I was surprised that by merging two pro accounts we ended up having less than before. We are no longer able to run two zooms in parallel. This seems to me to be a surprising and unfair disadvantage. Why is this the case?

Hello, I just purchased a desktop and I can't seem to access the share screen on this, although on my laptop the share function exists.  Wondering why?  I prefer to have zoom meetings on my desktop so would really like to be able to have the share screen on it.  Can I do something about this?  

Does adding a Basic User to a Zoom Pro account change the features of the basic user, e.g. change of group meeting duration from 40 minutes to 30 hours?

Camera not showing my face however, my background shows up and the light on my laptop is lit like the camera is on but my face doesn't show. I've uninstalled and re-installed twice. Nothing seems to work. It was working fine for several months but not now. My settings show that my camera has access.

Hi all. Just wondering, because I can't find it: Can Zoom automatically send emails to attendees after the meeting (say, the next day) indicating the recording is ready and with the link? Thanks.

How much space is available for cloud recording and storage of meeting videos?

I am trying to figure out if I updated a setting incorrectly or if there has been an update to Zoom' Share Screen functionality.   Normally when I open screen scare, I see multiple applications that I have open or windows.  But now if I have PowerPoint open with the slideshow and the regular PowerPoint (that initiated the slideshow), the screen share is only showing the  PowerPoint app with the (2) beside it.  How do I access the one that I want to share?  I do a lot of presenting and this is causing major discomfort when i wish to be ready behind the scene.  Thanks

Today, I connected to my Monday meeting and audio was bad.  It sounds like the audio is briefly cutting out 20 times per second.  Works fine from web-browser Zoom client on Firefox, but the native Zoom client has this problem for all audio.  The same affect is heard when playing the test tone outside of any meeting.  I have an mp3 recording, but I cannot attach here.

Hi, how do I get HD or FullHD recordings with my pro account?I turned on HD and also GroupHD, but the video size is HD and clearly upscaled from 320p or VGA, since the text wasn't readable and pixelated.

Hi all, In the past we had Polycoms HDX7000's that connected from room to room. We are considering making the move to something with a Zoom base. The idea is to get away from a point to point ITV type situation to a Zoom between the same two points but the ability for people using Zoom to connect to our meetings also. We already have large Flat screens we would like to keep, plus windows 10 workstations in each room.  A smartboard would be nice for notation during meetings, and possibly a document camera - plus the face to face Zoom experience of course.  Any suggestions or accolades for certain products would be greatly appreciated. Hi I know of many small groups that rotate HOST responsibilities between people by sharing a zoom account’s username/password amongst them. Is this legal? My group would like to do this but we don’t want to violate Zoom’s ToS. I’ve gotten conflicting responses from Zoom support.  @Bort  - can you enlighten us about this?Thanks in advance for any help you can offer!

Hi we are new to zoom phone. Testing our setup, calling into our zoom phone number, there was a dialtone.  But no user was logged in. Should the zoom phone not ring if we are not signed in? our set up is shared line. We tested during normal business hrs. Our overflow is voicemail. We logged out to see if the inbound call would go straight to voice mail which is what we would like. Thanks Richard

In short, Zoom Rooms Controller App on Android does not work with Zoom Rooms. Details below. Can this be fixed?  Detailed Description:I've set up Zoom rooms on a Windows PC to create Zoom Rooms conference space. I need to control the session from my android device (running Android 11). I've installed the controller app and signed into both the Room and controller as my own Zoom account. I next try to connect to the room using the Share Key (Automatic detection does not work). I type in the sharing key on the top right corner of the Rooms display, and every time, I get the message "Invalid sharing key. Please try again." I've tried this over 10 times without success, and the review page for the Android controller app shows others are having this problem too. Has anyone figured out how to get Android Rooms controller to detect and work with Zoom Rooms again? Developers, can this be fixed?    Thank you!

I've scheduled a meeting without designating it to repeat.  I cannot find that meeting though I've copied the URL and such.  Where can I locate it in the system?

Hi, when I join a zoom already in progress, my screen only shows 9 people, yes, in gallery view.  Everyone else is seeing everyone else in the zoom, 20, 30 people, all on one screen.  There must be a setting I am missing...anyone have a solution? 

Hi, We have a new Zoom Room created and I've scheduled a new meeting. The meeting was created successfully and appeared on the room's management panel.When arriving at the room I started the meeting from the rooms panel but it was waiting for me (host) to join from my account.I would like to have the option of the room starting the meeting even if the host does not join from his\hers account.I've enabled the "Make Zoom Rooms the host if it joins before meeting host and other participants" option (see image attached) but it did not make any difference. Please advise. 

I have been attempting to update my account's Livestream Settings under the Account Settings > In Meeting  (Advanced) section, but the changes are not applying in my windows client. I have changed the setting from YouTube to Custom Service but the client still shows Live on YouTube as an option.    I am running client version 5.9.3. 

I am a great source to find a background for your background on your electronics because I don't know if you do but I like my background. 

There are a few meetings that I join in every week, hosted by other people. Is there a way (or place) in Zoom where Ican keep a record of these, so I don't need to go back each time to the email someone sent, to find the address for the meeting?  I am talking specifically about other people's meetings, not one's I'm scheduling or hosting. In my Android Zoom app there is a sort of 'notes' section where I've recorded these, but I don't see this in my Win, web-based Zoom screen.
