When I click on "picture profile", the only option is "Sign Out".Why no "Check for updates" which is supposed to be there?

I know this issue is a little old, but has anyone had this issue lately?   During Zoom meeting my Zoom app keeps crashing and gives me a message saying  "Zoom quit unexpectedly."  I already updated the Zoom app, and changed the settings in Video Rendering Method to "Direct3D9." but for some reason it keeps happening.

The settings in the meeting tab Allow participants to join a meeting without the host is already enabled but still users are getting waiting prompt. How to resolve?

As the Chairman, I took the subscription out on behalf of the charity LARS (Loud Applause Rising Stars), a voluntary organisation which supports young up and coming singers.  It came as a shock to us when an  automatic renewal of £143.88 was taken out on the 20th November 2022.  Basically, the charity does not have funds to pay this amount.  We were waiting for a reminder but on reading he small print it would not be sent out and it solely relied on us to remember the date.  Could you please consider reimbursing the subscription we have just paid .  If this is not possible it leaves us with a big dilemma of who to pay.  Also can you please confirm how long we out the subscription for initially.  Regards  Cerith Owens

Hi, is there a way to record all breakout rooms at the same time in different video files? I would like to have all meetings in those different breakout rooms registered individually/independently.

I have just installed Zoom on my new MS Surface Pro 9 (Intel i7 with 16GB Ram). In a meeting with one other participant when I share PPT slides or a video I get an Unexpected Quit message.  This only happens when I try to share a screen or a large application such as Powerpoint or a video.  It's not happening if I share a word document for example. Also not happening if I am the only participant. It was working fine on my old Surface Pro 7. I have checked that I have the latest version (5.12.8) and I have also uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom. I have tried changing the share screen settings to remove hardware acceleration and removed TCP connection. Similarly, I have switched off hardware acceleration for video and tried changing the rendering method to Direct3D9 and Dircet3D11. None of these things have solved the problem.  I can share screen using Zoom on the browser but that is limited, and I want to be able to use the downloaded programme.  Any id

I get this error message when trying to install updates.

I have a mixed in person and online zoom meeting. When someone who is there in person asks a question - the people in the zoom portion complain that they cannot hear the question. How are people solving this issue?I\m using my laptop so the mic is facing me as I face the pc and the folks in the room are behind the laptop so the mic does not pick up what they are saying. Is there a simple solution to this short of my repeating the question?

The past two years I was able to buy a 1 month package with Zoom but I don't see that option anymore? I have the basic package but afraid some of my meetings will go over 40 mins. That is why I liked the 1 month option but not sure if that is available. Any help?

Is WMM enabled in the Zoom app or is this only handled at the WiFi router?

Hi, I have an event that we are in charge of creating the zoom webinars for the sessions over 3 days. I have one zoom webinar license and one pro. All the sessions must be webinars for the streaming aspect. With that being said, what do i need to do to run 3 concurrent sessions off of one zoom webinar license? Can it be done? Also, if not, do i need to buy multiple webinar licenses for this one customer?Thank you for your thoughts in advance.

Hi, in the last zoom-meeting with friends of mine some of us faced sound issues when sharing the screen and the sound. All users that watch and listen to the steam had bad sound output when the host or co-host who was sharing a video had following proberties What I don't know: -if this problem still exists when just the sound is shared -if this problem still occurs when using the web-client of zoom -if this problem still occurs when using an Intel processor or different audio-device What I know: -All of my firends with this issue used a LAPTOP with one of the following AMD Prozessor: 4500U or 5600H (And realtek audio drivers with versions 6.0.907.1 or 6.0.9.035.1 ) -There is no difference when sharing just the application or the whole screen-All of my friends using Desktop-PCs (Including Mac and Windows) did not have this issue even with AMD Ryzen 5 Processors -The Laptops with the issue where using the Zoom-Versions: 5.7.1  or 5.7.4 -The issue occurs with LAN-Cable & W-LAN Ma

During a talk I was giving yesterday, someone tried to logon after the talk had started.  I could see their name pop up in very small print in the left hand side of the screen, then the name moved about a bit at random leaving a trail behind it. It stopped moving after a minute or so, but the trails were left as a blue line which persisted throughout every slide for the rest of the talk . I've attached a link to the section of the talk where this occured.  Can anyone tell me what happened here and what I can do to avoid it in the future? I am dealing with a quite elderly audience here, so asking the culprit what they were doing isn''t likely to help.http://follies.org.uk/wp/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/bad-section.mp4

Zoom Rooms controller and appliance version upgraded to latest 5.7.3 and calendar integration completed.  But we still cannot join Microsoft Teams meeting.

I've create a new meeting schedule using my free account. But my account has just been added to my company's paid account. What happens to the meeting I've just created? Does it still have the 40-min time limit?

My company has hired a service provider to provide a Zoom webinar service.  The service told me that the registrant import function is no longer available for attendees but only penalists.  Is that true?
