Hello! When I call a slack channel through Huddle, the call icon for the channel appears in the sidebar. But when I call the channel through Zoom, the call icon for the channel does not appear. How can this be fixed?

Cheers everyone!The situation is that we want to make a lottery among the participants of the meeting, and do it right at the moment of the meeting. Lottery is a regular randomizer. And here is the easiest way of such a draw is to export the list of conference participants, throw it into the randomizer and just click the button. But I do not know how to get this list. I hope someone knows how to do this, otherwise I will have to manually number all the participants. Thank you in advance

We would like to pre-assign 10 individuals to each of 10 breakout rooms, and then, when we have started the meeting, have Zoom assign all the rest of the people to the rooms randomly. Will that be possible to do? The main need is to ensure that each of the rooms has a person we have identified as facilitator (not a co-host.). We don't know in advance who the rest of the participants will be. Thanks.  (PS: I've seen this similar question on this forum twice before and so far, unanswered.)

Hello,   I am wondering if anyone could tell me more about how virtual backgrounds work? Are there any risk that people get "erased" when using virtual backgrounds? And most importantly are specific backgrounds more difficult to used (for example backgrounds with lots of dark colours are harder to be used)? And similarly with people with different skin tones, are people of colour more likely to be erased by the virtual background?   Thank you very much, piR. 

I have a paid pro account and use it for weekly two-hour meetings of a group of friends. As far as I know, they have only zoom basic accounts.in the past when I have had to miss a meeting, I have asked one of the more frequent attendees to start the meeting in my absence and claim the host privilege by using my host key.I understand from the announcement that when a basic user creates a meeting of more than two people, there is a duration limit of 40 minutes.It is not clear if this applies only to their own meetings, or if it also applies to meetings of a licensed that they initiate.On one hand it would seem that any of the meetings that I create can run longer than 40 minutes, so does that limit change if a basic user starts the meeting, or is it still an unlimited duration meeting because it belongs to a licensed user.I'd be grateful for any comments anyone may have on this. 

Someone really needs to fix how we scroll though the chat box. I have physical disability and eyes aren't the best, so its hard to go up in comments because of that little rolling thing. I like the old school boxes with arrows up and down, then it goes in sections not just smooth scrolling

I need to control supplying MY OWN name when I am the one calling in from a cell phone to someone else's meeting. So that when I appear in the waiting room, I have already supplied my name and it shows. Without the other user having added me to a contact list, or edited the name on their end. Is this possible??

It would be great to have the option to show more than today's meetings in the App next meetings card, in order to see current week (or more) scheduled meetings.

Some attendees are not prompted as an option to join as panelist when the host promotes them.Others are promoted to join as panelist when the host promotes them giving them an option to join or not.Where are these settings located?

I know I've seen somewhere on the Zoom site wording stating that the link to a internal company Zoom meeting recording is not to be shared outside the company.  Now I can't find it!  Can anyone point me to the verbiage I'm looking for?  

Hi I'd like to upgrade from Zoom Pro to a plan that includes enabling up to 500 people participate in a call and also that has more online storage (100GB would be plenty). Is it possible to only upgrade these elements of our plan, and if so, how much would it cost if we added it onto our annual bill?

Hi, I've been having an issue for a while when I receive a URL link to join a meeting instead of an ID and password.On my desktop, clicking on the link will only open the Zoom app where I then have to enter the ID and password.I don't have this issue on my laptop: clicking on the link will open the Zoom app and the meeting. How can I make it so that clicking on a link will not only open the App, but also make me join the meeting? Let me know if this is not clear... Thanks!  

I have recently had to upgrade a number of zoom accounts for an event that was held. I paid for zoom pro using my credit card. I have now cancelled the subscriptions and they in fact show as cancelled yet when I try to terminate accounts it still says that  Your account is a paid account. If you want to delete your account, please go to Billing or contact sales to cancel your subscription.   Any ideas?   Thank you

I'm retiring my old PC, but I would like to move the recorded meetings to the new PC. Copying them into the same directory doesn't work. Is there any way to do it?

Greetings, This is my first post to the community.  I did a search for "Camp" to see if anyone else had posted this request.  I found nothing related.  Perhaps there is another term with which I am not familiar. We are a Zoom Phone user who migrated from an old PBX phone system.  We have been happily using Zoom Phone with few challenges we couldn't solve with documentation.  I would like to ask for a feature that allows a user to select an internal company contact to "camp-out" on their line.  This was the feature name on the PBX we used.  Here is the old scenario.  I pick up the phone to call Jane, but Jane is busy.  Rather than keep trying, I could press a feature key on the phone to tell the PBX to "camp-out on Jane's line and let me know when she hangs up."  When Jane hangs up, my phone would make a distinct sound to let me know Jane was free and it would offer to call Jane. Since we can see if a contact is on another

We want to build out 100 or so rooms with Neat Bars and replace the physical whiteboards on the other walls with DTEN D7 digital whiteboards. It's a shame to find out that Companion Whiteboards don't work with Zoom Appliances, only macOS or Windows based Zoom Rooms.  Any ideas + roadmap for this functionality?

Does anyone have a good source on this or does zoom have a library to pick from?  Surprised I can't set what the caller hears while waiting to just a normal ring tone.  I don't want to play MOH or an announcement, just good old fashioned phone rings, human answers.  Thanks in advance all

Has anyone come up with any tricks if there are multiple users on a single connection in meetings?I speak here primarily of having a poll and allowing additional responses from a single connection.But this is also relevant when tracking attendance.

I should start by saying athat a non-profit that I am involved with has a pro account and holds regular meetings, usually  with 50+ attendees - and sometimes significantly more than this but <100.In these meetings there are multiple facilitators that perform different duties within the meetingsAnd those roles rotate between different individuals. Is there somehow that those individuals can be registered as affiliated with the primary accountand in groups that have extended priviledges in the meetings examples of usage including but not limited to...co-host capabilities (without adding on a case by case or instance by instance basis)sharing the screen (but not everyone is allowed to and not case-by-case)spotlighting speakersmuting attendeesmuting all but the primary speakerrenaming attendees...
