Hi. I have set up a webinar in zoom. I am the host and have a co-host in the same organisation. I also need to set up a meeting in zoom that will overlap in timing with the webinar.Can I have a meeting and a webinar running at the same time on one account?

When sending panelist invitations for a Zoom webinar, how can you tell if a panelist accepts the invitation?  I don't see a tracking feature. 

I scheduled a couple of meetings using the Zoom app for Mac but they don't show up on the Zoom website under 'Meetings'. This is a problem because I can't generate polls, usage reports etc.  Is there any way to correct this? I asked the question before but didn't get an answer. I did, however, receive three wonderful little badges. How nice. With those badges and 5 bucks I could buy a gallon of gasoline 

I missed a meeting yesterday, is there a video or copy of that meeting I can watch now?  

The video preview in the Zoom desktop app just shows a grey box.  My webcam is the selected webcam. It is the only webcam on the list. Other apps (like webcamtests.com and splitcam) show video from my webcam.  Zoom DOES pass through audio. Since other apps show video and Zoom does audio, I've obviously configured the RDP connection to pass through video and audio. Why would Zoom fail to do video when other apps can?

I would like a feature to be implemented that allows users to select the camera when using the screen share feature to share content from a second camera. Every time, when I share content from a second camera, I have to switch the camera to the last camera on my list of 4 cameras. I was able to remove 2 of the cameras but for others this may not be as convenient especially if they want to select a certain video source from a list of many. Please add this feature, as it would make it easier to find the target camera to share.

I made a recording in Zoom. This was not a meeting, but just a recording i did to show someone how to use the iPhone. I shared the iPhone screen, i saw it perfectly during the recording. When i played back the recording, the iPhone screen didn't show, only the Mac desktop and sound. Not the iPhone screen. Why is this?Appreciate any help here!Morten

Hi,     I have a question about Zoom Rooms Controller pairing with Zoom Rooms.    When I log in to my Zoom account on a TV-Hub, and then I use my ipad-Zoom Rooms Controller to pair with it, I can not found any pairing code in Zoom Rooms.    How do I  pair a Zoom Rooms with logged in account(I can not find paring code)?

I can't find the breakout rooms button. I've installed the latest Zoom version. 

We have VVX250's and 450's.  I set them to audio intercom and set up the users to intercom with.  However, when I try to intercom from one of them to another it just rings and never goes to the speaker.  Any suggestions?

Hello - just checking if anyone knows if people you assign as co-host to meeting need to have the same security features settings matching that of the host? I ask because I was recently in a meeting where the host restricted participant settings (ie no video, muted on entry, chat only with host/co-hosts) before the meeting started yet during the meeting we found that those settings reverted back to default allowing participants to zoom bomb. Our only guess is that the other individuals assigned as co-hosts didn't have the same security features enabled. Any one have thoughts? Suggestions?

We're an Office 365 shop and have a couple of conference rooms that we've set up as Zoom rooms using Neat bars and the Neat external displays.  It's pretty slick!  If someone schedules a meeting through Outlook as a Zoom meeting (using the Outlook plugin), and invites our conference room, everything works fine.  The meeting shows up on the scheduling display and everything is wonderful. If, however, someone someone schedules a non-Zoom meeting (where we want everyone on site) or books the room for some other reason, the meeting doesn't show up on the external display.  This makes the external display somewhat useless.  It seems like the calendar integration only goes from Zoom to the Office 365 conference room as opposed to going both directions. My questions are:Is that how it's intended to work, or do I have something misconfigured?Assuming it's working as intended (I hope it's not), is there any way to force the invitation of a conference room thro

Hello,  We have users part of the same set of call queues that are not presented with the Opt Out Code dialog box. The users are simply able to toggle out (of all queues, not talking about specific queues, only all) without selecting an opt out reason.  This is only an issue for a subset of the users and we cannot figure out why. 

I would like to know if once the call has ended I can receive an email with the start time of the connection and the end time. Thank you.

Hey! I'd like to know how can I change the zoom account associated with my email ***********   Earlier I was using an individual zoom account which I had linked to my official email but later my company purchased a company license and now I wish to have and store my meetings on the new company zoom account and move away from the old one. I have the access to the new one but whenever I try to setup a meeting with zoom conferencing, the meeting host is still the old one and I wish to change it to the new one. My company is on the Gsuite network.   Thanks!

Hello, I have been trying to update the zoom application I got from chrome store. I have deleted the zoom application and reinstalled the latest version (several times), but when I try to attend a meeting, I get the error message that the zoom client needs to be updated. What else do I need to do to be able to update this zoom application?   I can attend a meeting using a zoom application from the google play store, but that application does not allow gallery view, so not useful to me.   Please help & thank you, in advance.

It would be great to be able to start a meeting by sharing audio only (think meeting DJ)It seems this would be an easy feature to add since you can already share audio along with desktop sharing.

I'm a piano teacher and I have Zoom integrated with my studio software, My Music Staff. I'd like to host a Zoom practice session that is open to my students throughout the afternoon. Since I'll be teaching during this time, I won't be able to constantly monitor the event, but I would like to know who signed on during the session, regardless of whether they left any evidence (e.g. chat) of their attendance. My Music Staff uses my Personal Meeting ID to host Zoom meetings, rather than scheduling meetings through Zoom's web platform, in case that's relevant. Thank you!

When I'm using zoom Share Screen, how to display what I'm doing so that a beginner can follow?For ex. I want to show a beginner to go to Video Setting, then click on Virtual background, etc... then how do i display that scene on zoom if I'm using share screen? Please help.
