I updated today to 5.8.0. I'm on a Mac.  I do not have a green screen, and I see no option for a blurred background. Allegedly, it should be there. All the help info I've found only says something like "you need to update." Yeah. It's updated. So what am I missing? Thanks.

I need to use my Hdmi camcorder as my webcam, to connect it via a USB3 capture card for a Zoom event. The video comes in just fine (I can select the video as USB Digital Video) but there is nothing to select as a mic for audio and I need to use the audio from the camcorder itself. Does anyone know how to do this? I need some help please.

i've setup a passcode to enter meetings, but no one i send the invites to gets asks to enter the passcode. i want all participants to have to enter the passcode

Hi, I have multiple camera, one of which is my Apple Studio Display camera. I see it listed, but selecting it will not switch the camera. The camera works fine in Photo Boot or in FaceTime. Not sure what is going on. Also, can you confirm ZOOM CenterStage (supported on Mac on Apple Studio Display) is supported? (it is on ZOOM iOS on iPad) Thanks,Phil

We use a recurring zoom meeting room for client appointments so that we can just share one link. We enabled the waiting room function and admitted a client. They left the room and then popped back in and were automatically readmitted instead of being put into the waiting room again. Does anyone know how to fix this so that anyone reentering the room has to join the waiting room? Thanks!

After my on-demand webinar will a link be automatically sent to those who registered but did not attend? Or do I need to share the link with them myself?And will the attendees be auto-notified/sent the recording link as well or this is something that needs to be done manually?Thanks,Trina

hi folks, I set up a short survey for meeting participants. I found how to view and download a CSV file of survey responses under the Meetings tab (when logged into zoom.us) but I cannot see the original survey, as presented to participants, or the response choices offered for one of the items. The item at issue is a "ratings scale" question and I entered specific words to label the ratings scale. The responses are shown only as 0-1-2-3 and not related to the scale itself. I cannot see the survey now that the meeting has ended.  (the multiple choice and text answer items are fine)   How can I see this info?  and what can I do to prevent this (rather useless) form of data display for next time?   thanks much BurrowingOwl

This just started a couple weeks ago.  Whenever I host or join another person's zoom session, a zoom window pops up but I cannot close it.  Below is one from a event I joined last night.  The only way I can kill this popup is to go to the task manager and kill the process. What happened, and how do I fix this? Thanks.

Hi, I am using Logitech Meetup. I have set home position on Room Controller (iPad). When I start the meeting, camera does not default to home position, but I have to manually press the camera control to set the camera pan and tilt. 

As an administrator, how do you take away a user's ability to be able to chat with others and other users to be able to chat with this person? My question is not in regards to meeting chat, this is in regards to regular chat outside of meetings. 

I am a new Zoom phone admin and we seem to be having some troubles with call forwarding. We are mostly using Poly vvx250 phones, but we have 2 receptionists that use vvx450s (pretty much the same thing).The receptionists are used to accessing features from a physical phone and seem to be hesitant to use the zoom portal settings.From a simple extension desk phone, I can use a soft key button to forward calls to another extension and any calls are forwarded fine regardless if it's an internal or external incoming phone call.But if we try to replicate the same process on either of the receptionists phone, the phone calls are not getting forwarded. There is no notification on either phone of a call and neither phone will ring.The only difference I can think of, is both of these reception phones are members of their own call queues.I can't find any call queue settings that should affect the phone's forwarding process but I can't think of anything else that is different.One work around is ge

My team is in the process of testing power pack for deployment to receptionist and is having issues. It seems that it shows up for some users as an option but not for others that have the same exact settings (including call queues,  delegation, calling plan, etc.) Are we missing something obvious?

Hi all, We are currently in the process of moving from Cisco CUCM to Zoom Phones. As a larger organization with a small IT department we don't have the manpower to port all of our phones at once. Most of our users are used to using 4 digit dialing for interoffice communications, and we don't want to ask them to use 10 digit for an extended period of time. We have a way in CUCM to create 'mobility'/forwarding to external numbers and automatically assign them to users via CSV. is there a way to do something similar in the zoom admin console? Thanks!

Hello, I am presenting a webinar which includes live sign language interpretation of content which includes a brief live panellist introduction and then shared pre-recorded video content.Sign language interpretation of the live panellist introduction is the easy part - where I am getting stuck is how to optimally display the sign language interpreter's camera while the pre-recorded video content is shared. The sign language interpreter's camera can be spotlighted so it remains on the screen for the attendees, but my concern is that it's too small alongside the shared video content and may not be clearly visible to attendees watching the sign language interpreter.Is there a way to increase the size of the sign language interpreter's screen, or enable attendees to increase the size themselves?

Hi,I have been using zoom (pro account) for years with no problems, recently, however, both when I am hosting or attending a meeting, both audio and video are glitching. I recently hosted a meeting with around 10 ppl, I froze for them and they froze for me (every 30 seconds or so), but they did not freeze for each other. I also attend a weekly class and they are freezing for me also intermittently. I have updated the app, uninstalled and reinstalled, checked my broadband (all good). Can anyone shed any light?

In Zoom's side-by-side mode, the shared screen is to the left of all the webcam videos. Is there a way to swap this so that the shared screen is on the right?My own webcam is to the left of my screen so it is more natural that when I am talking to someone during a shared session, my eyes are more directed towards the camera.

Hey All   I've tried all of the routes to share my iphone to others during a meeting and I just don't get the opportunity to share it when I click on the share button.    I'm using the free version of zoom, could this be the issue?   TIA

We're holding an online event and are not sure yet whether we will get more than 100 people. Will it be possible to send the Zoom link round. Then, if lots of people sign up, buy a one month add-on for meetings with up to 500 people - and still use the original meeting link?Many thanksClaire
