Hello Zoom community, I have a problem utilizing the zoom. It keeps saying update the zoom even though I did. Also, after I remove the zoom and try to download the updated version, it says there is an error. Do you guys know how to solve it?

Hi everyone!I'm running recurring meetings every week on Zoom. The problem is, that I need to collect emails, but I don't want to annoy people by fulfilling the registration every meetup especially if they've been attending the meetings previously. The simplest approach would be to keep the Zoom registration that collects the emails, but I need to make sure that the attendees don’t have to fill out that registration form too often.What do you guys think would be the best solution in this case? Thanks in advance!Agata

Hello!I set up a meeting yesterday which occurred, but I did not attend it. I am not seeing the participants in my usage reports. Is this because I didn't attend the call? Is there a way I can still pull who attended since I did set up the call? Thank you!

Hello Friends, For some reason, on my laptop, when trying to pick a date for a future meeting, I cannot see the entire monthly calendar (the pop-up is cutoff at top) so I am not able to forward to the desired date. I can see it on my desktop however. This is not only annoying be super inconvenient!! Weird thing is, I used to be able to do this from my laptop. Please see attached screenshot.Any help is appreciated!THANK YOU!

Hello, we are hoping to upgrade our zoom account to include the large meeting add-on. Before we do this - will the links shared with registrants be affected after the change?

Hi, I downloaded a lecture recording to the Cloud and received a an email with a link to watch it. I am able to enter the passcode and watch the recording online, but there is no way to download from this page. Additionally, when I go to my Profile and click My Recordings, the lectures I recorded to my computer show up, but this one does not show up under Cloud Recordings.  I would like to download the video file for this lecture to my computer so I can upload to another site, but I cannot figure out how. I am a co-host for the account. 

I have one licensed user besides myself on our non-profit (not legally) writers workshops. I have made a recurring meeting that I use for every workshop I lead. Our licensed user also needs to use this link but she doesn't seem to be able to access it. I have made her an admin. She tells me she can create her own link but she cannot access mine. This is inconvenient for all our participants because we'd like to have only one link for them to save and use. Any suggestions?Thanks. Lyn

I'm designing a portable Zoom Room design for our quarterly designers meetings.  In July I used a Neat Bar Pro and it worked very well.  The cameras was amazing but I believe I pushed the limits on the microphone when having 40 people sitting classroom style.  Being that the Neat Bar Pro doesn't support third party microphones just yet, I am looking for a solution so that if I am using an appliance or a Windows or Mac based ZR, I can add additional array microphones to pick up the back of the room.  Again, this needs to be portable and easily removed (no fixed mounting).  What ZR solution and microphone solution would you recommend? Thanks,Jason

This morning, I was unable to log in to Zoom for a scheduled appointment with one of my doctors. I kept getting an error message:Timeout Or Wrong ConfigurationDefault host not configured or timeout,please try again408 - v=2.0;clid=aw1;rid=INT_436de8d510f3de3c This was done through Patient Gateway, the hospital's patient portal. The doctor tried to send me a regular Zoom link  but wasn't able to do that, either, so we ended up talking on FaceTime.Was your network down this morning, or can you tell if it was a problem with the hospital's network or Zoom interface?(Screenshot of error message attached)

Hey, i got a problem with my zoom client:Everytime i start it up, it crashes caused by an unexspected error. The dump file says that it is caused by an access violation error in quartz.dll. 

If I change my address, does that change the URL for my scheduled webinars and meetings?I would like to change my registration address, but I am concerned that it will affect the many webinars and meetings that I have already scheduled. I am especially concerned if the invitation URL is changed.

I'm unable to see who's registered for my webinar. Can you please help?  Please see screenshot

I upgraded to Zoom 5.10.3 and my Chat icon is now gone. I've read a bunch of posts about people having the same problem but no answers for it work. My settings are all fine according to threads advising about this. I can still chat if I click MORE and choose Chat but the icon has completely vanished. (It's usually between Stop Vid and Participants I think.) No probs with Chat icon pre-update to 5.10.3. I use Zoom for work and Chat's a big function. Does anyone have a simple solution for this? Thanks so much!

Hi There,I have a multi-cam setup in my organisation where we have installed Aver CAM540 on the ceiling upside down. So the default video that the ZoomRoom app takes is also upside down. I know that on the Zoom app we have an option to manually rotate the video but I couldn't find(am not sure) the similar settings available on the zoom room app.  This is the brief about the setup we have, we have installed the ZoomRoom app on a Mac mini and we have zoom room controller app installed on an iPad. We have connected two cameras(Aver CAM540(upside down) & Lumens VC R30) to the mac mini. Please help! Thank you!

More recently endusers have noticed they have to sign in every time they try to book a meeting from Google Calendar.When I click the Zoom scheduler Chrome extension it doesn't remain signed in like it used to.Is this new?

Hello,I have  a meeting on Zoom in a few days, and need some help. I could not reach a live person through the Zoom phone number. When I requested a demo and tried to send my message by hitting "Submit", it didn't go anywhere. The message didn't go, and no reason was given, and no solution to the problem was offered. I downloaded Zoom onto my laptop. When I open the program, I see the option to give my Meeting ID.

I was wondering if I can ask about access to live transcriptions after participants leave a call. In this case, I enabled live transcription and participants were allowed to download the transcripts.   Is it possible for participants to download transcripts after leaving the call, or can this only be done while they are in the call? If it is possible to access the transcripts later, will participants have access to the transcripts for the whole call, or only the portion of the call to which they were connected? (For example, if they leave the call early, can they still access the transcripts for the remainder of the call?)   Thank you!

Hi there, I've read that when you purchase a large meeting license, "all of your meetings, existing, instant, and those not yet scheduled, will have the higher capacity".  I was wondering: Is this also the case for meetings which are currently live? If I organise a meeting and I don't know how many people will take part, can I buy a "last minute" license if I see the number will exceed 100?

Hi! We are new to zoom phone. The 'call queue' phones ring for the allocated time eg 45 seconds - despite all users being logged out. Is this how the system is supposed to work? Or does this mean that someone has accidentally still logged in from eg. home? I thought that calls go to 'overflow' (Eg voicemail) if all users are logged out, but it doesn't seem to work like that. Thank you very much for any comments greatly appreciated. Richard
