I'm trying to pre-assign participants to breakout rooms using a CSV file.  When they came into the meeting only 2 were assigned. They said they are all using the same email address for Zoom. I only had 8 people so I could manually assign them but when I have meetings with 80 I don't want this to happen. How do I ensure they all get assigned based on the CVS file. I used the template provided by Zoom.

Hello, I am Taito. I have a licensed zoom account. And every Saturday, I teach Japanese School. The following month, I have a substitute teacher taking over for one week of the class. I seem to not figure the password and it only lets me link to my google account. I try to change password, but it only lets me sign in through google account. Is there a way I can change the zoom password without this trouble?

I can't be alone on this.  When joining a meeting with my colleagues, I like to share pleasantries and see their smiling faces.  Once the meeting gets moving on the agenda, I often need to really focus on what's being said and not get distracted by this voyeuristic view of the other remote attendees.  It would be wonderful if I could select the video feeds of certain attendees to hide, or all videos.  It would also be helpful when you need as much screen real estate as possible because Tammy is sharing a spreadsheet with 8pt font and isn't considerate enough to zoom into the content for her audience. 1. Hello! I see documentation for how a digital signage display can join a meeting, but no documentation on how to get it to actually join the meetings.... Is it supposed to automatically join? I've run a few tests, and the calendar works appropriately, but I can't get the signage display to actually join the meeting to share the screen. We'd like to leverage this functionality to display our internal meetings across all of our TVs.Thank you!

Desktop support for some users. 32-bit still works.I'm using this line to install for both 32-bit and 64-bit Zoom client installs.  It's with the IT admin installer from the upper part of the downloads page.Start /wait \\path\zoominstall.exe /quiet /norestart ZoomAutoUpdate="true" ZNoDesktopShortCut="true" ZSSOHOST="myorgname.zoom.us" So it's got ZSSOHOST="myorgname.zoom.us" to prepopulate myorgname into the SSO path when any Zoom client user clicks into SSO.  I'm sure that saves a few tickets. That works fine with 32-bit Zoom.  I just noticed it's not working on 64-bit Zoom though.  I'm assuming autoupdate is working but... If the SSO path isn't on 64-bit, maybe autoupdate isn't either. I googled for switches but I keep finding the same pages with the switches in general. For the Zoom installer I'm working with -- 64-bit, IT admin version, .exe, ver 5.11.7185.  I don't know if I'm posting this in the correct forum.  If t

I am hosting two 75 minute meetings back to back, separated by about 15 minutes between one ending and another beginning. I need to record both meetings and I normally save them locally. Is it possible to start a 2nd recording while the first is still processing?

Hi,I would like to cancel my pro account and go back to basic subscription as I don't want to pay for the current period without the discount I got the year before. I was only able to cancel the future period, which would start on July 31, 2023, but as the renewal date has passed, a message that there is a payment pending for the current period, which started on July 31, continues to appear. But I stopped using the service because I don't want to pay that full amount.

I have been searching for 2 days for the polling feature.  It appeared and enabled it, but now I can't find it again.  Why is this feature so difficult to find?  It does not appear under "Meeting (in Basic)" as the instructions say.  PLEASE HELP!!!  Where is it?

In one of the official diagrams, it shows multiple computers. This would also be ideal for our setup. However, when attempting to add a second computer to a room, it replaces the first one. Is there a way to add multiple computers to the same room? Is it with a different plan?

How do you control the order of room control buttons? I'd like to put more used buttons at the top. It looks like it may be ordered by adapter ID, but should probably be ordered by adapter name. The order in which the "<adapter.id>.main_method=<method>" is defined in styles would be most flexible.

Hello Zoom community, I have a problem utilizing the zoom. It keeps saying update the zoom even though I did. Also, after I remove the zoom and try to download the updated version, it says there is an error. Do you guys know how to solve it?

Hi everyone!I'm running recurring meetings every week on Zoom. The problem is, that I need to collect emails, but I don't want to annoy people by fulfilling the registration every meetup especially if they've been attending the meetings previously. The simplest approach would be to keep the Zoom registration that collects the emails, but I need to make sure that the attendees don’t have to fill out that registration form too often.What do you guys think would be the best solution in this case? Thanks in advance!Agata

Hello!I set up a meeting yesterday which occurred, but I did not attend it. I am not seeing the participants in my usage reports. Is this because I didn't attend the call? Is there a way I can still pull who attended since I did set up the call? Thank you!

Hello Friends, For some reason, on my laptop, when trying to pick a date for a future meeting, I cannot see the entire monthly calendar (the pop-up is cutoff at top) so I am not able to forward to the desired date. I can see it on my desktop however. This is not only annoying be super inconvenient!! Weird thing is, I used to be able to do this from my laptop. Please see attached screenshot.Any help is appreciated!THANK YOU!

Hello, we are hoping to upgrade our zoom account to include the large meeting add-on. Before we do this - will the links shared with registrants be affected after the change?

Hi, I downloaded a lecture recording to the Cloud and received a an email with a link to watch it. I am able to enter the passcode and watch the recording online, but there is no way to download from this page. Additionally, when I go to my Profile and click My Recordings, the lectures I recorded to my computer show up, but this one does not show up under Cloud Recordings.  I would like to download the video file for this lecture to my computer so I can upload to another site, but I cannot figure out how. I am a co-host for the account. 

I have one licensed user besides myself on our non-profit (not legally) writers workshops. I have made a recurring meeting that I use for every workshop I lead. Our licensed user also needs to use this link but she doesn't seem to be able to access it. I have made her an admin. She tells me she can create her own link but she cannot access mine. This is inconvenient for all our participants because we'd like to have only one link for them to save and use. Any suggestions?Thanks. Lyn

I'm designing a portable Zoom Room design for our quarterly designers meetings.  In July I used a Neat Bar Pro and it worked very well.  The cameras was amazing but I believe I pushed the limits on the microphone when having 40 people sitting classroom style.  Being that the Neat Bar Pro doesn't support third party microphones just yet, I am looking for a solution so that if I am using an appliance or a Windows or Mac based ZR, I can add additional array microphones to pick up the back of the room.  Again, this needs to be portable and easily removed (no fixed mounting).  What ZR solution and microphone solution would you recommend? Thanks,Jason

This morning, I was unable to log in to Zoom for a scheduled appointment with one of my doctors. I kept getting an error message:Timeout Or Wrong ConfigurationDefault host not configured or timeout,please try again408 - v=2.0;clid=aw1;rid=INT_436de8d510f3de3c This was done through Patient Gateway, the hospital's patient portal. The doctor tried to send me a regular Zoom link  but wasn't able to do that, either, so we ended up talking on FaceTime.Was your network down this morning, or can you tell if it was a problem with the hospital's network or Zoom interface?(Screenshot of error message attached)
