.2778 inside) and was unable to start it at all.Error  error while loading shared libraries: libcef.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory Typical solution of adding it to the library directory by using export LD_LIBRARY_PATH has no effect. Unfortunately, I do not have a backup of the prior functioning rpm version (without cef) of the zoom client, thus I am now in a critical situation: I am unable to attend the essential meeting! Please provide at least 2-3 earlier versions of the Linux client for download.  

5.2.0 was released by Zoom in Aug of 2020 - with PowerPoint as a virtual background feature in BETA... why is there still a BETA tag on that feature as of 5.10.1 (March 28th of 2022)? How long is the BETA?What is still pending from Zoom for that feature to be considered "Production"/GA? 

I was in a meeting where the host recorded. After the meeting i received an email regarding to view click link. However, I get an error message saying I do not have access to this meeting because I was not the host.  Why is this? Can you not have recording of meetings like teams of all the participant in the recording regardless of who recorded? 

I've been using my personal Zoom account for our organization meetings but now the organization has its own account.I want to transfer the already scheduled/upcoming meetings to the new account so we won't have to change meetings ids, etc. Is this possible?
