Hello Everyone, I have recently enrolled to an online training where my trainer uses zoom for classes and later on he shares the class recordings.For the last 2 days, Whenever i am trying to access the recording ( recording link provided by trainer), I am unable to access the same. As i am clicking on the recording link, it takes me to the registration page, where i have to submit my name, surname, mail id, then click on Register. But I can't proceed to the next page even after providing all the details. Please help me on the same.

I tried updating from Basic Plan to Pro.   At the checkout it quotes £71.94 with discount applied, plus taxes   I select 'continue' and the discount disappears, resulting in a charge of  £119.40 plus taxes   Why is the discount being ignored?

So, I'm tutoring one student, and have never been warned by a pop-up before that I would have to upgrade to go longer than 40 minutes. The planned lesson was for an hour, and I have tutored on Zoom for far longer with no warnings in the past. There isn't supposed to be a time limit for only two people,  right? I don't know what happened, but I can't get any official support on the phone since I'm on a free plan right now. Anyone else with this kind of issue?

Hello users and team, Recently I am facing Error code 3160 when I try to login with Google Chrome Zoom App. It started to appear in the last two weeks, with all meetings. It is coming after I typed password of meeting and prevents me being in waiting room.I can have workaround on another device but I would prefer the Chrome App to operate again because it was the only reliable solution in my workplace setting.

Hello, I'm using Zoom with my personal email for a while now. I've recently been hired by a company, and I'll have several meetings to handle in the name of my company.So I'd like to know if it's possible to add my professional email adress to my current Zoom account, so that when I need to setup professional meetings, I can send invitations using my professional email adress instead of my personal one. As a Host, I can join any BreakOut Room that I want. I can also set the controls so that all participants and Co-hosts can join any room that they want. But can I set the controls so that participants can only go where they were assigned, but Co-Hosts can jump to & from BreakOut Rooms on their own without the Host assigning them anywhere?

We're trying to use a Chromebook for simple zoom calls. But I see only very limited audio settings in a Zoom call when using the Chromebook, ie no way to increase or decrease the mic or speaker volume. Am I missing something or are my options truly limited on the Chromebook?

Zoom requires me to enter a verification code in order to access my admin account. However, the code was sent to the email account that I can't access anymore as it is no longer active.    

Hi Sure this is an easy one but i cant seem to find an answer and support isnt either? I need to stop our phones from ringing when an agent is on a call and instead bounce to the next agent in the call queue or jump straight to VM. Currently the phones are rinining when agents are on a call.

We would like to track where registrants are getting the links to our trainings.  I found a doc that said I would need a vanity URL but that appears to only get us one URL.  We need to be able to create custom links for all our recurring webinars so we can see where people are find us.  Any ideas?

Greetings, I am having trouble editing my profile name.  Someone lent me her zoom account to host a meeting.  Now, I am always showing up as this person's name whenever I enter a meeting of any kind.  I have my own account.  What's going on?  Thanks for your help.  

Hi! Several times lately I have felt frustrated because I entered a scheduled Zoom meeting and the view settings from my previous meeting were still active. If a meeting is a one on one, I strongly prefer speaker view, but I want a gallery view default if there are more than two people present. It would make a world of difference to be able to set those default preferences prior to entering a live meeting.  Additionally, what I wouldn’t give to have a setting to designate a default view for the chat window to automatically open when you enter a meeting! Please consider adding these features in future updates. Has anyone found a workaround for either of these things? I hate fiddling with those settings live while I am also trying to greet whoever is already in the room!

I can see that a couple similar issues were created but none have actually been solved..It seems pretty odd that you can't invite participants to a meeting when creating it with the API. Hi guys,So it's already good that it is possible to call people from Hubspot with Zoom phone. What would make it really great:Being able to see who is calling you (inbound) by looking up the number in HubspotBeing able to search for a contact by his number directly in Zoom/syncing the Hubspot contacts with Zoom PhoneAutomatically log calls made from the Zoom Phone App to Hubspot, when the number is knownThat are all features that are possible with Aircall for example so would be nice if Zoom would match it.Is it maybe on the roadmap?

I've been happily using the web interface on my Chromebook for quite some time. Now I see that it's not going to be supported anymore and I have to sue the app -- which has fewer features than I've been using. Why are you cutting the features available for Chromebook users?

April fällig, das wird auch in meinem Zoom-Konto so angezeigt.Kann ich trotzdem den Jahresbeitrag schon im Februar bezahlen? Muss ich bei der Überweisung was beachten?Was ich natürlich nicht möchte, ist, dass sich dadurch der Abozeitraum eventuell verschiebt. Also, wenn ich im Februar zahle, dass das neue Abo dann sofort beginnt und nicht erst Ende April wie es jetzt der Fall ist. Danke für eure Antworten!Gruß

Our service and porting was completed today and all our phones are installed and working.  Our call queue was setup by Zoom support a couple weeks ago so that 4 desk phones would ring when we received a call to our main number. This is good, however, even the mobile app associated with users at those 4 desk phones will ring which is not good.  We only want the mobile app to notify a user if we transfer a call to them. Is this possible?  I also remember reading that the Zoom mobile app has a "DND" feature that would only affect the mobile app.  We cannot find "DND" on the mobile app, but in SETTINGS -> PHONE there is a toggle for Receive Queue Calls and MAIN LINE (our queue).  If they switch that off on the mobile app, it also keeps their desk phone from ringing. Summary (I hope) of what we want/expect:1.  Inbound call to our main number to ring desk phones in our office - users that we select.  Do not ring or notify the mobile apps.2

On a regularly scheduled meeting a box always asked for permission for host to control my mute as I entered meeting. I accidentally clicked the acceptance once. Now I don't get asked.  How can I take back control please? 

sometimes cannot log in to Zoom and would like to know how to enable the client log for troubleshooting.

In other words, I am NOT interested in using Zoom on both monitors. So this support page  doesn't answer my question at all. Before today, I could participate in a Zoom session on one monitor while looking at my PDF notes on the other monitor. Today that became impossible. Zoom took over both monitors. If I switched to the PDF reader on one monitor, the Zoom session disappeared in the other. This is new behavior. I have upgraded, but only after today's session. I don't think my OS changed. I'm on MacOS 12.2 Monterrey.

I have created a series of 5 calls, with an alternative host.  The event was added to Outlook calendar, with a join link. However, when alternative host tries to join the event, they get a message: "If you are a host, please sign in to start the webinar".What is the solution? It is the first time that I see that alternative hosts can't join a call through a link, and asked to sign in. Could you please share more information about it? Do alternative hosts need to be signed in their Zoom accounts and use the meeting ID to start the webinar?Thank you very much.
