Hello,I am trying to figure out a way to get someone to come on the "big" screen when I introduce them in a large meeting. We have an agency wide meeting coming up with about 600 participants. Let's say I introduce John, our CEO, it will be difficult for people to find him in the hundred of windows. Is there a way to feature him on the screen?  Thank you! 

Can someone help please? I scheduled a reoccurring  meeting (at anytime) from April 2021 but l need to continue this until April 2023.  Can l continue to leave things as they are and will the zoom link just continue as before or do l need to set up a new link?I'm grateful for any advice

Now I want to enable the Language Interpretation function on the conference via this link. I read that "Language Interpretation cannot be used with Personal Meeting ID (PMI). To enable language interpretation, choose the option Generate Automatically for the Meeting ID."https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360034919791-Using-Language-Interpretation-in-your-meeting-or-webinar   What means: "choose the option Generate Automatically for the Meeting ID" ? Can I enable the Language Interpretation function in my personal link that I have already sent to many people? ,How to do it?

If both passcode and waiting room are enabled, will a participant with the correct passcode still have to be admitted from the waiting room?

I used Assisted provisioning URLs : https://provpp.zoom.us/api/v2/pbx/provisioning/Polycom/vvx250 for our VVX D230 Poly Cordless Phone , but it is not registering to Zoom .On Zoom I can see following message“Offline Factory reset needed for provisioning” I have reset to factory default but problem still persist.

Is it possible to create a feature where the hosts of the Zoom can get a copy of the chat transcript emailed to us? We just want the "Everyone" and private chats to the "Hosts" not everyone's private chats to each other. Thanks!Mike

We have a Pro license for the "meeting" account in the conference room. This is a the licensed account, with the email address (local Exchange) that will be sending out the invites.However, when selecting for example 3 or more employees for an invite to a scheduled meeting, each time a message pops up that mentions that meeting for 3 or more people are limited to 40min and that we should upgrade to a "Pro" account (which we already have).Is this just a "false" positive or could this be due to the fact that the Outlook plugin originally was installed through a different (free/Basic) account, which we are actually not using?All meetings are to be scheduled through the "meetings" email account, though that even a technically 1:1 meeting actually would have 3 participants (in this case, the "meeting" account, which is on the machine in the conference room where camera and desk microphone/speaker is located, as well as one inhouse and one external participant (though they have the meeting i

I have been using  a recurring meeting for 9 months.  The important setting is that participants can join before host and also someone can claim host.  Last week this stopped working and no one can get in until I (account holder) open the meeting.  I've check the settings and  it says 'participants can join anytime' but that's apparently  not working.  Any suggestions.

Hello, I have an online school and currently there are 3 of us (teachers) in our team. I want to know, If I get a pro plan and 3 licenses, can we have 3 different meetings with different hosts at one time? 

Just yesterday, I was experimenting with the new Slide Control feature that came out with version 5.8.3, and now it is gone! It has reverted back to Remote Control. The Slide Control help page is visible in Google search results, but it appears to have been locked/taken down as well. Is Slide Control coming back? It was an excellent feature that solved a lot of problems I encounter with Remote Control. Thanks!

Hello, I am organising a medical workshop. I wish to broadcast 2 x live surgeries using laparoscopic stations that will be connected to 2 laptops with zoom access.  I want my virtual audience to be able to view both surgeries live and switch on or off the audio of the desired surgery. Is it possible in Zoom?Is it possible to create 1 zoom meeting id and broadcast the 2 surgeries at the same time? Thanks for your help and guidance. Alex

If my Zoom account is currently basic, but it gets attached to a license at my institution, does that change the meeting links for meetings I already scheduled? (Context: I am hosting a conference and they're attaching my Zoom to one of their ten licenses just for the day. I have to get the meeting links made a few days in advance. Will they still work?)

I had an important meeting two days ago.  I had double checked where the recording would save locally on my laptop.  When I pressed record, it asked if I wanted to save it to the cloud.  I selected yes.  I assumed it was saving it to my cloud.  Now I can't find the recording.  I can hardly breathe...I didn't take notes as I could see it was recording:(   I do not have a paid subscription.  The host does.  She had granted me permissions for screen sharing and recording.  Does the OG host have the file?  I saw it actively recording.   

During my class I was unable to see the meeting host's video while they were speaking because there were too many participants attending or on the interface. I tried right-clicking and no option to maximize or expand was present, can this be implemented or does anyone have a solution for this?

I don't see where you can download the participants in my Zoom sessions.  Is there a way to do it and what's the path because everything I have tried has come up blank.

Hi, We are using a Logitech Rally Bar with Zoom Room application in Appliance Mode. We then have a Samsung Andoid tablet which hosts the Zoom Room Controller app. Yesterday the app ran an Auto Update. Since then the app hangs at 'Requesting Zoom Rooms Information'.  I have tried uninstalling and re-installing app, and have power cycled all devices and network. Is this an issue with the new app...?

Hello, Community Members I am setting a meeting for a non-profit event, with registration. The registration includes "role" as one registration parameter. And a registrant, with the same email address, can hold more than one role. Ex Mr A can be officer and VP. The problem that I have is, when Mr A registers first as officer, and then re-registers as VP, it seems that the last registration overwrites the first one, in the registration report.Is there a way I can set up meeting registration, and allow a registrant, with more than one role, to register more than once? FYI, event is for a non-profit election event, and we are looking to identify count of officers in attendance via the Zoom report, for election purpose.  And as mentioned above, one registrant is holding more than one role. Thank you for your help.

I'm sending a post-webinar email to attendees and absentees, but the Preview Email is not registering the recipient name. Instead, it says, "Hi User Name."  What am I doing wrong?

Is there a way to keep a poll available to individuals who are not available to attend the Zoom meeting?

I have uninstalled the app and rebooted but get the same error message on my mac.  5003 error I am logged in on my iphone, and signed out and in to check that the google account is correct and it is.I can log into zoom admin in chrome with the same google account It was working previously and stopped when i did the last zoom update Any ideas?

I'm trying to enable Peer to Peer (P2P) connection with my personal account, but I don't see the "Peer to Peer connection while only 2 people in a meeting" option. This website says the option is under Account Management -> Account Settings, but I don't even see Account Settings in the first place.I also searched for the option under Settings -> Meeting (Advanced) but didn't find the option either. Q1. Is the function available for a personal account owner?Q2. If available, how can I enable the P2P connection? Thank you so much for your support in advance!

Hi there, I recently hosted a meeting of 60 participants.  All participants were automatically muted on entry.  At the beginning I could see the names of all participants and their mute/unmute icons. When our teacher started his power point presentation I lost that panel to the shared screen we all saw.  Someone unmuted himself and there was a lot of background noise. The only way I could fix the situation was to unmute myself and interrupt the teacher, asking everyone to make sure they had their microphones muted. Even when the teacher finished his power point I did not get the participant panel back. Would greatly appreciate tips about how to continue viewing the host's view and control panel during someone elses' shared screen power point. When I set up a Zoom meeting with registration, I understand that the attendee clicks on the unique link to get into the meeting. Shouldn't that open the meeting for the attendee without being prompted to download the app, or have the app open automatically if the app is already downloaded? Please help me understand this. The other area of confusion: From where should I START the meeting - from zoom.us and click on start for the meeting, or...open the app? Thanks!
